Only took two hours two get a full set of acrylic nails. But they looked pretty ruff. They had hair in them and the tips weren't completely covered with polish. I have seen them do great, simple, work on other girls. Unfortunately my experience wasn't that great.PLUS my cuticles were BLEEDING at the end. Which I can't stand.

Every time I have been here I have had excellent service and amazing quality of nail care! Great prices too.The two times I've been here, I have called ahead and made an appointment because I know they are a great salon with reasonable prices and they can get busy quickly. My first experience was with a friend of mine for both manicures and pedicures. She has problems with in-grown toenails and the tech was able to really help her out. Both of our pedicures felt amazing and looked sooooo amazing after the work was done. We then each got a gel nail set and they turned out amazing. Unrelated, while we were there one of the owners brought in balloons and a big bouquet of roses for his wife's birthday. He pulled the blinds and set it up at her station and it was just the sweetest thing. I just had to share. Important: They are closed Sundays, which one day I was not prepared for this and I had to go across the street to Happy Nails for my pedicure. Afterwards, I had a toe nail infection two days following it that lasted about a week before I could get it under control. That being said, I will 100% wait to make sure I can go to JK nails!! I will probably never go back to Happy Nails. This last time I got a pedicure and full acrylic set done (Classic French). They turned out flawlessly which was perfect because I was getting engagement photos taken and going on vacation. I just wanted that extra bit of pampering and confidence and they were able to give me just that! I love JK Nails.

Terrible experience, they were so rude and didn't greet us when we walked in, and the lady who did my acrylics kept checking her phone while doing them then when she was done she just got up and walke...
Terrible experience, they were so rude and didn't greet us when we walked in, and the lady who did my acrylics kept checking her phone while doing them then when she was done she just got up and walked away without saying anything. And me and sisters nails both fell off which has never happened to us with acrylics before, terrible quality products and employees

Had a pedicure that lasted a whopping 15 minutes! So disappointed! The girl doing it kept checking her phone and texting while doing my pedicure. I couldn't believe it. I've normally had good pedicures here, but last time I got the same girl and she cut my foot with the foot scrubber.....and now this time rushed me through the whole thing...when I was the only one in the place! Probably won't be back!

I have very mixed feelings about my first time at JK Nails. We were looking for a good spa salon in Post Falls. The service (pedis for my daughter and I) was very good. Well...other than clipping my little toe too short and hurting me. I was impressed with the quality of their products and the thoroughness of the pedicures. The finished pedis were good. The salon was beautiful and clean.
Now for the elements that I did not like. No one really spoke to us. No hello, how are you, ...nothing. At one point, I believe they were talking about me in a darragatory manner in a language I didn't understand, so I could not contribute to the conversation. It was regarding the initial colors I chose. Not very professional in my opinion. It was an unfriendly atmosphere and I didn't feel very welcome.
The atmosphere was very depressing!!!! There was no soothing music. They had two TV's on, one with sound. It was a show about hoarders (one cat hoarder that kept cats in her refrigerator and freezer)....it was a serious buzz kill!!! I would have enjoyed "the experience" so much more if there was soothing, relaxing music on and the TV's had captions for those that wanted to tune in. I did mention the awful show on the TV, but they chose to ignore my discomfort.
The other issue I had were the really strong fumes there. It was really strong. I think better ventilation would go along way to improve the customer experience.
Hopefully they will read this review. I might give them a 2nd try, I'm not sure.

Pedicure on my bday- Salon is clean and beautiful and I had great work done when they first opened.
Unfortunately, this was my second negative experience and I dismissed the first thinking we all have bad days.
This lady barely said a word and she left 1/4 inch unpolished so it looked grown out before I paid the bill. Cuticles a mess, heels rough and she seemed to hate her job. I didn't notice it was poorly done til after I tipped her so I paid $30 for a pedicure I'm redoing myself as it makes me mad to look at it. Consider hiring people who take pride in their work and who make people feel welcome.
I considered returning to have it done correctly but I don't want to go back.

Visiting from it out of town and the prices here are just better than California. $25 for a full pedicure, the only reason why I knocked off 1 star was because one of the lady's there was not super polite and it also seemed like they didn't have enough technicians working there that day. All in all a good clean and cheap place, I would go back.

My sisters and I made a "spur of the moment" decision to do "sister" pedicures. After many attempts to find a salon to accommodate us, we found JK Nails!!! The salon was very clean and professional. The staff was amazing and friendly. The massage was the BEST. The price was very reasonable. When I am in Post Falls again, this will be my "go to" salon!!!! Thank you for making my day.

The technicians were very friendly, professional and talented. Atmosphere was clean and newly kept. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted and he transformed my previous disastrous fill from another establishment into a masterpiece! Very affordable I might add and just what I needed! Pretty nails as a great price!

I have very mixed feelings about my first time at JK Nails. We were looking for a good spa salon in Post Falls. The service (pedis for my daughter and I) was very good. Unfortunately, this was my second negative experience and I dismissed the first thinking we all have bad days.
