I went to your salon on 7/13/18. I have going there for years and this was the first I was not at all pleased with the way I was treated. I paid $30 for pink/white and the white is thick and bumpy. The pink is not pink but clear. The lady that took care of me was rude and did not smooth out my nails. I had to go home and refile. Lin I have always received good service from your staff and they have always been polite up until today. I am not pleased with the service or my nails. I've sent a message on fb and still no response. Very rude!

I am SO HAPPY I found this spot. I was/am so tired of going from salon to salon thinking I've found the girl who can do my acrylics well. I was trying to find a spot near me and I just couldn't. I am so so happy I did.The girls here are so wonderful, I don't care that I almost have to spend 3 or 4 hours driving here, getting my nails done, then going home. I wish they were closer to me!!!

This nail salon was one of the worst salons I've ever been too. Along with one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was told it was a 15-20 minute wait. I waited for 40 min. Also, to be waiting and hearing the owner complaining to a customer about it being too busy. Especially the day before the holiday. You'd think they would have appreciated all the business they were receiving. But they had more important plans for the holiday to be stuck working. I was thinking they should have stayed closed than. I'm assuming my nails were done by one of the owners. He was rude unprofessional and in a hurry. His wife was just as rude and unprofessional. Because I had to go to her to have my nails finished. I went with my step-daughter who had to have all her nails rebuffed after just having her nails done. Her nail tech talked on the phone the whole time. The owner than became rude like it was my step-daughter's fault for complaining. All my finger nails are different in length. Way to long for me. He cut me on just about all my fingers. I told him he was burning me and his wife told me to quit looking at him doing my nails to look at the t.v. and let him work!! We waisted over two hours of our afternoon on a horrible experience so we could share with all of you. There is nothing luxurious about this nail salon at all!! Save your money and your time. They don't deserve any stars.

Terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another salon before going to this one. My mom and I had appointments for the royal pedicures at 9:30am. When they opened a whole crowd of walk ins come in behind us. Technician was absolutely snotty and rude. She put my mom and I in two corner chairs and all the other walk ins were on the other side. Water was scalding hot, floors were dirty, and there was even a dirty towel in my moms chair that the technician tried to reuse on my moms feet. GROSS! What really pissed me off was we scheduled an appointment. Any good business knows you accommodate your appointments first and your walk ins second. Well they started doing all the walk ins pedicures first and completely ignored my mom and I. Never once did they check in on us or communicate. Finally my mom and I were so upset with the poor service that we got up and left! They lost 100+ dollars today. Never will waste my time there again.

My daughter and I had appointments for 9:30 this morning. We arrived with a group of people that did not have appointments. We picked out our color and moved to the pedicure area where the horrible service began. We were told to sit one place then moved to another. There was a dirty towel probably from yesterday, the gal grabbed that and wanted me to put my feet on it, um no thanks! She started the water and directed me to put my feet in it, Ouch! Check the water! It was so hot I’m sure the dead skin peeled right off! Then we sat and watched the people without appointments get tended to first! I have never ever got up and walked out of a place until today! You lost 100 plus tips due since we were going to get the Royal pedi’s. Just some advice clean your area, floors were discusting and don’t take appointments if your going to tend to walk ins first. I will never be back and will post bad reviews and every website I can find!

If 0 were an option, I would. My mother and I went in to get our nails done. She needed a full set and I needed a fill. There were two people ahead of us. While we were waiting, two more ladies came in. They got my mom a chair and half way through getting her nails done, the lady doing them got up and started on someone else. The two women that came in after my mom and I were both helped before me. I said something and none of the employees did anything. I ended up sitting in the car until my mom was done. And they tried upcharging my mom for her nails. I have never had this problem in here before and I am beyond pissed off. Horrible horrible service.

They never soaked my hands, messaged my hands...nothing! They didn't even wipe OFF the nail dust. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!

I have a normal nail tech I go to but I wanted to treat my sister and she lives in Nampa. I’ve gone to this place before so I wasn’t too worried. NEVER AGAIN! All we got were two simple pedicures and manicures and they did not do a good job. They are rushed and just trying to get people out. Not to mention, they are over priced! Lesson learned, I WILL NEVER CHEAT ON MY NAIL TECH AGAIN!

