Efficient is the best word to describe my experience. I appreciate efficient, (most of the time) especially for my fingers. A pedicure needs a little more love I think, but I haven't gotten one there yet. The man who did my nails, Vu, I think was his name, was very meticulous and careful with my fingers. The paint job was flawless. The only reason I knocked down a star was because of my 30-40 min wait. I did walk in, but the time I was told was a little underestimated. My first time in here, and what a great experience! The special pedicure was exactly what I needed! It was a very nice sugar scrub (very pleasant I might add) to exfoliate all the dead skin. I got the hot wax treatment which was also very pleasant, it was hot (duh) but it felt nice and was exactly what I needed for my rough feet (since I wear shoes the majority of the day), the five minute massage was great and not rough whatsoever. I've been to several different nail salons around the valley, but none of them have compared to CT Nails. I have had nothing but good experiences here, which is why its disappointing to read the negative reviews. The staff is nice and accommodating and already know who I am when I call to schedule an appointment. I only get acrylic or gel nails and they are always good quality and well done. The salon is clean and well-kept and they have a large aquarium in the middle of the room which is a nice touch. I definitely recommend! Read Less

I went here once before and they did an amazing job and then went to get my nails filled today. The guy did a Terrible job was so rough my fingers hurt and are sore. All my nails are uneven and super think. Looks terrible that I just want to wear gloves to cover them up. Read Less

Came here for a pedicure. I was told to pick nail colors from a bunch of pre-painted nail cards. It was hard to understand the staff as they didnt speak much English. I thought it was a little rude how they spent so much time laughing at things they were discusssing in their native language. The scrub part of the leg massage was somewhat unpleasant. Felt like a shaving razor burn when he went to apply the "cool" lotion because the sugar scrub was so rough. Thought I was getting regular nail polish, but it was actually gel polish, and the color was not like the sample. I didnt realize this and wanted them to repaint it, and they almost made me pay to have them take the gel paint off, and tried to make it seem like it was my fault I was unhappy with the gel polish because I had picked out a gel polish color. Sorry, but they're not labeled "gel" or "regular" so there's no way I could have known. Assuming I wanted gel nails just because everyone else wants them is also not my fault. Plus, gel nails are more expensive than just a pedicure, so they almost upcharged me for something I never asked for.Read Less

It looks to me like they need to improve their customer skills. Read the reviews. Decided to just pop in and ask for a fill. They suggested a new set of nails. So I said ok.  When preparing for new tip, sanding off top of my nail, was beginning to hurt. After all completed. I got the bill and total was 31.00 dollars. 25.00 for new set, 5 dollars to remove, fine I get that and then 6 dollars for Emory board and buffing block. Surprised no one told me about that expense. So I tipped 3 dollars. The nail technician comments to owner about it in their language. I can figure out what your saying. Also I noticed that when anyone comes in for a service. They push for more services. These salons need to realize that there are plenty of other salons to patronize. Bye Read Less

I got a pedicure and a manicure here and will not be going back, nor would I recommend it to anybody.The pedicure was ok. The gentleman who did it was nice and great to chat with. However, he didn't paint the top edge of the nail, which you really should do if you want the pedicure to last a bit longer.The manicure is what really ruined the experience for me. I told the woman the number of the color I wanted, and she took out the wrong one. She misread the number. When I pointed it out, she took out another wrong one. This one had most of the number smudged off. So I asked for the color samples back so I could try to show her. She gave me the color samples back but then made me put both my hands in the bowl so I couldn't go through them. Then she asked me what color I wanted, and when I said I didn't know yet, she told me to hurry. I chose a color and then noticed that she cut one of my fingers. She rushed through the manicure and left me with half the nails with rough edges and paint on the edges. The manicure definitely ruined my experience. After talking with my two friends who went with me, she cut the finger of one of my other friends, and she used the wrong color on one of them. Update: I have to go back in and change my rating to 1 star because it's 3 days, and there's lifting on my nails. It's gel, it really should be lasting longer. Read Less

I have been coming to this shop to see Lee for almost a year now. I have always had issues with acrylics lifting. Not at this shop ! I always feel welcome and comfortable here. You definitely Get a great value. The cleanliness of this shop is top notch. I have had to wait a few extra minutes now and then, but great things are worth waiting for. I had been here before several times over the years. This time was not a pleasant experience. I will NOT be going back nor will I refer anyone I know after the rude treatment I received. I was in the area and went in about noon on Friday and asked if they could take a walk in for a mani/pedi. There was only 1 customer finishing up with another tech, but my nail tech begrudgingly came out from the back to help. She acted annoyed with me from the beginning.  She was not friendly.As she started my pedi she saw I had polish on my fingernails and asked if it was gel. I said no and she handed me a wad of acetone-soaked cotton and said "take it off." Seriously? I had to pay to take off my own regular polish myself? This was a treat for me and this attitude totally ruined it. But I took off my polish.Then I looked at the swatches of gel polish and showed her the colors I wanted for my mani. After at least 20 minutes passed and finishing my toes she said "move over there" and didn't even look up or at me or provide direction as to which station she wanted me to move to. I went to grab the swatch to remind her of the colors I wanted and she snatched it from me and said "I know what colors you want" before I even said a word. And you know what? She painted the the wrong color and when I politely pointed it out I got even more attitude and mumbling how that's not the color I told her in the 1st place. At this point 2 regular clients had showed up and were with other techs. Their experience was entirely different than mine. They were greeted with a smile and politeness. When my nails were done the tech just got up without saying a word and greeted a client.  She then looked over her shoulder and told me my price to pay at the counter. This is by far the least enjoyable experience I've ever had. I will NOT be going back, and this had been my go to place for a few years whenever I wanted to treat myself. Save your money and go somewhere that will not only provide the service, but accompany it with an attitude that will contribute to the overall experience rather than ruin it. Read Less

I got the upgraded special pedicure for 35 and loved it. The gentleman did a great job making my feet smooth. The special came with sugar scrub and cool mask on legs plus a leg and foot massage. He took his time and did a great job. They offer you a water and soda and were very nice. Very relaxing, only negative was the football on the tv, but I enjoyed the tropical aquarium. Read Less

I had really enjoyed going to this place. The fills were awesome and seamless. However the service has really gone down. They rush you through and cut up your fingers with the files and drill. When asked to fix their mistake they again rush you and don't take the time to fix it correctly. I will be finding a new place to get my nails & pedicures! Read Less

Everyone here is so nice. Had a bad experience at another salon near Hobby Lobby then came here and seen the difference that having good customer service can have. They were talkative, friendly and made sure to ask me during my fill if everything looked okay. Yes there was broken english but im just not going to knock on their salon for that. I understood most of it anyway. I cant tell you enough how nice they all were. They may even convince me to have a pedicure sometime soon, which i have never had. I received a full set two days ago and service was "ok" none of them speak good English of course. but almost all of my nails have started to lift Already!!!!!! :( so I called them and they said they would fix it. I made an appt and the only thing they did for me was grind my nails down for 2 seconds and sent me off..no new polish nouthing. I've been to a few nail places around here trying to find a good one and today I've found one that hits rock bottom!
