If you don’t make it to the end, I need to stress that you should not go here. I’ll start off with asking… was this guy even trained to do pedicures??!! I had gel on my toes that needed to be taken off and I requested that he soaked them off instead of filing them off. After my feet had been soaking for over 25 minutes (which shouldn't be done until after my gels are put on to prevent fungus growing on my nail), he finally moseyed on over to my station. He took the cuticle clippers and began to PEEL THE GEL OFF OF MY TOES. This resulted in part of my toenail being torn off, which he kindly super glued back on. Why did I stay after this incident, I don't know. Partly because I needed my toes done and also, maybe he’s good and is just having a bad day?? As we continued he filed all of the gels off of my right foot and trimmed my toe nails. He cut them way to short, all the way down to the eponychium, and now my feet really hurt when i walk. By now my cuticles should definitely be soft enough to push back, but yet he still globbed on enough cuticle softener to push back all the skin of my foot to the back of my heel. Then shoved my foot back into the water. Again. Once he got to my left foot he decided to FINALLY soak my gels off. Instead of the usual time it would take, it seemed that he thought it would take 30 seconds like a polish. He tried rubbing it off; it’s a gel, that's not going to work. duh. When he started to file my soft toe nails and burning the nail bed that's when I finally stopped him. This is very long winded I know, but I need to stress that no one should ever go here. I'm a trained cosmetologist and these people should of had the same training as I did. Through this whole experience I was treated like a nuisance and he seemed upset the whole time. I got my money back and explained to the manager the events that took place. I asked if the other girl sitting next to me would do my toes and finish my pedicure the next day, and he said that they wouldn't provide “free services”. First time going there and will not go back. I made an appointment, but still waited another 30 minutes before I was even seen. The lady I had wasn’t very professional. Her language was very obscene for “professional” nail salon. I went in for a regular gel polish. There are bubbles in the polish and she left a big lump of polish on one of my nails I ended up just filing down myself . It is very uneven. Some parts are thicker than others. She clipped my nails shorter than I normally have them. After the appointment she said my gel polish was going to chip cause my nails were short. That was the first time I’ve heard of gel polish chipping. 2 1/2 days later they started chipping and have started to crack. Went in and came out with nails that are uneven, lumpy, different shapes. The girl talked way too much to the other patrons in the salon. She made my nails at least a quarter inch from the cuticle and it looks like I've had them for over a month. I asked for a cute design as an accent nail and all she did was paint it a different color. Never going back there. I miss Linh. She always did Such a great job. Read Less

Worst "manicure" of my whole life. I wanted my cuticles taken care of and she didn't even touch them. Wasted my money here. Bubbles allllll over the gel polish and it's all over my fingers. Looks like my kid did them. I'm frustrated and unfortunately too shy to stand up for myself in person... Asked for black, got navy blue. The gel is see through in lots of places. Had to go home and slap glitter Polish on top to make it look better and clip my nails. I hope i can figure out how to add pictures here. I'm so disappointed. Read Less

I went in as a walk in, They squeezed me in, Even with appointments, The girl that did my nails was Neana, Super sweet, Talkative & Asked me questions throughout the entire process, Everyone in the salon was nice & They have a ton of colors to chose from!! Usually I'm very happy with my nails. They fit me in with short notice and do what i ask for. Last time i went in, an older man did my nails. I showed him a simple picture of what i wanted. Halfway through i noticed he wasn't doing it like i asked, so i reminded him politely. He said he was doing it. Then continued to do it incorrectly. I had my nails done here for the first time a few weeks ago and won't go back. I strayed from my usual place because of poor scheduling on my end and tried Amore Nails on a whim because it was close to my house. The guy who did my nails never asked what shape I wanted and I didn't realize until I left that they were VERY square, I asked for them to be shorter several times but they were still not as short as I would like since he insisted on filing them versus trimming the length which was very time consuming and I felt like he was frustrated with me after having to continue to tell him "shorter". He was clearly in a hurry. I got white tips with one accent nail, the polish on the accent nail had imperfections that he never noticed. I'm sure I could have gone back to have the imperfections and shape fixed but I ended up just going back to my regular place and having them clean them up. The customer service in this salon is worth the time it takes to get there from any location in the valley. They took the time to do a great job and even added pretty designs to our toes for free. I wish I lived anywhere in state so this could be my regular salon! Read Less

Took my 3 year old to get her toes painted after I made an appointment and she sat in the bowl for 45 minutes waiting patiently to get her toes done while they proceeded to ignore that she was there, skipped over her with other clients who were walk ins. I walked out. How rude to do that to a baby who was waiting so nicely. Made me sad for her she was so excited. Never ever going back! Not kid friendly at all. Read Less

Horrible. Not relaxing in the slightest. Massage and foot scrub were pathetic. Loud and rude people throughout the entire place. The guy who worked on my Mom and lady who did my pedicure bickered and told each other to shut up and I hate you as they worked on me and my Mom. Would not recommend this place.
