One of the most amazing and relaxing spas I’ve ever been to! Stephanie and her incredible team are so lovely, and are amazing at what they do. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly, offered a drink ranging from tea to coffee to a mimosa, then ushered back for the most amazing experience! I have had the waterless manicure and pedicure, waxing, and full facial so far, and they are all heavenly! I really love that they take hygiene and cleanliness extremel...y seriously and go above and beyond, using clean and new tools, using an autoclave to clean all of their tools (I am severely immunocompromised, so this was vital to me to find a place that wouldn’t put my health at risk, but still wanted to feel beautiful for my trip and my fiancé), and keep everything as clean as possible. The waterless manicure and pedicure is something to be experienced and I’ll never go back to a “traditional” manicure or pedicure again! Abby did both for me, and she was phenomenal! I went with the gel nails for both (I love it because I can walk out the door with the confidence that they won’t get smudged), and she even went above and beyond and put sparkles on my toes for my trip! I got so many compliments! The real treat has been the full facial with Stephanie. I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed in my life! They use the high quality Elemis products and Stephanie custom tailors the facial to exactly what you and your skin needs. Plus the facial, neck, and shoulder and arm massage will leave you feeling like your best self! I came out of there with the most glowing and radiant skin, and my skin has never felt healthier or better. One week later, and my skin actually has still never looked better, since I’ve had my facial. I still have a healthy glow, my skin is nicely exfoliated and clean, and my face and neck are taut while still feeling softer and more hydrated than ever! This is not only a nice treat for your skin (or largest organ on our body and the one that takes the most abuse and is most often forgotten about), but Stephanie is an amazing person, and she makes you as a person feel amazing!!! From start to finish, Polished and it’s staff will treat you like an honored guest, make you feel at home, and give you the very best service! I already have more appointments booked with them! We were from out of town and were visiting for the weekend. We wanted to get our nails done, and Polished was able to get us all in at the same time, the same day we called to see if they had any appointments available. The salon is GORGEOUS, and the girls there all do amazing work! Wish this place was in Portland so I could be a regular customer! Thank you for a great experience!

We went Mother’s Day weekend for mimosas and pedicures. First they were out of champagne so our husbands brought in a bottle for us then our pedicures were not worth $45! They don’t soak your feet nor clean and scrub them like every other place. We basically got our toes painted and lotion rubbed on for $45. Cute place, super nice people, but not what we were hoping for.

I have had back to back great experiences here. I came in right before my wedding for a manicure, pedicure and a facial. Stephanie was amazing. She is so fun and went out of her way to make everything perfect before the big day. My facial was so amazing and luxurious, I purchased a package. I went back for the 2nd series tonight and am equally impressed. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

Wow. This is the best salon in town and I have been to a few. Stephanie is so accommodating. I was in a panic as a salon I had an appt with got time wrong so took somebody else. Well I wanted something special as my granddaughter was going to state for gymnastics in Pocotello. No salon would take me. Stephanie made time for me and did the most beautiful nails ever. She is creative and seeks to make you happy. She drew with polish a gymnast silhouette on beam free hand! It tur...ned out better than I could ever imagine. Made an appt for 3 weeks later for a fill. Going to a black tie banquet this time and was explaining color of my dress. I am a creative person but Stephanie comes up with the most imaginative, fun and beautiful ideas. This time when I came into the salon, I was greeted warmly and I felt so welcome and most importantly, I felt special.. I sat down with a blanket for my lap, a heated, herbal neck wrap and the best salted carmel cocoa-coffee mixture I have ever had. After explaining dress, Stephanie came up with a peach pearl polish with white French tips. It looked fabulous. Then when she was almost done, it occurred to me I was wearing sandals. So on a whim, I asked for a pedicure with same polish and look as finger nails. I then was treated to the most wonderful pedicure experience ever! Massaging chair, my neck wrap heated, foot massage, exfoliating all the way up to my knee. There was more but I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Pedicure was done by one of the other ladies there and a beautiful French tip there too. I felt pampered and so beautiful. I can't imagine anything but a great experience there. Stephanie and the other ladies there are the most accommodating people I have ever seen. They definitely make sure you are happy, satisfied, beautiful, and royalty the whole time you are there. The prices are great too. It always surprises me for all they do and on my whim, I always expect it to be a lot more. I love them and the way they make me feel and the end result--beautiful nails hand and foot. Thank you so much. See More

I was wanting to relax and spent 100.00 to witness the Owner yelling at employee in front of me. Then went to the back to mask the yelling and turned the music up. Which was super awkward because you could still hear them. Then went to the bar next store and came back drunk. Horrible experience.

Steph is an amazing lady inside and out! My mom and I went to get our nails and toes done and she fit us in on the same day. The entire experience was amazing. She truly cares about every step of every process and truly cares about her client. My mom and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. She also said she could fix my acne prone skin and I just had my first facial today and it was amazing. I can't even begin to describe the experience but it was beyond anything I expected. She and Ashley have been there both times I've gone in and they are always asking me if I need anything and making sure I'm comfortable. Best spa I've been too!

