I wanted this experience to be good. They have a special - $40 for a no chip mani / regular pedi. Unfortunately it was not. While the women that did my nails was friendly, I just did not have a good experience here overall. No ambiance, cleanliness was questionable, and most importantly my no chip began peeling off in under 1 week. I wear kitchen gloves when I clean. I don't have a labor intensive job. I don't pick at them. That's not right.I know, I know, go back and they will fix it. But I don't have time to hang around a nail salon multiple days in a week. Unfortunately the woman doing my nails was not particularly talented. My polish is lumpy and uneven, way too much polish was applied, and my cuticles were not nipped or cleaned. Went here for the first last week and I have to say i'm not very happy. I got the acrylic nails with the natural dip. The lady said that it would last longer than normal acrylics, it didn't. First off the lady that was doing my nails didn't even connect the acrylic to the actual nail on my thumb. Secondly a week later the nail on the middle finger cracked out of nowhere. If I had the option to chose a half star for this place, I would have chosen that. This place is dirty and screams unhygienic all over. First of all, it took the guy that works over there over 20 mins to find my nail color bottle after wandering all over the salon. Only go to this salon to get your nails done if you have lost a bet or something. The owner of the place started doing the no-chip manicure and left me halfway to do someone else's eye brows. Then when she returned back to me, she forgot where she left off so completely messed up my nails. The typical time for a no-chip manicure is 20-30 minutes for it to be done right but mine took about 7 minutes with paint bulging over my thumb...And the worst part was that I was there with my friend to get pampered since it was my birthday that day. That was my first time there and was awesome ! I got a pedicure and a manicure . I got the no-chip which is the more expensive type but when they paint our nails they do 3-4 coats. When they remove your cuticles that hurt but it was worth it . When we went they smoothed our feet, buffed our nails, got rid of our cuticles ,and made our feet really pretty. The people who did our fingers and toes did an amazing job on them. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I would definitely go back to "creative nails too". Terrible service. No primer before polish. Tech complained when I asked for a 3rd coat of polish. Nails uneven. Intelligence completely undermined each time I requested something as if I just don't understand how nail polish works.....I wouldn't recommend anyone to this salon ever. My first experience was great. I sat down with Lucy and I was going to get my usual French manicure. The past few nail salons I have tried I shown them a butterfly wing pattern I wanted to try and all three said no sorry We can't. So back to French .. But I thought what the hell I will ask her if she can do it.   Sure enough she was bold enough to try AND it turned out beautiful. I have been here a couple times, maybe about 5. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am completely disappointed,  but after last week I am NEVER going back! I had been doing the no chip mani/pedi the last few times I went. This time I decided to get acrylics. BAD IDEA! The lady (who I believe is the owner) did a horrible job on my nails. I am easily pleased but I cannot even express how embarrassed I was to show my nails! She hurt me a couple times leaving cuts on my left thumb and ring finger after filing and buffing my fingers dry. My nails look extremely uneven and have already started to fall off after only a week and a half. Needless to say I was charged $75 for my pedi and acrylic manicure, and STILL tipped 20% because I was there an hour after closing, which brings this to a total of $90! On terrible service and ugly nails! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very very unsanitary I am shocked no one has caught an infection through these people. This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had an inexperienced technician who took 2-1/2 hours for a mani-pedi. He scraped my heels raw and I had to wear band aids for a week. My no-chip manicure chipped the same day as the service. When I called to tell them, they didn't apologize. I had to suggest a re-do of my polish. They treated me like dirt when I came back in. The reviews are right! I had a groupon for this place. The service was not very good. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get someone started I my nails and when she finally did start, she rushed through the whole thing. The nail polish was on way too thick and it was not clean at all. I'm still picking at my nails! There are so many other nail salons in the area, this company really needs to step up their game. I went to this place about two weeks ago because I received a Groupon gift for a no-chip mani and pedi.  I walk in on a Tuesday around noon.  I am greeted and then they ask me if I have a Groupon.  Then they ask if we made an appointment, I say no and they tell me to make one next time.  There was no one in the salon at the time I walked in, not a single customer.  I sit down with my sister in the pedi chairs, as she is getting a pedi as well.  My sister is paying the full price for a pedicure, she does not have a Groupon.  They start doing our pedi at the same time and mine took no longer than 15  minutes.  My sister's took longer but she was not happy with the outcome.  She noticed that they did not massage her feet nor did they clean off the dead skin from the bottom of the feet.  They walk me to get my no-chip mani and the lady just rushes through it.   She barely even filed my nails.  Two week laters, the nail polish is discolored but they have not chipped which is a positive.  My sister did notice that the man who had done her nails used the same tools on the lady that came in after us.  