The lady that did my eye brows said she could understand spanish when me n my mom we're talking n she gave me a really nasty look me and my mom were confused then she said he knew what I said. I told my mom to not give her one single to just put more of her tip on my card then she was being so disrespectful to me about it because she believed she heard that I told my mom to not tip her. It took almost 2 hours to get a no-chip manicure and eye brow threading done. The younger lady kept getting up and attending to people coming in for threading, leaving me to wait. Amy is the most unprofessional, rude woman I have ever dealt with in my life. She wasted 2 hours of my life, insulted me and my daughter, and hurt my wrist that was in a brace. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. SPECIFICALLY GEL NAILS. OTHER NAIL TREATMENTS BE WARNED. The girl that did my nails took an hour buffing my nails out. And you can see that she doesn't even look at my hands when shes filing them or buffing them. She is so bad! And by the looks of the other reviews for nails, it makes sense! But DAMN! She then started to put the base coat on, and I notice she didnt even paint my whole nail. She paints like 60% of it and says "ok! put it under the light" WTF. I kept my cool throughout the HOUR of her just thinning my nails out (buffing) but when she ACTUALLY started on the polish I couldn't anymore. I was amazed how someone like that can be professionally giving nail treatments. My 10 year old niece could do nails better than her. If you know anything about how gel nails work, after they are cured, it's a whole process to take them off. So after she put on the base coat, I put my nails under the UV light because OBVIOUSLY I would trust her, I take them out and it looks like she did them blind. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Don't waisted your time energy and money on this place go across the street to creative nail . The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The staff does not know what they are doing at all. I went in for a no chip pedicure she sat me down did the first steps to the pedicure and then asked me what color I wanted I said can I see the no chip colors and then she told me the person who does no chip is not here today so I had to pick a regular polish I told her I only do no chip and she said well you can come back when the no chip lady gets here latter tonight. I told her I was not sure but I would try and come back thinking I would pay when I came back she then wanted to charge me $25 for what she had done Wich is something I could of probably done at home at one point I asked she could take my ingrown nail and she said ouch dosent that hurt..... oookkay aren't you a professional shoudent you already know how??? when I go to my usual nail lady she just does it as a part of the service. Absolutely the worst nail place ever. My client recommended I go here since she had an awesome time even though I think everyone is nervous to go to a nail salon inside a store I figured what's the worst that can happen. I rarely get my nails done but figured I would treat myself to a relaxing arm and foot massage. They did my manicure while my pedicure was being done. Didn't get any lotion on my hands or arms. No massage. Also they cut my thumb by the nail, started bleeding. Didn't apologize. But then they painted my nails which had blood go into the bottle of polish then they put it back on the shelf. Which they should be shut down for by the health department. And I could have painted my nails drunk better than they did. -see pics- also they had walk in eyebrow threading and waxing so they would stop my services to do their eyebrows and didn't wash their hands after touching my feet and hands and touch their faces.  Pretty gross (mostly for those other clients). I had a great experience here! I typically go to the Walmart in crystal lake and get my brows done there but I decided to try this place in the Algonquin Walmart with my mom and they were amazing! There pricing is really good! We were charged less than the Crystal Lake Walmart brow place! We even got a punch card which is awesome! You receive $6.00 your next service after 10 punches! They do brows, chin, nails, EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!! I will definitely come back here for my brows and to try their eyelash extensions. Read Less
