My wife arrived home to tell me her story... She had arrived early and was the 1st customer of the day when shop opened. She only needed to have her nails repaired as the color had peeled away after only a week. This was her 2nd repair! She was told sit down and wait. Meanwhile THREE other ladies arrived and were taken back to have their nails and toes done. The man who runs the shop seemed to be in a poor mood and is rarely polite. My wife has shared this sort of thing with me before about his attitude and I also have witnessed his rudeness when I have accompanied her. After a 15-20 minute wait she was able to have the damaged nails repaired but I hope she will find a place where her experience is more pleasant.

My pedicure appointment was at 5:00 on a Wednesday evening. I didn't have to wait. The man who gave the pedicure was quiet but polite. The salon was clean. While I was there two groups of ladies came for pedicures without appointments. The salon was accommodating but there was a wait. If you want pedicures or manicures for a group (3 or more) I recommend being prepared for a wait, or make an appointment.

I know how hard they work.
I know their prices and they are comparable if not better than most. I know in the service industry it's better to express your concerns up front rather to write a bad review. One "bad seed" can bring your ratings down.
I go for my fingers and toes and I couldn't be more happy.

I don’t like to leave reviews and my experience could have been from me not speaking up, however I am prone to ingrown toenails and cut my nails how I like them. My big toes can’t be cut with a curve because that’s what causes me pain, the lady who was doing my nails asked if I cut my toenails and then went with cutting them how she wanted to. We never had a consultation about how I like them or when we got to my fingernails which again she just went at them and did them how she wanted. I was nipped on both my feet and fingers. I have two red sore spots from my cuticle being cut too short and into my living skin.

My daughter had two nails that needed tips, and wanted a gel polish change, and our regular girl doesn't work Fri-Sun. We had an appt. and they were so blasé. They switched people on her twice, the workers were practically non-verbal, or even communicative at all. She said her nail hurts, and the tip is too heavy, and feels loose, but she wants nothing more to do with them. She looked so perturbed on the bench when I came to get her, not at all pampered, or even treated in a friendly way. Never again.

I was really hopeful that I would find a nail salon away from the craziness of Eagle Road. Unfortunately, I don't think this salon is it for me. I went for a gel pedicure and they did a good job. Not great, not horrible. Just ok. But for me, getting a pedicure is also about the atmosphere. This place is all business. No warmth or friendliness and that ruined it for me, personally.

Normally we have great service but today we had reservations for 1 pm for Mothers Day and they had 4 other booked for 1 pm. We had to wait about and hour. They didn't even acknowledge that we had reservations. I am not sure they even scheduled any of us. We could of gladly done another time when we called for reservations! Pedicures are suppose to be relaxing my pedicure wasn't gentle more painful.

My mother and I went to get pedicures and we both had an appt. for 2pm. After half an hour of waiting, my mother was still not seen. She did not get her toes done, and I was very upset. This place is NOTORIOUS for taking walk-ins over people with appointments all day long, and if you have an appt. it means nothing and they make you wait past your appt. time to accommodate walk-ins. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, as your appt. slot means nothing and you are treated like dirt.

I just deleted the RAVING review that I gave this place one year ago. Today was my third visit. My daughter was with me. We asked for two pedicures. We were not offered additional services or asked which level of pedicure we wanted. My $25 pedicure lasted 15 MINUTES. My daughter soaked for five minutes before someone got to her and she was done in 10 MINUTES. I expressed my frustration with the owner and told him I was willing to pay $15 for each of our pedicures. I will give him a nod for allowing us to leave without paying anything - but I will not return to this salon. Too many choices in Meridian. This is a very lovely salon, but the service is below average.

My wife arrived home to tell me her story... She had arrived early and was the 1st customer of the day when shop opened. She only needed to have her nails repaired as the color had peeled away after only a week. This was her 2nd repair! She was told sit down and wait. Meanwhile THREE other ladies arrived and were taken back to have their nails and toes done. The man who runs the shop seemed to be in a poor mood and is rarely polite. My wife has shared this sort of thing with me before about his attitude and I also have witnessed his rudeness when I have accompanied her. After a 15-20 minute wait she was able to have the damaged nails repaired but I hope she will find a place where her experience is more pleasant.

My pedicure appointment was at 5:00 on a Wednesday evening. I didn't have to wait. The man who gave the pedicure was quiet but polite. The salon was clean. While I was there two groups of ladies came for pedicures without appointments. The salon was accommodating but there was a wait. If you want pedicures or manicures for a group (3 or more) I recommend being prepared for a wait, or make an appointment.

I know their prices and they are comparable if not better than most. I know in the service industry it's better to express your concerns up front rather to write a bad review. One "bad seed" can bring your ratings down.

I don’t like to leave reviews and my experience could have been from me not speaking up, however I am prone to ingrown toenails and cut my nails how I like them. My big toes can’t be cut with a curve because that’s what causes me pain, the lady who was doing my nails asked if I cut my toenails and then went with cutting them how she wanted to. We never had a consultation about how I like them or when we got to my fingernails which again she just went at them and did them how she wanted. I was nipped on both my feet and fingers. My daughter had two nails that needed tips, and wanted a gel polish change, and our regular girl doesn't work Fri-Sun. We had an appt. and they were so blasé. They switched people on her twice, the workers were practically non-verbal, or even communicative at all. I was really hopeful that I would find a nail salon away from the craziness of Eagle Road. Unfortunately, I don't think this salon is it for me. I went for a gel pedicure and they did a good job. Not great, not horrible. Just ok. But for me, getting a pedicure is also about the atmosphere. This place is all business. No warmth or friendliness and that ruined it for me, personally.

They didn't even acknowledge that we had reservations. I am not sure they even scheduled any of us. We could of gladly done another time when we called for reservations! I just deleted the RAVING review that I gave this place one year ago. Today was my third visit. My daughter was with me. We asked for two pedicures. We were not offered additional services or asked which level of pedicure we wanted. My $25 pedicure lasted 15 MINUTES. My daughter soaked for five minutes before someone got to her and she was done in 10 MINUTES. I expressed my frustration with the owner and told him I was willing to pay $15 for each of our pedicures. I will give him a nod for allowing us to leave without paying anything - but I will not return to this salon. Too many choices in Meridian. This is a very lovely salon, but the service is below average.
