I have been coming to this salon for almost a year and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Jim has been doing my hair fabulously the entire time. Now let me tell y’all that I have super thick super dark brown hair. But Jim has been able to keep me blonde this entire time! (Except a small time where my hair was pink, it was awesome too) My hair can certainly be a hassle sometimes and I love that he is so patient and is always able to help me figure out what I want and the process it takes to get there. 10/10 would recommend. Jim messed up a friends hair bad. So bad it looked like a 2 year old who'd never held scissors before cut it. He offers to fix it, and then does an even WORSE job than before. This is not ok. Now they wont refund the money. After you mess with someones hair like that they should have never let her leave. Someone needs to make this right! Dragon gives great nails - that's all there is to it. Anyone who says otherwise is smoking crack, because she is meticulous. She also does great design work. ALSO - Jim gives great hair. I'm not only talking about the cut/color he did for me - I've also watched him do other clients hair and it always looks good. I particularly like his skills with color (and the Pravana colors are gorgeous). The salon is clean, with a laidback, fun vibe. I highly recommend them!! Read Less

I'm a returning customer to Jim for a cut. Let me just say how fun and bouncy my hair was when I left the salon.  He does FANTASTIC layers, and made my fine, limp hair feel young and fun again.  He also takes his time to style it afterwards, and I just love how nerdy he gets when he explains what he's doing (while cutting and styling).  He's fun to chat with and also you can tell he really loves what he's doing.  The other thing I like about this salon is they are very good if you are on a budget, and he'll always tell you about upcoming deals to come, or ways to save money.  I left there with a hair plan for the next time I come in; which is exciting.  Not only does he take his time with you while you're there, he puts some thought into the future-YOU too.  I'm forty but feeling 30 today, thank you Xpressions! I bought pedicures on groupon. I made an appointment, and got to salon. It was mentioned many times to the "techs" that it was a Groupon session. Like it was a bad thing. My daughter was criticized about how she keeps her nails, and it kept being said the whole hour. Her pedicure was 30 minutes, the tech was in a hurry to eat and show her flexibility to her boss...My pedicure was almost an hour, and so was my friends. It was not a particularly fun or nice experience. When I got home, my heels still had rough, dry skin. It was the worst pedicure I got, and believe it was due to not having to pay full price. One of the three techs was nice and chatty, although my friend was criticized for cutting her own cuticles. Read Less
