Horrible customer service. Called ahead to see about getting a pedicure, was told I could come anytime. I said I would head there soon. Walked in and was asked if I made an appt, to which I replied, "just called ahead". The man working said they prefer appointments and wouldn't be able to accommodate us. I was so taken aback since I had literally come within 20 mins of calling. We were never offered an option and instead humiliated in front of all the other customers. Walked out and went elsewhere. Meh. It was just ok. Paid for the upgraded $30 but it was nothing special. I've had better pedicures at other salons. I was also frustrated to find out they did not take cards. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Got us in late for our appointment. Told us they had kid pedicure chairs and they did not instead they moved the kids all the way forward in the adult chairs. When we went to pay the lady in front of us was able to pay with a card. When we went to pay they told us we had to get money out of the ATM. They had the card reader hidden on the floor out of sight. ATM charged a 5$ fee. After a horrible experience with other nail place I walked in and within 20minutes was sitting in the chair talking about what had happened. Was very nurovs didn't want to be disappointed again with my nails. She was so nice talked to me about what she was doing to my nails and why, how she was going to fix them. Which she did! With what my nails looked like when I got in there I was sure they were gonna be taken off and put new acrylics on which would hurt so bad since my nails and fingers were bleeding and in pain from other nail place but no, she was able to fix my nails without any pain! Went in for the first time to get a no chip manicure and pedicure...very average. The main reason I won't go back.... is the rip off when you go to pay, in my case $50 and are directed to the ATM they have installed in which you are charged and additional $1.95 service charge plus you can only receive your cash in $20 denominations. My 17 year old daughter went into this "envy nails" salon tonight 01/02/2017 for an $18.00 FILL and got butchered and nails full of unfiled glue then charged $30.00! Don't spend your money here. My acrylics always looked cute, and they're cheap... But they're CHEAP. Every time I had one or two break off or tear. The staff is friendly but ROUGH. They act like there's not a person under those nails. I saw four different technicians and they all knicked me at least one. Their version of removing acrylics is literally ripping them off :( I'd never had a salon care less (even less expensive ones). Read Less

Got a pedi and the final product is fantastic!  With gels and the $35 massage pedi my total was $55, without gratuity. I liked the sugar scrub and the minty leg mask. The lady that did my pedi was good! Nice massage and she didn't scrub too hard with the pumice or nip to close to my little piggy cuticles. She was jjuuuuuusssttt right.I don't mind that the ladies were speaking their native tongue. They had a radio station that played tons of songs I knew the lyrics to so I sang to my hearts content while the ladies spoke to each other. The ladies were friendly. The location is lacking in that you need to be headed south on Eagle to avoid dealing with all the traffic. They don't take debit or credit which made me do a double take.... The first time I went there and had my nails done they were done alright but not super well. The lady didn't talk to me much while she did my nails. When I tried to start a conversation I was cut short. I wanted a specific design on my nails; I even showed a picture. She said okay she could do it exactly like the picture it was not even remotely close to what was in the picture, but my nails were done nicely in her own way so I was okay with it. The second and LAST time I went the lady didn't even listen to a word I said my nails are horrendous and I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Not even 10 minutes after getting my nails filled and the color change, the gel polish was chipping, sticky, and crumbling off. not even three days after getting the fill done my nails are bubbly and lifting. They charge too much for such a crap job. If you want something to last not even a day for $45 then sure waist your money on them. They were rude, had poor customer service and just talked to other employees in a different language while they did your nails. I don't like pedicures and always do them myself. But at 8 months pregnant, I cant reach my toes anymore. Tae gave me the best pedicure I ever got. Fast, efficient and no need for small talk. Took a while to wait with no one attending the customers as they pilled up for their appointments but for me, that's ok as long as the pedicure itself is good. Very happy with it and will be back next month. $20 for pedicure. No nail polish. Cash preferable. Don't forget a tip. Read Less

