I had my nails done by Edna because of the salons good reviews and was not dissapointed! Nails look AMAZING and everyone super friendly and felt right at home. Since i am new to the area she gave me some good local tips on places to go. Coming from Seattle it was refreshing and already have an appointment for my hair next week. I could have just gotten a new set ! my nails were shaped way funny and lumpy , and we're not the same length or shape . not coming here again . although the ladies here are very nice and sweet to be around ! Had a fill done on acrylic nails. Laziest work I've ever experienced. One of my nails had lifted and she did nothing about, simply covered it over. I'm so disappointed. Then, I didn't like any of the available colors and was still charged full price. Terrible customer service. Please avoid this place if at all possible.If you mean you reached out to me after I posted a public review on your business, yes, this would be correct. However, your Nail Tech knew I was unhappy when I walked out and she did absolutely nothing about it. If I need to go public before a business will acknowledge me, I wish NOT to do business with them. My post on Yelp or elsewhere was not for you, but for the community. I believe they should know who they are doing business with. I appreciate your attempt to reach me via text. Had you been present during my interaction with your Nail Tech, I'm sure the result would have been different. Okay.. I am officially retracting my previous review about pink and white nail salon.. after I wrote about the bad experience I had there the owner Edna called me and offered to make things right.. so I accepted her offer and went back to the salon where Edna offered her nail service.. I was hesitant after the past experience last week.. But I'm really glad I took her up on her offer... she was so nice I really liked her,she was very professional and did a fantastic job redoing my nails and she was fast.. I will now recommend her salon to others because of how she handles her business. . She did not have to redo what a another nail tech at her salon did.but I believe because she cares about her clients she did just that!!..I would like to let everyone know that I am completely happy with Edna at pink and white. . Im very dissapointed with my hair color I showed the lady what i wantedshe said she can do it i asked 3 times to reasure me that she could do that. She said yes!  She said it was gonna cost me around $115  my husband bought me a  gift card for $130 in case i need it more money or for the tip and this lady knew that.The color was not the same as the picture she said thats the 5R that we have i told her is not the  same red that i wanted she was like after u wash ur hair it will turn to bright red... bla blahh... after 2 weeks my hair is now orange nit bright red... my appt was at 12:30 we started at 12:20 and finish at 4:30 i was so tire and just wanted to leave she was making all kind of excuses not to fix it.. and at the time to pay she kept asking me about my gift card like 3 times.. shes like i just need the gift card... give me the gift card.. i was like ok already .. and i asked so was the total??.. she said the amount of the gift card $130. So i gave her the gift card plus a tip.. i now felt stupid for even tipoibg her and not complaining about it to her supervisor... maybe her supervisor would cover her too who knows,, ill never go ba c k there and would totally NOT EVER RE C OMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE!!!   Her name is Jody Montes!! For me, this completely cancels out the poor customer service I received last week, because she showed that she does value new customers. Mistakes happen, and I'm looking forward to visiting this salon! Thanks, Edna!I'm new to the area and wanted a shellac manicure. I initially used their booking tool on their website, but just to make sure, I called right when they opened to confirm. They didn't have the appointment in their system, so I made another appointment over the phone for later in the week. I am giving this two stars because they do happily offer a re-do if unhappy.  Normally I would not return but after paying an exorbitant amount for a fill and gel polish I did go back the next day to have this horrible job repaired   I discovered mid service that the gal doing my nails is a newbie and only has barely a year under her belt.The product she used was awful and you could almost literally see it shrinking off the nails on my way home.  The next day I went back and all she did was rough up the nails with an emery board and reapply the same product after telling me that she did not put it on correctly the previous day.  Consequently I have multiple layers of product making the nails look thick and lumpy.  The art work is obviously not done by a skilled hand.  And I would definitely not get nail art from her again.  One of my thumb nails came out with bubbles which she just smoothed out with an emery board so I have a dull rough spot on my thumb nail.  I judge a nail job by comparing it to something I could do better myself at home and I can seriously say I could do much better and not be $45 less cash. I really wanted to like this gal because I never return for a second chance so I feel justified in letting people know what to expect.  $45 is a lot of cash especially for a cut rate job.Will not be returning. They are good for the price cheap. The only reason I give it a 2 is because the owner does have beautiful art work when it comes to nails if you are willing to pay her an arm and a leg if you are just getting a regular manicure she doesnt take any pride in her work. Read Less

AWESOME!!!! My mother and I decided to get our hair done today, called at 11:30 and they fit us in at 1pm same day! Arrived 5 minutes early and the hairstylist took us immediately! Took her time and did an amazing job! Made sure that we were both completely satisfied with our hair! She did a fantastic job! The new and improved look to Pink and White is wonderful and the girls are always so great to be around. I enjoy going to get my hair done as I feel like I get to go visit my friends. Prices are by far some of the best around and the quality of work far surpasses many places I have been to in the area. Mckinley always makes me feel special when I am there- pays attention to every detail- and does what I ask of her every time. My hair always looks good and I have gotten many compliments after going in to see her.  I would recommend the salon to anyone looking to have your hair done well for a reasonable price and great atmosphere. For the job that was done, the salon was overpriced.  Dropping $85 for cut and color isn't unheard of, but to have that much charged with a slightly uneven cut and mediocre dye job is ludicrous.  I was disappointed because I could have been just as satisfied with my hair by getting it cut at Fantastic Sams and then dyeing it out of a box.I don't hate my hair, but I don't love it.  For nearly a hundred dollars, I want to love it.The energy is really good in the salon and they have a lot of potential, but it was disheartening to hear my stylist tell her coworker that my color "could be better" and that it didn't even turn out how SHE wanted it. Really good quality. Pricing is good. Biggest thing is these guys are just plain fun. I love hanging out at this salon, but wish I had more time each visit (I'm usually on my lunch hour). its cool that I can make my appointments on line on their website. I had to cancel an appt a few weeks ago and i was at work so I just went on their website and sent them a cancelation note. They didn't get all bent outa shape but instead just rescheduled it.
