We are located in Round Lake Beach, Illinois. We specialize in natural nail manicures, including French manicures, and pedicures. All manicures include grooming of cuticles, shaping of nails, lotion, and massage, followed by a hot towel, and finished off with polish.

The owner or manager whoever was very rude. Told me that it was too much of a HASSLE to do a no chip on pedicure. I'm sorry but if I am going to pay for a pedicure I am going to get what I want. As a customer it is up the business to please the customer if possible and not tell them they are a hassle especially if they are willing to pay to compensate for the extra "hassle". So needless to say I will taking my money to a business that doesn't call a paying customer and their wants a hassle. I think they need to take a lesson on customer service. Especially after reading their response to negative reviews it all makes sense. SO WORD OF ADVICE If I was you I would take my money elsewhere where they appreciate their customers

I've been going to Pink Nails for a few years, and have always had excellent service! Everyone has been friendly, the shop is clean and well cared for, and my nails have looked beautiful after all of my manis and pedis! I usually go a few times a year with different family members and friends, and we've all enjoyed ourselves. :-)

I've been going to Pink Nails for a few years, and have always had excellent service! Everyone has been friendly, the shop is clean and well cared for, and my nails have looked beautiful after all of my manis and pedis! I usually go a few times a year with different family members and friends, and we've all enjoyed ourselves. :-)