This place is absolutely terrible! I sat and waited for almost an hour to get a gel polish. After being seated I waited for another 10 to 15 minutes. Once the nail tech finally got to me she literally took less than 10 minutes to do my nails. She was rude and in a hurry because it was getting close to when they were closing and they had other customers waiting. She rushed everything and my nails look like s***!! My 4 year old niece could do a better job! I would never recommend this place I regret ever even going!! If I could I'd rate this place a zero but unfortunately that's not possible. I'm leaving this review so that other people know not to go to this place!!

The pedicure ladies are really friendly, but that's the only good that came from my visit here. I waited 25 minutes before someone called me just put my feet in water for 20 minutes. Once the lady, Danae, came to do my nails she was VERY hard on my feet. I don't have sensitive feet and have a high pain tolerance, but this sucked. Cutting my cuticles down hurt, and she put (what seemed like) all her strength into doing the callous remover and the picture is the aftermath of that. Why the back of my heel would need it is beyond me. Then she switched with a lady with pink hair (can't remember her name), and she did a crappy paint job on my toes. The place was so busy the entire 2 1/2 hours I ended up being in there for (only got the special pedicure, nothing too extravagant), that I decided to just pay and complain later. I didn't realize how bad the skin injury was until now, while lying in bed trying to sleep this "hole" is stinging like crazy and hurts like she just scraped it off... I plan on going tomorrow to complain and hopefully get my money back.. we shall see.

I would not recommend this place. I made an appointment for a Saturday for pedicure and nail polish change. The place was packed.
I had been to Kayla before for pedicures. She has always been very nice & polite. She then sent me to a lady I believe was the owner Lyn to do a polish change. She let me sit for over 10 minutes, never said I will be with you in a few moments, never said hello, good bye or thank you. She asked "what color did you pick"? Then told me "you can't where that light color, need to go darker". I picked a darker color. She did my polish and moved to next customer. I didn't know if she was finished or not, she never said a word. Then another technician came over and said "are you done?" I said I don't know. She asked Lyn and told me to go pay. Lyn came to the register, told me amount, took my money and said nothing else. I was appalled. I went to her and told her no matter how busy you are, you could at least say hello, good bye and thank you. She said, thank you.
I felt like something being pushed through an assembly line.

Affordable prices but the main guy who deals with the money and what not was terrible. He wasn't friendly at all, and of course he was the one who ended up doing my nails. I got a fill and he really didn't take his time. He kept getting on his phone in the middle of the service. Didn't pay attention to detail at all. I was in my car for 15 mins trying to make them look better. He put too much polish on and it dripped down off of my nails which I can't take off because they are gel and were cured..
I've been here once before and the other guy who did my fill was so friendly and did exactly what I wanted. But after this experience I probably won't be back because I wouldn't want to get this older guy ever again. I wouldn't say I don't recommend them but just beaware of this guy! Don't let him touch your nails!

Was wanting French on my toes with color tip first she said that won't look nice you should just do white tip not a French tip with a color... Then I had some "color staining" which I always get and most salons spend about 4 mins and remove with a little TLC. She said no way to do French tip must do all color so i hesitantly agreed trying not to cause an issue being in a group.
She got done painting them went to put my shoe on and messed one toe up... claimed I tried to help her put the shoe on and that's why it got messed up. She "fixed" it by removing all polish and adding one coat of color and no clear coat over top ( all other toes has two coats)
When I went to get nails done she started right away trying to convince me to just do a color as my nails were short... I stood my ground on getting French and when it came time to polish she got up went and got someone to do the French.
It then hit me why she did what she did on my toes! She didn't know how to do a French manicure or pedicure! Very disappointed in the professionalism ALSO bring cash they do not accept credit cards or debit cards they have an ATM in front but that will charge your bank a 2.75 fee!

I really like having my nails done at this salon. I have a condition that causes my hands to be stiff and harder to work with but my nail guy is so understanding and still does a professional and fantastic job right down to the hand painted lotus flowers. When I went in I was a walk in. they took me right away even though they were busy. I my nails were bad and my cuticles were cracking and bleeding. This was a month ago... Now my hands look great and I get asked where do I get my nails done? I feel like keeping my salon a secret but I never do cause they are soo good!!!! Give em a try,

The nail technician that I got did not talk and that was kind of upsetting but he sounded like one of the only technicians not talking. I would go back again as long as I got a different nail tech. I love my nails though.