I normally go to a different salon but they did not have time for a full set so I came here instead. My nails came out great, but completely the wrong shape. I asked for the coffin shape and recieved an almond shape. I expected to pay $25 for an acrylic set as that is what the website says. I was then told it was going to be $40 because of the shape. She told me it was $5 for shape which would be $30 so I told her I wouldn't pay more. I was not interested in the gel polish which was pushed on me the entire time. The lady who did my nails was rather rude and pushy. I was jerked around to say. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. I didn't see any cleaning of the brushes or files. I love this salon! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and they are consistently clean and comfortable. Every now and then I do get the uncomfortable side conversation in another language, but it's not as bad as at other salons and they make up for it with obvious effort to chat with us. They do great pedicures there but when you walk in there isn't no sign on door or the person that you sign in with doesn't tell you that they don't take credit cards . But when you go to pay then they say cash only. They have ATM machine in there place! They need to have sign! I've been here a few times.  The first is when my husband and I were looking for houses this summer.  I had finally convinced my hubby to try a pedicure.  They were great at making him feel at ease and making him laugh.  We both got amazing pedicures. I stopped in recently to get a gelish/shellac manicure.  I don't remember the last time I've had such a fast manicure.  I quickly realized that a "regular" walked in shortly after me and my lady was hurrying to get done with me so she could do the other lady's nails.  This was a bit disappointing.  I'm still happy with the result but I expected much more.  My hand/arm massage was prob about 1 minute total and she didn't take much time to file and shape my nails to look similar (some are square edges-some are round). I've gotten a pedicure here four times now, and each time is more delightful than the last.  The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm always offered a bottle of water to drink, and made comfortable in the massaging chair before my pedicure commences. The staff is very conscious about everything they are doing, I'm never worried that the water will be too hot or my nails cut too short.  My nails are always done to perfection and I get a foot and calf massage to boot. The salon is clean and tidy with a television to watch or a magazine to read, and the owner and staff are relaxed and fun,  making the time there enjoyable. I have never been disappointed with Envy nails. My mom and I go every other month for a girls day having a mani/pedi and it's perfect. The employees interact with you which is hard to find. I hardly ever get my nails done but I was in a pinch because it was a couple days before my wedding and I had completely forgotten about my nails. Yikes. So I called around and looked at reviews online and I saw this place. I wanted to try it out so I called them and asked their prices and if they were available day of. They said yes just walk in. I wasn't able to get to the salon until an hour and half till they closed. They said they could still do my nails which I was so thankful for. So they told me I would have to wait 10 mins. That was fine I didn't mind. Well 40 mins later they get started on my pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice. I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and I wasn't picky about what color my toes were. The picture for the manicure clearly showed acrylic fake nails.So I got the pedicure done and all was good until I started getting my manicure, the lady started doing my nails as a gel manicure on my natural nail. I stopped her when she got to finger number 3 I  asked if she was going to add the fake nails on she said no because I'm getting a gel manicure. I said no I wanted fake nails. She tried convincing me that the gel nails would like fine and I should keep them. I said no because its my wedding and I wanted different nails. She said she would have to charge me if I wanted to change them, and I said no I wouldn't pay for them if that was the case. Well she got all huffy and rude because she had to start over. While she was doing the manicure she cut my cuticles to short on most of my fingers, it was very painful for days after.During the rest of my manicure she hardly spoke a word to me and only talked to her coworkers. I felt extremely awkward the rest of the time I was there (2 and 1/2 hours). And when I was paying she looked like she expected a really good tip for her service.I can admit the acrylics and pedicure were done well but the manicurists attitude was horrible. Read Less

I had to wait, even with an appointment. Poor manicure quality: I had to ask 3 times for my nails to be fixed (and I'm not picky, but I didn't want bubbles/gaps between cuticles and nails). Very rude & unethical, and just "ok" manicure/pedicure quality. We tried this new location today and were disappointed for several reasons:- We had an appointment, but there was only 1 person there to do 2 services on 2 different people.- Lack of variety in nail polish colors.- The polish was on the skin around my toes, and for the "spa" pedicure there was no salt scrub or anything extra included.- It was $27 for the cheapest pedicure (on a Saturday), which was very basic (for Meridian, Idaho -- This is expensive for the quality of the experience).- I asked for the price up front, the technician said it was $27. When I was done with my pedicure, she offered me a little flower on my toe. I declined. She said she would "just do a little one" so I could try it out, so I said OK. Then, when I went to pay, she said it was $32 for my pedicure. I asked her why there was a price increase, since she had quoted me it was $27. She said it was $5 for the flower. I explained that she should have informed me that there was a charge, since I didn't really want the flower, rather felt like she really wanted to do it. The woman helping me check out was having a little bit of trouble understanding what I was explaining (language barrier), when all of a sudden the man that works there starting shouting at me aggressively WHILE he was working on another clients nails. He said "What do you think, you're going to get something for free... We are professionals and need to be paid... You are being "mouthy" asking for something for free... How do you think we pay for this building... etc." I was shocked at his lack of professionalism. I told him that it was unethical to tack on services without informing the client, and he said I was "aggressive and mouthy" because I was voicing a concern. His lack of professionalism, and aggressive nature toward female clients (and total lack of regard for how his aggression/behavior affected the 1 other client and employees) were appauling. With the MANY other higher quality/better priced Nail Salon options in the area, please don't patronize this establishment. Read Less
