Longest lasting no chip manicure I have ever had. Lasted upward of 3 weeks and the only reason I had to get them redone is because my nails grew out, not because of any chipping. I purchased a Groupon for my mom as a Christmas gift to get a mani/pedi. She used it in April and absolutely raved about the service and manicure quality that she received. After hearing her praises, I decided I would buy her the same mani/pedi with paraffin treatment for a Mother's Day gift. This time, she decided to use her gift before heading out of town for a few weeks of travel. Her technician was a different woman this time and the next day my mom sent me the attached photo in a text message that said "Not so great this time around. :(" My mom called to explain her disappointment since her FIRST manicure lasted a few weeks without chipping. They told her she could come back in to fix it, but she was already on the road for travel. They said she could have "half off" next time. Long story short, she had to have her manicure redone before a family wedding 2 days after service at Nail Bliss. I just called to see if they would credit her for a manicure for a future visit, but they told me they can only offer half-off. I asked to speak with Katie (owner) and the rude nail technician that I talked with said she wasn't in and that she would only offer the same "half off" as she did. I think this is simply bad customer service. When you make a mistake (or provide a bad service) you fix it on your dime; you don't ask the customer to pay for half. I very much enjoyed my overall experience at Nail Bliss.  I was happy I was able to make a same day (weekday) appointment.  The salon was very clean and inviting and they have tons of nail colors to choose from.  I came in for a no-chip manicure and and pedicure.  My technician did a wonderful job on both, and my nails looked great when I left.  My star-off is for the fact that my no-chip manicure started chipping in multiple places in just over a week, and I had others elsewhere that have lasted three times as long. Great service. The staff is always friendly and they do wonderful extra services like an aromatherapy hot neck pillow. They also always use paraffin wax on your heels for a pedicure. The spa is clean and they have lots of colors to choose from. Also enjoy the neck and back massage while your nails are drying. Read Less

I came here for a no-chip manicure and paraffin treatment pedicure using a Groupon.  This salon was excellent.  There are 2 separate reasons I'm giving it 5 stars.1. This is the longest lasting no-chip mani I have had.  I have tried it only a few times before, and was always disappointed that they chip only a few days later than a regular manicure.  This one is going on almost 2 weeks and still looks great.2. The service at this salon is fantastic.  They really make this a relaxing spa experience -- they bring you a warm shoulder compress at the beginning, give you a shoulder massage while your nails dry, etc.  It was a very nice.I would definitely come back here. First off seemed like they had an issue with me using a Groupon I got as if it was an inconvenience to them. Then a day after my gel polish mani it was chipping she blamed it on my acrylic nails I had gotten take off (which they charged 15 for other places charge 5 when you get a service done or sometimes nothing at all) however she said my nails were thin that's why they had chipped this is beyond false I have had acrylics on and off for almost 6 years and when I have them off I always have gel polish and have never had an issue. She agreed to fix them so I went in and she was telling me with an attitude basically that I was dumb for coming in because they are just going to chip again. When she fix them she didn't redo the whole nail she touched it up and with the gel polish you need to redo the whole nail or it's going to rechip. I'm very unpleased she only touched it up. Oh one more thing I got them done Thursday and couldn't. Go in today which is Friday I asked if I could come in Saturday morning she blatantly said no on the phone and so I asked for Monday (since nail places aren't open on Sunday) no I can't do that you only have three days she said. What the hell?!? Really nice management that is I swear to god I work with people everyday it's about the customer!!!!!! What would Tuesday really have done except make it convenient for the both of us. Also no one spoke good English and they were speaking a foreign language back and forth to each other the whole time! That drives me nuts! We are in America learn the god damn language especially if you're going to have a business. Will never be back here again rather go to lux nails a block down! Best gel manicure and awesome nail art. I don't often get gel manicure since I don't want my nails to get ruined. But when I'm going away on a long trip I prefer to have gel on so it's completely worry-free.  I've tried a few other nail salons but here is the best!
