I am disappointed. I was hoping to find a great nail place really close to home. Was told I would wait 20 minutes when I walked in, when I actually had to wait 45. The guy that did the Acrylic nails was friendly and charismatic, however he did a subpar job. My nails are visibly crooked. I was handed off to a woman to do my polish, and she did not cover the whole nail on the sides or to the cuticle so even the first day they looked slightly grown out. I had gone in for a pedicure and had a great experience! The guy who did them was focused on me and my needs and very attentive. The pricing was a little high, but it was quick and very well done so I didn’t complain. Went in the next day on my lunch break to get a manicure and got a different person. She was talking and laughing with the other employees so much she couldn’t even complete one whole task at a time. I had asked for the same French tip as my toes, very easy. She had pulled out a pink (like hot pink) color and I told her it was too pink but she insisted it would be okay. I was on my lunch and in a little time crunch and when I left I realized how ridiculous they looked. When I called to ask how much to change them or remove the polish I was told it would be another $18 on top of the originally $35 to get them done. I had no choice but to go in and get it off and was charged $10. So basically paid $45 to have my nails painted for a day. No one apologized or offered a refund or anything. They are extremely over priced, i didn't like the way the polish looked so i went back the next day, they were trying to charge me $18 but at first told me come back tomorrow they have no timeFor me today once i said i was leaving town they got a lady and she said 18 dollars. I can give you better places to go that would accomadate if you didn't like what they did!!! This guy Vu right off the free way off meridian exit behind jimmy johns does way better work and only charges 15 to 20 dollars!!! My daughter and I come here every month for gel mani/pedis. They do a great job and our nails last the whole month. They're also reasonably priced and clean. We don't do walk ins any more because they can be pretty busy sometimes but we can generally get an appointment same or next day. Read Less

NEVER will go here again. My grandma goes here for her nails and gets Vincent. She got me a gift certificate for 34$. I went in and asked for vincent and he wasn't there. I showed her my gift certificate and she said a full set is 35$ So I showed a picture of what I wanted (Olive green stilleto nails) And I was told that color wasn't available. So I picked another color from the samplers and it also wasn't available. I choose just an all glitter nail, and she told me if I got stiletto it would be 10$ more. So I said no. I'll stick with square. Then she started talking Chinese with the other lady and then I heard "stilleto" and instantly got mad. So she kept asking if I really wanted glitter on all of my nails and I said yes. And she's like are u sure ? I said yes again. And she said okayyyyyyy.. like she was judging me or something. Every time I go in here I get seen within 10 to 15 minutes as a walk in. My nails never crack or break. Love all the colors they have. The women are very talented. Made an appointment Friday afternoon for sat morning. Arrived on sat and waited while others walked in after me and were helped. Seems they may have not wrote down my appointment or they just over book. Either way it's unprofessional. Nice salon. I was a walk in and they got to me right away. Prices are reasonable. Service was good. I upgraded to the Signature Pedicure. I liked it, however, as a word of caution they do use oil to moisturizer with the Signature. I left still feeling very slippery (I could hardly walk in my flip flops) and wished I had brought a towel to help prevent any oil stains in the car. It didn't look like the other pedicures used the oil. I was also very impressed that they had a child's pedicure chair and pricing available. Staff are friendly and very good artists! I only go to treat myself to a pedi rarely due to budget constraints, but the prices are very reasonable. The nail art lasts FOREVER! They treat me like I am royalty when I am there; massage chairs that are MARVELOUS, relaxing pedi in spa water. I recommend you schedule an appointment, because they are so busy, but they do take walk ins.Just plan to wait a while, because it's a popular place!! Staff are very responsive to instructions on how you want your nail art (many nail techs can do it free hand, but they also have stamp art). Horrible experience, go somewhere else. I had to get multiple people involved to get what I needed(solid color,glitter on top). She made a huge mistake and grunted and groaned the whole time. I would give zero stars if I could. I was getting a full set and asked for thin nails. They were looking thick and I reminded her to thin them out. Before painting I told her I didn't like them. She explained that she couldn't thin them out because they'd break. I've had my nails done for years and explained this to her. After painting I asked to take them off because I didn't like them. I loved this place. Having recently moved to ID, I was in search of a good pedicure, a clean place, full of friendly people. I know, I am rather high maintenance, however Nicely nails met all my needs and more! It was a $30 pedicure that included the works and customer service that bordered on friendship. Visiting  from out of town.  Greeted with professionalism was able to walk right in and sit down.  The gentleman  who did my feet was great,  the lady who painted my nails was great,  but when I politely ask the lady can I get help getting out of my seat she was rude as hell instead of her helping  me (mind   you) she wasn't busy she told the gentleman to help. We have tried many other places that seem a bit cheaper, but the quality just isn't there. We get a lot of comments on the art work and have referred many here. When I went somewhere else, my nails were thick and crooked and the artwork was terrible. And they ended up being almost the same price. Wasn't worth the few dollars we saved. This is our go to place and I really recommend them. Vincent/ Tan is awesome. My only complaint here is its so busy all the time it's sometimes hard to get in and we have crazy schedules so sometimes it hard to schedule appointments. I was referred to Nicely Nails by a few friends. I was hesitant to try a new nail salon, since the last one I had been to (a total of 3 times) had left me disappointed with the service and price of their work, Oh, not to mention, I acquired fungus on one of my nails! The manager Kim was extremely rude, inaccurate on pricing. Yelled at me for no reason when i was trying to explain what i wanted. I even showed her pictures. A very simple gel tip with glitter. Said i was stupid and needed to spend even more to have glitter tips. I only wanted a simple beach look The tech Chris was wonderful. He did an amazing job and was very apologetic for his managers behavior. I spent $70.00 today. Not including well deserved tip. I will not be going back. Businesses need to remember that if it was not for customers, they would not be in business.