I stopped in here while I was waiting for my husbands plane to land at the Spokane airport so I had about 3.5 hours to kill. I got an acrylic nail fill & a pedicure. The girl that did my nails was so sweet & took her time to make sure my nails were perfect & looked exactly how I wanted (I feel bad I can't remember her name :( ) she talked me into trying one of their "waterless" pedicures and it felt so good! My feet are so soft and felt amazing all night! She even stayed later to finish my toes. Not to mention the complimentary wine, delicious! The owner, Stephanie, was working on her clients as well & was so nice & entertaining! I will definitely be going to this salon everytine I come to Idaho to visit family! Highly recommend to anyone!! 10 stars out of 5!! Thanks again ladies!! :)

Oh my goodness!! This was by far the most relaxing atmosphere I have ever experienced while being pampered to the fullest. Ashley did an amazing job on my toes and fingers and didn't stop until I was completely happy. She kept a lively conversation and made sure my wine glass was full the entire time! ;) I was so relaxed that I could of fallen asleep. I would go back in a heart beat. The ladies were kind, welcoming, and (for not having a pedi/mani in two years) it was beyond worth it. I highly recommend it, without hesitation.

Love going to Polished!! Steph is so great! makes sure your relaxed and enjoy yourself while you are there. Love how she does her acrylics, she doesn't use preformed tips which never fit right. She does tips by hand. I've never had a problem with them lifting or cracking like I have with other nails and they always turn out gorgeous wether you do pink and white or choose color. Taking my mother in law in for a pedicure for her birthday and can't wait! Thank you Polished!!!

After explaining dress, Stephanie came up with a peach pearl polish with white French tips. It looked fabulous. Then when she was almost done, it occurred to me I was wearing sandals. So on a whim, I asked for a pedicure with same polish and look as finger nails. I then was treated to the most wonderful pedicure experience ever! Massaging chair, my neck wrap heated, foot massage, exfoliating all the way up to my knee. There was more but I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Pedicure was done by one of the other ladies there and a beautiful French tip there too. I felt pampered and so beautiful. I can't imagine anything but a great experience there. Stephanie and the other ladies there are the most accommodating people I have ever seen. They definitely make sure you are happy, satisfied, beautiful, and royalty the whole time you are there. The prices are great too. It always surprises me for all they do and on my whim, I always expect it to be a lot more. Went here a couple months ago. I don’t usually write reviews but I keep thinking about how Unprofessional, very unprofessional my experience was. I was wanting to relax and spent 100.00 to witness the Owner yelling at employee in front of me. Then went to the back to mask the yelling and turned the music up. Which was super awkward because you could still hear them. Then went to the bar next store and came back drunk. Horrible experience.

Steph is an amazing lady inside and out! My mom and I went to get our nails and toes done and she fit us in on the same day. The entire experience was amazing. She truly cares about every step of every process and truly cares about her client. My mom and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. She also said she could fix my acne prone skin and I just had my first facial today and it was amazing. I can't even begin to describe the experience but it was beyond anything I expected. She and Ashley have been there both times I've gone in and they are always asking me if I need anything and making sure I'm comfortable. Best spa I've been too!

I stopped in here while I was waiting for my husbands plane to land at the Spokane airport so I had about 3.5 hours to kill. I got an acrylic nail fill & a pedicure. The girl that did my nails was so sweet & took her time to make sure my nails were perfect & looked exactly how I wanted (I feel bad I can't remember her name :( ) she talked me into trying one of their "waterless" pedicures and it felt so good! My feet are so soft and felt amazing all night! She even stayed later to finish my toes. Not to mention the complimentary wine, delicious! The owner, Stephanie, was working on her clients as well & was so nice & entertaining! I will definitely be going to this salon everytine I come to Idaho to visit family! Highly recommend to anyone!! 10 stars out of 5!! Thanks again ladies!! :)

Oh my goodness!! This was by far the most relaxing atmosphere I have ever experienced while being pampered to the fullest. Ashley did an amazing job on my toes and fingers and didn't stop until I was completely happy. She kept a lively conversation and made sure my wine glass was full the entire time! ;) I was so relaxed that I could of fallen asleep. I would go back in a heart beat. The ladies were kind, welcoming, and (for not having a pedi/mani in two years) it was beyond worth it. I highly recommend it, without hesitation.

Love going to Polished!! Steph is so great! makes sure your relaxed and enjoy yourself while you are there. Love how she does her acrylics, she doesn't use preformed tips which never fit right. She does tips by hand. I've never had a problem with them lifting or cracking like I have with other nails and they always turn out gorgeous wether you do pink and white or choose color. Taking my mother in law in for a pedicure for her birthday and can't wait! Thank you Polished!!!
