Usually get pedicures in Spokane but decided to give this one a shot, very disappointed. They told me my polish was dry and I could put my boots back on, when I got home I noticed a huge dent in my polish. I also left with a large scratch on the back of my calf from their scrub brush. I wanted a simple nail design of grey ombre and they ended up running out of the color halfway and had to take the nail off. I kept asking her to round the edges but she kept sharpening them. She ended up going with solid black nails which I didn't want with sparkles and I hate sparkles. It was also jel which the original was matte. I still had to pay full price for the nails I didn't like but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. They do not listen to what the customer wants and they are terrible nail art designers. Very disappointed with the past two services I've had here. I'm not one for going somewhere relaxing and feeling rushed the entire time I'm there which is how they perform services here. I got a fill today and I was so upset about how sloppy they looked that I don't even wanna step foot in this place again. When she went to start painting them I had to point out how uneven they were in length and it's like it was the end of the world for her to fix them. Government Way in Hayden, Idaho.  I called and made an appointment and was told to "come on down."  I had a wonderful pedicure from Tiffany.  She took her time, asked my preferences, and was a professional in every way.There is a choice of pedicures from $25 - $45 depending on what you need.  This is a very clean and updated environment.  I feel comfortable recommending this salon to you. My manicure was subpar: the first coat was fine but the second coat was sloppy so it's pretty obvious where the second coat didn't cover and it looks kind of weird. They also didn't really trim my cuticles at all, which I the main reason I get my nails done instead of doing them myself. It was pretty busy though so maybe things are better when they're less rushed. Read Less

I got my nails done with gel on Wednesday and they are already chipped and need redone on that same Saturday. And plus the lady cut all of my cuticles and made them bleed on my left hand. Wouldn't recommend that place to anybody. Read Less

Dropped in on a Wednesday morning and didn't have to wait for a pedicure. Pedicures range from $25-45 depending on what you choose. Anna was nice and did a good job! I also had my eyebrows waxed for $10. The older reviews on here don't do this shop justice and my experience was quite different. All the pedicure spas are lined and their tools come out of a sealed envelope. I didn't feel I was taking a risk with my health by being here. Read Less

Must miss! Save your money and find someplace else. Let's see, we had an appointment but it still took 20 minutes before they seated us for pedicures, the water was freezing at first and then boiling hot. The chairs are old, and torn. The bowl for my feet was dirty. They use the same utensils on everyone without cleaning. Yuck! They say the pedicure is $24 but that's for the very most basic and it's a lot more if you do anything else. The whole place is dirty and the people are not very friendly. I would give no stars if I could. I just spent $50 to be scared and have my feet hurt! My feet seriously looked worse when I left and I'm  praying I didn't get a foot fungus or worse! Read Less

I love coming here! I am in & out without an appt. No matter who i get, they are friendly & professional. They always spot every problem & ask what i want to do about it. They give good advice for maintenance. The price is very reasonable & pampering. My only slight negative is that the place is not pristine, you can tell they have tons of traffic. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're *desperate* for mani/pedi and you're willing to take a gamble on a friendly hand/foot fungus.  I am fairly confident they do not disinfect anything (pedicure chair basins, utensils, etc) between customers as I've seen them re-use tools without changing/cleaning them.  They also re-use the 50 cent disposable flip flops after a pedicure...there's really no excuse.I waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure and decided against a manicure when I saw they weren't cleaning their utensils on other patrons. When they are busy, they will almost complete your service (in my case a pedi) then tell you to "relax" while they start another patron (so people don't leave, I can only assume) before coming back minutes later to put on the top coat, etc.  I asked that they complete my pedicure before leaving my chair, but wasn't able to dry because they don't have pedicure foot dryers.  Regardless, during busy times plan on a pedicure taking *at least* an hour.Other items to note:* Polish colors are outdated (imho) and almost entirely off-brand (i.e. no Esse or Opi)* Price list is unclear* Different techs use different method for pedicures - my mom had different services sitting next to me than what I received.* My pedicure wasn't the best but also not the worst I've ever had. I'd give it a solid B- but it was/is still tainted by fear of getting a fungus or something worse.* I feel for the workers at this place -they do work hard and probably have little control over the cleanliness and sterilization practices instituted by the owners. I have had my nails done all over the country and Ken did the best refill on them that I have ever had anywhere! True, I did have to wait almost 30 minutes with an appointment bit the final product was well worth the wait. He is an artist with nails. Read Less
