On a Sunday morning earlier this month, the ladies of Earthly Beauty transformed eight women prepping for my younger sister's wedding later that afternoon into a fabulous-looking-photo-ready bridal party not to mention how amazing the bride looked!  We arrived at 8am and were promptly out the door by 12:30 headed to the venue.  Our makeup and hair was ready for the many changes in the weather that day going from sun to wind to rain back to sun then rain.  The space was inviting, staff were laid back all the while guiding us through the morning making sure we would be ready to leave on time which was key.  The photographer was also able to move around with ease working with Lacey and team while were primping.  Though much of the wedding party was not local, it will be a spot I would go to again whether  for future event prep or to get my hair or make-up done just 'cause. Had my eye brows done by Lacey. What an experience! She is super sweet and hilarious. She really takes her time and is a brow pro! I left there feeling pampered. I will definitely be returning. My daughter called to make an appointment for herself to have hair and make-up done. They declined stating they aren't doing anymore weddings this year, even though my daughter explained it wasn't for an entire wedding party, just herself. My daughter ended up talking to the owner and she said she would try to "squeeze her in" and would call her back, but she never did. I worked in the service industry for years and this is not acceptable customer service. I don't care what the reason is for the appointment, it shouldn't matter, hair and make-up is hair and make-up. You have a service to perform for a fee and that's as far as it goes. Oh yes, I suppose you could say you have a right to refuse service to anyone, but that would be for a valid reason which is not the case in this instance. I read another review that stated the staff is truly horrible and I must agree, this is not how you treat your customers. I'm just shocked that you would turn away customers just because she's getting married and wants to get her hair and make-up done. What???? Are you for real???? Best team in the region for wedding makeup!! Lacey, Hailey and the ladies at Earthly Beauty Bar, are out of this world talented at what they can do as makeup artist's!! My bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning!! Lacey (the owner) always does the brides makeup, and words cannot express her level of talent. She looked at pictures I had saved on Pinterest, and even made sure that I started only saving pics of brown eyed girls (which obviously I am ;) I had no hesitation, that m...y makeup would be less than perfect on my wedding day, and it was. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!  Professional, skilled,knowledgeable. Lacey told me people would be telling me how amazing I looked AND SHE WAS RIGHT!  I have never received so many heart felt compliments as I did on my daughter's wedding day.   My daughter looked amazing (well that part was easy) as did everyone in our wedding party who partook of earthly beauty bar's specialists. Visited Earthly for the first time today to get my lip and sideburns waxed (oh, the joys of having super dark hair). Alison was amazing! Sharaya did an amazing job cutting my hair!!! I have really stubborn, tangly, unruly hair and she tamed it like a lion tamer. Girls got serious skills. Sharaya is an absolutely great stylist! She pays attention to detail and ensures that you walk out completely satisfied with your hair cut and style! Jen was wonderful however the staff is truly terrible. The worst customer service. I traveled 9 hours to have a consultation with her for my wedding, left so excited and with the expectation that they would be reaching out to me within the next few days to setup a trial date. After a month of not hearing from them I left multiple messages with no retuned calls. 5 months before my wedding they call and try to setup a first time meet and consultation!! I explained to them that I already had a consultation and signed the contract and was waiting to setup my trial run and she says that they must have lost my contract and that maybe we could do a skype consultation. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over $200 to get my makeup done for one day, I expect this to be a seamless interaction. I ended up getting so frusturated that I went with someone else.... maybe your luck will be better than mine, but I wouldn't reccomend anyone to them. Very unprofessional. Read Less

I worked with Lacey and Courtney for my wedding and they were both so amazing beyond words! Lacey did my brows and she is seriously the best in the business!! She is so fantastic and amazing that when I went to book my next wax with her she was booked out until the end of October! I ended up booking with her through January to ensure that I was able to see her since she is in such high demand! Courtney did my bridal makeup and it turned out so gorgeous!!! She is so kind and caring and really cared about my opinions and feedback! The end result blew me away and was even better than I imagined! Lacey is a truly amazing Make Up Artist. I was very skeptical about airbrush (old school sticky face came to mind) but not only did I look like I was photoshopped (in real life!) but my make up didn't budge even an inch during a hot summer evening wedding. Our trial was a blast, and i felt very comfortable working with her. She made it clear that this was about me and we wanted to get the exact look I was going for, and not only did she say that but demonstrated it through her amazing and fun personality. My girls and I (she and her assistants did seven girls in 4 hours!!!) all loved her and were so happy with how we looked, and it made us all feel like celebrities for the morning. She's also an incredibly smart business woman and doesn't act like this is just make-up on a wedding day. She acts like it's the most important face she's working on, on the most important day of that woman's life. She brought her own lighting, chair, everything, the morning of the wedding. I can't tell you how AWESOME Earthly Beauty Bar is! My best friend got married a few weeks ago and we used Lacey and Earthly Beauty Bar for our makeup. Lacey and her team worked tirelessly to get her new, BEAUTIFUL, location open to accommodate our large bridal party. We were a group of 10 girls getting our makeup and hair done. Lacey worked with the hair dresser to accommodate the entire party, starting as early as 6 in the morning to get everyone in and out! We were provided with robes, great tunes, a full spread of food, and beverages, including champagne. She created a fun and attentive environment which was the perfect start to the wedding day. The makeup was perfect, and she definitely knows how to shape those brows! We danced and partied hard that night, but still looked great, because our makeup did not smear, streak or run! If you are looking for a great place to get your makeup done for a big event, this is the place to go! My experience ar Earthly Beauty was wonderful! My stylist was very professional and the color and haircut looked great. I will definately be back. I am even thinking about trying out a facial here in the near future! Never have had a pedicure there, I am sure it is just not their specialty. Definately recommend it! Read Less
