Mistakes happen, but I am terribly disappointed with my experience with this salon. I ordered a Groupon for a mani-pedi with Bri. I wanted to have the mani-pedi ahead of my vacation, so I made the appointment for the day before I was leaving (and the only day I could do it), but Bri wrote the wrong day down in her planner. It was a simple mistake, but when I didn't show up on the wrong date, no one from the salon ever contacted me, despite taking my phone number when I booked. Since I didn't know that I had "missed" my appointment, I made the trek from Spokane to CdA in heavy rain only to find the salon closed tight. Someone eventually showed up, but I was told that Bri was busy and no one else could step in for her, despite recognizing it was her mistake. I was told that I could be rescheduled for a time *eight hours* in the future, which I refused to accept. To her credit, Bri did work with Groupon to allow me a refund, but it ended up being only Groupon bucks, not actually a refund. Plus, I had to find a last minute place to get in for just a manicure before my trip, costing me even more money. The entire experience was unprofessional. By not calling to check on the missed appointment, it said to me that they didn't believe they could have made a mistake and the problem must be on the customer's end. It's just good business to follow up, especially if you require a telephone number to make a booking. Read Less
