I went to the location to try and set up an appointment for my daughter and I to get joined pedicures, but the pedicurist wasn't there to make the appointment. So the lady at the front desk took my info down and told me someone will get a hold of me the next day. The next day came around and still no call, so I ended up calling them at around 2pm. They, again, took my info down(which they should have already had) and told me they were going to txt the pedicurist right away and she will get a hold of me. Nope, still no call back at all, so I made an appointment somewhere else. I hope they don't treat their regulars this way. There is no better hair stylist than Julayne Foshee!!! This saint of a woman literally brought my hair back from the dead after a tragic ORANGE "balayage" incident at another salon. I came in on Friday for the first time for a fill and April was AMAZING! Loved the way she took time to match the colors I wanted for Easter, even going so far as mixing polish to get the exact color. She took time and paid attention to detail. April always does a great job with my nails. She's amazing at what she does. Love her!!!It would be nice if when you came with a friend or daughter they could sit next to you and chat rather than sitting in the designated waiting section on the opposite side of the building. I think it would be an easy, harmless way to accommodate the customers. It takes the joy and fun of having a girly adventure away. Nails take about an hour. When you're our with a friend or daughter it's 2 hours. It appears as if bringing friends and or a family member along is discouraged. That doesn't make sense to me. I just increased profitability and lose out on the experience. Time for one of us to rethink this. Read Less
