I went in today! I called about 4 hours before my appointment and the girl was very sweet and got me in.... I got there 5min before my appointment... I was suppose to have some guy do them but he was mad because he wanted to get off early, I kinda felt like I was a burden... why five stars you ask.... Because this woman walked in and went right to work on my nails! I needed a fill and replacement of 4 nails... my nails where really bad she just started fresh... -She made them as short as I wanted -I like my nails done fast I’m not about relaxing (they were fast) -they don’t feel heavy or over done -I was stuck between two colors she helped me pick the best one for me -made great small talk -fixed bad nails done by another shop -great line work -price was perfect when I can leave with a set of great nails and a tip for $50 or under its a great day!!!! -I work in a Business that has to sterilize tools so I know what to look for and you can tell if you know what tools need to be clean and how... that they are clean and Sterile... I LOVE this place. I've been coming here for the past 3 years, getting fill after fill and I've never been disappointed. I've jumped around between technicians but now I only have tracie do my nails and she always does amazing. She knows my job is rough on my nails so she's accommodating and makes sure they're strong enough last. I usually let her choose my nails and I've never not liked them!!! Although she can be short on the phone, that's just how she is! Even with a long time customer like me, I think some people just take it too personally. Anyway everyone there is great! They are also greatly priced, only $25 for a gel fill?? Plus you get a stamp when you pay with cash, which leads to a free one eventually! Very dirty and the decor and atmosphere isn't very relaxing. A gentleman did my nails and watched football on his phone while he did my nails, he would stop to watch a big play. Both times I've been I've left with a bloody cuticle or two. You get what you pay for here. Read Less

I have been coming here on and off for the last couple of years. They have always done a mediocre job, so they had been a good choice if I needed to get my nails done last minute. But after my last appointment, just a couple days ago, I will definitely not be coming back. The staff treated my friend and I with complete disrespect. And acted like we were a huge burden to be there. Even though we had an appointment. It was also the worst set of acrylics I've ever had. After just 2 days, three of my nails already broke. If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude. I called on a Wednesday at noon and asked if they had time in the next 10 minutes for a full set (because I was across the street). I knew there was a good chance they'd say no, but I asked anyway. She said no. Okay cool. I then asked, "Are you guys completely booked for the day?" To which she snapped back with "Well that's not what you asked, you asked in the next 10 minutes"... WOW. I replied, "Yes that is what I asked, and now I'm asking if you have other openings today." There was silence long enough to make me question whether or not the call was still live...then she finally said, "We have a 3:30" I sadly said, "Oh no, that's too late for me" AND was going to continue with "can I make an appointment for another day?" Before I could to that I was immediately cut off with "BYE" and hung up on. I have never been to this place and have my own nail tech who is AMAZING, but I was in a bind and thought I'd try them out because of their rating. NOPE. I'm really disappointed after coming here. I got a mani pedi spa and was over charged. They tried to charge me the price of a regular mani on top of the mani pedi I was getting. My girlfriends also got a pedi and we were all confused about what the hell we were paying for. The pricing on their website is not true. And a couple of the staff couldn't explain to us what was included in the different pedicures. They have no menu of what services they provided, I asked! Overall my nails do look nice and the staff was friendly, but they overcharged me according to their website and that definitely bothers me.  Won't be coming here again. Read Less

Overall the experience was okay. But it wasn't fantastic. They rushed through our pedicure, and they didn't even give us a leg massage. They didn't file our nails very well, they were super scratchy. And my grandmothers toes had paint all over them. Her clinician saw her looking at the nail polish all over the end of her toe, so she came over to remove it. It wasn't the best that we've had, but it did the job of painting our toes for spring. Read Less

When I waked in and asked for a fill I was told that they were booked out and wouldn't be able to get me in until Monday for a fill even though there was only one other person in there and she was getting a pedi. Really pleased with this establishment. The staff is all extremely kind! I had my eyebrows waxed by Helen, who is great! I absolutely adore her. She's entertaining and she did a great job. Tom did my nails. He was very gentle. For once, I didn't bleed from getting my nails done! I didn't wait long. The staff was organized. And I'm happy with the results.
