Went into Have my hair colored and didn't turn out at all as I had shown in the photo of what I wanted done to it $130.00 When I said something they wanted to charge me even more to fix it. Not cool at all, they had me come back in charged me another $54.00 and they fixed it but I sure doesn't at all look like I showed her in the picture come to find out it was the girls first week there. I have been going to John and Brenda off and on for years, even before they moved to the new location off the Idaho Center Blvd. I won't go anywhere else ever. Over the years I have tried other salons depending on where I was at, my schedule or where I was living and I've learned my lesson. I ended up disappointed each time. I have always been picky with my nails and all other salons I've tried I have found something that I didn't like about my nails and ended up back at Cloud 9. John and Brenda have always done an amazing job for me and its always been exactly what I wanted. John even did my nails for my wedding. Morgan provided excellent service while creating the perfect hair style for me! She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with my new look! She is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back! One Star Note: a side note that does not have anything to do with my hair. The establishment could really use a good cleaning. To be honest, if it had not been for Morgan being so great I would have left based on the condition of the facility. Worst haircut of my life was done here. She hacked it off way shorter then I asked and it wasn't blended at all. It's been over a year and it's still struggling to grow back. I will never ever go here again or recommend anyone go here. Read Less

I just took my daughter in to get a pedicure with me and was really dissatisfied with the quality of service. The staff was indeed friendly but did not do a quality job. My daughter was left with polish all over her toes. I was never asked if I wanted my nails cut nor were they filed. My cuticles were not cut at all and my polish looks awful ( I too was left with some on my skin). My daughter was asked if she wanted the salt scrub, I was not. So my total was 50$, which in my opinion was way overpriced. Usually a pedicure can take up to an hour. I think we were done in about 30mins even after drying. Read Less

Took myself and my daughter to this place to get our nails filled. Sure, they were friendly enough, but I've never seen a more sloppy job done on anyone's nails!! It looked like a kindergartner painted my nails and within 3 days of having them filled, two of mine came completely off, and my daughters were lifting! We've both taken our nails totally off now and it's only been 5 days since having them filled!! Biggest waste of $40 I've ever spent! Will never go back!! Read Less

I love it there. I have had manicure and pedicure, I enjoyed both. My hair cut not so much. My stylist was late for work and rushed her work. She also decided I needed bangs and cut the hair before I could speak and say no. It took a few weeks to get the bangs long enough to not go in my eyes. Even still I would go back again and again. I go to Annalee regularly to get my hair cut & colored at Cloud 9.  Cloud 9 is conveniently located near the freeway and my work, and everything in the salon is in great condition.  Annalee is always friendly and does a great job!  I wish the tanning booths weren't so loud, but other than that, it's a great salon!
