I came in after my husband booked me a gel manicure and express facial. I ended up being able to upgrade to a full facial as Illana my tech was available for more time. My mani was done by Adriana and it was outstanding! They steam off your no chip which is a lot better then the usual brutal soaking an scraping. She suggested a color for me and it turned out so nice. Everything was very clean and relaxing. My facial with Illana was amazing! So relaxing I almost fell asleep at one point. I am extremely happy with this place. Their customer service is above and beyond and has amazingly organized internal communications. As a surprise to my girlfriend, I purchased a gift certificate to be given to her after her next scheduled massage (right around Xmas). After discussion with their front desk staff, I realized that my girlfriend had the incorrect date scheduled. Their staff, to keep my surprise, called her that day for the "reminder," which was above and beyond, but then, 3 weeks later and without a reminder from me, they remembered to deliver the gift card wishing her a merry christmas upon delivery! She was super choked up and would not have been as impacting without their help. In regard to the actual massage, therapists are polite, forthcoming, professional and really good. I've been coming here for years and it's divine! I treated my best friend and myself to a facial in the couple's room for her birthday, and we had the most relaxing enjoyable time. The facial was great and all the products used smelled so good! It was such a treat that I've already booked another one for after the holidays. It will be a great time to decompress after the hectic pace of the holidays. Our Estheticians were both so friendly and knowledgeable about our individual skin concerns and were helpful in suggesting the appropriate Eminence Organic products to help. I have found my new salon! Since moving to the suburbs last year I needed a new nail place. The salon is so nice and really has a spa vibe. There’s soothing music and it’s quiet, private and they use essential oil diffusers adding to the spa ambiance. The gel manicure is 45 minutes and my nails look awesome. Jackie is so nice and she does a perfect job cleaning up the cuticles and she even did some cute nail stamps! I’m already scheduled next week to get a pedi with Jackie. I've been in twice now to get my hair done by Katy and I love this place. My first time I came in they gave me a tour and showed me the many other services they have available. Which it's a great place to get everything done at once if you're looking for something like that or it would even be great for a spa day/birthday present. They have many packages. They brought me to the waiting room and asked me if they could get me anything to drink or if I needed anything before the...y went to go grab Katy. Katy is fantastic at what she does. She went to a credible school (Aveda) I believe, and she has experience and is great at caputuring exactly what you want for your hair. Wow! From start to finish this was a wonderful experience! They offer you a warmed neck pillow and drinks while you wait. Then I met with Aubrey who provided me with a lash lift and lashes tint service. She was so personable and professional and answered each of my questions with confidence. She did such a fabulous job! Here I am, about 8weeks later with beautifully lifted lashes! I've been coming to A Premier for quite some time now. In that time I've enjoyed many different services and continue to come back. Most frequently for eyebrows with Ilana (who is a total master), but I've enjoyed many massages and treatments along the way. This is THE place I come to for any service I've yet to try because I know if it's done at A Premier, it will be good. The spray tan with Courtney was great, I only had it done prior to being in weddings, but she made me feel exceptionally comfortable and did a wonderful job. I got my eyebrows threaded/tinted and eyelashes tinted there and I couldn't be more happy. When you walk in they are professional and the inside is very clean and sanitized. They take great pride in their work and their company. They make the process seamless with personalized attention and care. I don't know the first thing about this stuff but I feel comfortable while I'm there and they answer your questions in great detail. I have been going to A Premier Massage and Day Spa since their first location opened, and they have never ceased to amaze me with all of their services and ambiance. From cleanliness to quality of service, I have no complaints. Now I even go for nails, because unlike other places, they actually use an Autoclave to sterilize instruments!