He did not wash the tools after he used them on my sister's pedicure.The fact that tools are not cleaned properly, the rudeness of whether we have a Groupon or not and the poor job that was done because I had a Groupon, made me score it with barely one star.  Creative Nails- please stop selling Groupons if you are not going to honor them with good, clean service. I bought a Groupon for a pedicure and no chip manicure and decided to try a new place.  They filled the bowl with lukewarm water and when asked if it was ok I replied it was cool but they did not adjust the temperature.  The pedicure was not very good, the man hardly scrubbed or cleaned and he took forever to paint my toes.  I sat down for the manicure and that took a long time as well.  Almost a week later and where he put the gel is discolored and the paint does not reach the cuticle and the tips are wearing out already.  He also burned me twice with the buffer even after asking him to not be so hard.A woman walked in after me and used the same bowl and I realized they did not clean it, which is disgusting.I would never go back here, Groupon or not. I almost always do my own mani/pedi, but I visited this location because I had a Groupon bucks that I needed to spend and, even though it was about 15 miles from my home.  There are no bells and whistles about this place, but the staff is SUPER friendly, which makes all the difference in the world.  The nail tech did exactly as I requested.  The shop owner (I think) really went out of her way to find the perfect shade of pink for me.  They have many many colors, and do a great job matching the gel polish with the regular polish (for your pedicure) using a numbering system.  I was also able to use their wireless service to use my lap top.  The staff is so nice, I can't stress that enough.  My nails and toes look great----I have had better, but the nice staff is why I would come back. Went for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and was disappointed when my gel polish started to peel only one day later. I was on a trip for work for the week and could not get back to them to fix it until a week later. When I called to get my nails fixed I could not believe they actually charged my for it even when the guy that answered the phone told me it did not matter who fixed them. Only one person was working on a Saturday (even though I made an appointment). Very unsanitary. They used the same pumice bar on me and my friends feet without cleaning it. I saw the rinse the pedicure bowl out but never sanitized it. My friend also asked that they don't use the callus scrapper and she used it anyways then she used the same one on my feet as well without cleaning it. This place is horrible!!! They do NOT sanitize their tubs and tools. They do not do a good job on your nails. They're always texting or talking on their phones WHILE they're working on you. The nails chip a day later or there are lines and streaks all over your nails. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. I personally saw them hand a foot skin shaver "undercover" not sanitized from one worker to the next. I would have said something but luckily it wasn't to me they were going to use the utensil on. Gross!!! I saw the guy rinse out the bowl I was going to be used in and didn't clean it. I asked him if he cleaned it and he said yes so I told him I saw him and he cleaned it again followed by all the people working there talking about me in their language (looking my way). Disgusting. Did the no chip mani and regular pedi - Horrible service took 2 1/2 hour for my mom and I to get both of those things done. No chip started chipping off day after I got it. I called and complained to get them fixed and they said it had been too long after a week. No chips should last at least 2 weeks!! I've had them last 4. I wasn't even doing anything intense just regular use... Very disappointed because now I may have to go get my nails done again and pay double for just getting it done right the first time. I love coming here!  They aren't lightening fast, but they take their time and do a fantastic mani/pedi that lasts at least 3 weeks even digging in my garden everyday!!!I always have an appointment to ensure I get in right away. Went here today with a groupon I purchased. My mom sister and I had a appointment for 9:00. Needless to say, no one started on me until 9:45!!!!!! I would have left if it was not for the $39 I already spent for the groupon. When my lady walked in, she didn't even acknowledge that I was sitting there, she just sat down and started working. Did not say ONE WORD to me the entire time during my pedicure. When she was done, she pointed to the chairs for my no-chip mani (at this point I already knew she was getting $0 tip). She finished my mani (once again, not one word) by 10:20. So that means she spent 35 min on my mani/pedi. Lets just start of by saying i am not the type of person to take time out of my day to write a review for a business. But THIS CLEARLY upset me. I will NEVER go here again! I had a man do my nails last night, January 7th 2012. Im not picky whatsoever when it comes to getting my nails done, but to be treated the way I was, was indescribable. The man would get upset with me, was getting frustrated because i was not, relaxing my hands enough, he actually threw down the nail file and looked at me. throughout the entire 1 hour length fill, i couldn't wait for it to be over. he kept pushing my hands away getting upset breathing heavy and stopping to stare at me and telling my to relax. bla bla. at the end he finished up and went for a cigarette, didn't even tell me where he was going so i expected he was done so i would go pay. I went to put my jacket on and he walks in and SCREAMS. No oh god NO. ( like i did something terribly wrong). It was the worst experience at a nail salon ever, as i went to pay i DID not leave him a tip. I went to the register and the lady worker looked back at him and said something in Chinese which she probably asked him if i left a tip because then she turned back to me and said would you like to leave anything extra .. and she said it twice which made me so uncomfortable.