Let me start this off by saying: I work full time and am a full time Mom. I need my nails to hold up against my busy life.With that being said, I'm a snob when it comes to my nails. They have to be on point or I'm unhappy. I went here for the first time because frankly it was close to my job and I was in a rush. Its about 6 miles from my house. What made me come back was the amazing job that was done. Yesterday I went again and my nails look AMAZING. Everyone who works here is nice they talk to you joke with you make you feel comfortable which is something I never really got from nail salons in LA. I will keep coming back!

I didn't know if she was finished or not, she never said a word. Then another technician came over and said "are you done?" I said I don't know. She asked Lyn and told me to go pay. Lyn came to the register, told me amount, took my money and said nothing else. I was appalled. I went to her and told her no matter how busy you are, you could at least say hello, good bye and thank you. She said, thank you.
I felt like something being pushed through an assembly line.

Made an appointment with them and the place was still closed and it was pass 10am even though thei business hours says they were open at 930.

You get what you pay for. The royal pedicure I booked turn out really amazing. Relaxing and comfortable! Great experience for my first time!

Affordable prices but the main guy who deals with the money and what not was terrible. He wasn't friendly at all, and of course he was the one who ended up doing my nails. I got a fill and he really didn't take his time. He kept getting on his phone in the middle of the service. Didn't pay attention to detail at all. I was in my car for 15 mins trying to make them look better. He put too much polish on and it dripped down off of my nails which I can't take off because they are gel and were cured..
I've been here once before and the other guy who did my fill was so friendly and did exactly what I wanted. But after this experience I probably won't be back because I wouldn't want to get this older guy ever again. I wouldn't say I don't recommend them but just beaware of this guy! Don't let him touch your nails!

Was wanting French on my toes with color tip first she said that won't look nice you should just do white tip not a French tip with a color... Then I had some "color staining" which I always get and most salons spend about 4 mins and remove with a little TLC. She said no way to do French tip must do all color so i hesitantly agreed trying not to cause an issue being in a group.
She got done painting them went to put my shoe on and messed one toe up... claimed I tried to help her put the shoe on and that's why it got messed up. She "fixed" it by removing all polish and adding one coat of color and no clear coat over top ( all other toes has two coats)
When I went to get nails done she started right away trying to convince me to just do a color as my nails were short... I stood my ground on getting French and when it came time to polish she got up went and got someone to do the French.
It then hit me why she did what she did on my toes! She didn't know how to do a French manicure or pedicure! Very disappointed in the professionalism ALSO bring cash they do not accept credit cards or debit cards they have an ATM in front but that will charge your bank a 2.75 fee!

For a walk in place, as long as you don't mind uneven nails with lumps... Head gal was rude, because I prefer "Acrylic".... Why do I? One damn day after nails done there, I have big chips of Gel Polis...

I certainly hope this is NOT the best Nampa Idaho can do .... I'll never go back......

Great nails ,people are friendly and they always make time for me. My uncle is 70 + yrs old and loves to go for the manicures, he just loves the comfort the girls give him.

I have a condition that causes my hands to be stiff and harder to work with but my nail guy is so understanding and still does a professional and fantastic job right down to the hand painted lotus flowers. When I went in I was a walk in. they took me right away even though they were busy. I my nails were bad and my cuticles were cracking and bleeding. This was a month ago... Now my hands look great and I get asked where do I get my nails done? I feel like keeping my salon a secret but I never do cause they are soo good!!!! Give em a try,

This business was very clean and inviting. I would say most all of the customers I saw were fairly happy. The nail technician that I got did not talk and that was kind of upsetting but he sounded like one of the only technicians not talking. I would go back again as long as I got a different nail tech. I love my nails though.

Let me start this off by saying: I work full time and am a full time Mom. I need my nails to hold up against my busy life.With that being said, I'm a snob when it comes to my nails. They have to be on point or I'm unhappy. I went here for the first time because frankly it was close to my job and I was in a rush. Its about 6 miles from my house. What made me come back was the amazing job that was done. Yesterday I went again and my nails look AMAZING. Everyone who works here is nice they talk to you joke with you make you feel comfortable which is something I never really got from nail salons in LA. I will keep coming back!
