I chose Casa Bella because it has such great reviews so I was disappointed to find out the reason they have such high accolades is because some of the stylist offer 20% off if you rate them well. My highlights/low lights ended up the front being dark brown, and the back honey blonde? Like a color mullet. The next day after I styled it and realized how silly it looked I went back and was told that I would have to contact my stylist directly to see if she would fix it for free. Oh AND she was on vacation and wouldn't be back for a week. You would think after paying $150 the manager would be willing to have someone other than the person that messed it up, fix it for me. Had a wonderful experience at this salon! I went in with my mother-in-law to get our nails done and had a great time. Our nails were done by Kim, and she did a great job! I showed Kim a photo of something I found online and told her the colors I would like. She did a great job of recreating the idea without making it completely identical and my nails were absolutely gorgeous! I had them done for an interview and something about perfect nails just gives you lots of confidence! Kim was great because she understood what I wanted and made sure I was on board throughout the whole appointment. She checked in occasionally to make sure I was liking what she was doing and I couldn't have been more pleased. She also did great on my mother-in-law's nails and she has since been back to Kim to get them done again! I will be a repeat customer as well, as I absolutely loved the experience! I was done with my mop of hair (reached my bra line) and decided it was time get the big chop (short pixie)  so I made a last minute appointment with Megan here at Casa Bella. Megan is just awesome,  welcoming,  friendly, reassuring, and fearless! When I told her I wanted to chop all of my hair off, she was all for it,  no hesitation,  no trying too talk me out of it. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind, we talked a bit about my concerns,  and she went to work.  Gave me a razor cut, with tons of texture that works for my hair type.  She showed me how to style it and have me advice on how to get the looks I want. I have been going to Casa Bella Salon with Deb since last fall and relatively pleased.  The salon is nice, clean and the people are friendly.  But all went south when I had my hair highlighted 3 weeks ago.  I ended up with a severe chemical burn making my scalp painful, itchy and a disaster.  After seeking help from my dermatologist it was confirmed that this was a chemical burn to the scalp.  This is something I never want to experience again.  Sorry but i will be looking for another salon. Afton is THE BEST. Moving from a different state and finding someone new to trust with your hair is always difficult but my experience with Afton was by far my favorite experience!! I needed to find a new stylist ad salon, mine moved after 9 years.  I had heard good things about Casa Bella, so I scheduled an appointment and was scheduled with Afton.  Afton was new to the salon, but I was so very lucky to be scheduled with Afton!  I have had my hair done by Afton a few times now, I love the way she colors my hair, and the cut is perfect.  I now get many compliments from family and friends, even strangers on how great my hair looks, and everyone loves how natural the color looks.  Afton styled my hair for my sons wedding and I loved it, so did everyone at the wedding.  Afton even did my makeup at the salon for my sons wedding before she styled my hair.  Afton listens to every detail of how I want my hair colored, styled or cut.  I highly recommend Afton to you if you are looking for a new stylist. I scheduled hair care with Debbie. She and her daughter own the business. She is awesome. She really cares about doing an excellent job. She is very personable. My hair was over bleached from a previous salon and she was able to fix it. It took about three visits for the darker color to stay on and not fade. That is just my hair. It doesn't hold color but fades out. Now in 6 months, my color is beautiful. She is also able to cut my hair well. I have extremely fine hair with no body. I highly recommend coming here. Read Less

My first visit to Casa Bella was a great experience, and I will be returning.  I feel so lucky to have found this gem, and Debra, the owner and Master Stylist, who is an all round amazing person.  This woman knows hair! I have extremely curly, thick, kinky hair, and  I have been a bit of a shock to a number of hairstylists over the years - it's a challenge to handle, that's for sure! But not for Debra - she jumped right in, made excellent suggestions, and was full of confidence.  She didn't suggest anything unrealistic or scarey, really understood the way my hair behaves, and I actually left the salon happy, with my hair looking great - which has never happened before, or at least not after hours have passed and everyone's exhausted.  A true professional, honest, skilled and a lovely person.  The salon itself is beautiful - spacious but also cozy, friendly staff, good product selection and a lovely place to have any of their treatments.  Easy to find and good parking too - a win/win! Had a wonderful experience with Lacee!  I recently moved here from San Diego and was nervous about trying someone new.  I'm used to using Yelp to find the right person but found that it was hard to find a lot of reviews for a specific stylist in this area.  (My stylist in San Diego had hundreds of reviews and took up to two months to get in.)  I was fortunate to find Lacee on Thursday and able to get in for a highlight/lowlight/cut appointment on Friday! Unlike other stylists I've used in the past, she will listen to your requests and actually follow through, giving you everything you ask for and more!  I paid half what I normally pay in San Diego and my husband could not tell the difference between the results.  Thanks Lacee! Had a wonderful experience at Casa Bella recently while I was in the Meridian/Boise area on vacation. The salon/spa is truly a beautiful oasis. I went in on a whim a while ago. I was given a nail appointment with Kim. She is very nice. My first set of nails went on without and issue, then my second set went on and I had a nail chip, and then all of the gems fell off. I messaged the nail specialist and she got me in three days before my two week fill. I was super bummed I didn't get in sooner. But, regardless, the third set of nails were nice they were put on Thursday and by Saturday three nails... had broken or chipped. Then by Monday, yes today, almost every single nail broke or chipped. I called the salon, and got in later today, the nail tech, didn't try fixing it and just removed them, at this point I just wanted them removed and I wanted a refund. She removed them. I got No refund. Such bad business. Bad nails, I will never go there again! Shame shame shame! then my second set went on and I had a nail chip, and then all of the gems fell off.
