My favorite nail shop in Boise! I come in every few weeks for a pedicure and will occasionally get a gel manicure. Doesn't matter which tech you get, as they all do a great job. For pedicures though, I always feel lucky to get Danny because he does an amazing leg and foot massage!Prices here are well within reason and affordable enough that I can come in every 3 weeks or so with no guilt. They do take card/cash, but cash is preferred. Appointments aren't required, but I usually try to call ahead to ensure I have no wait time. The nail color selection is also very good for gel and regular mani/pedis. One of my other favorite things about this shop is that they don't try and force you to get anything you don't want. I had a really great experience here. Clean, tasteful environment, and the pedicure I received was competently done and not rushed. Currently $25 for a pedicure, and there was no attempt to upsell special services, scrubs, etc. Well worth the price. Read Less

The first time I went there the guy did an amazing job so I kept coming back. The next time I had a new guy, I was his first other than school & he was rude & it turned out ok,this last time, which will be my last time the guy didn't even listen to what I had to say & got impatient & rude with me when I had to simply explain I wanted the glitter faded from tip inward...is that so hard to understand? I moved to a new area and wanted to find a nail salon closer so that brought me to Top Nails. I went in for a pedicure and a gentleman by the name of Danny I believe was the nail tech. Let me tell you, this was one of the best pedicures I have had since moving to Boise. He massaged each foot for at least 10 min, you'll be lucky if you'll get 5 min for both feet anywhere else. Absolutely amazing! My friend and I came in for a gel Mani & Pedi yesterday. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to get their nails done in Eagle. DO NOT GO HERE! I had acrylics done and they hurt so bad. At first glance they looked nice, but if you stared you could see problems. The base by my cuticles weren't all straight and they started lifting 2 days later. The man (who owns it with his wife) really hurt my skin with the electric file thing. He also chipped some of the fake nail tip with it so my French tip was see-through on a couple corners. I wish I had taken pictures. It was terrible. A lot of the reviews I read said they were great, so long as the owners did your nails, but they still failed to impress me. I went there in a pinch and now know I will never go back! Read Less

I have been going to Hydie at top nails for over 3 years. She is absolutely wonderful! She is an extremely talented nail tech. I can bring her any picture of nail art and she will replicate it and do it better!! Not only is she a great nail artist but she has a welcoming personality and makes you feel like family when you are there.I definitely recommend Top Nails to anyone!  The environment inside is very relaxing and calming.I recommend Danny for a pedicure, he will give you the best foot massage of your life and will do a fantastic job of grooming your feet.Overall, all the staff at Top Nails are amazing, and you can't go wrong going there. Great environment, quiet and chil. I've been twice so far and will continue going back weekly! I get the gel polish, I'm too clumsy for acrylics. The times I've been there the attendants aren't too chatty, which I like. They do a great job with the manicure, and the lotion hand massage at the end is amazing. And it's all $25!! I have been to this salon 3 times now. The first time I hated it and was soooo disappointed I complained and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. The second time, I decided to give them another shot, and the second time I was equally upset. They argue with you about what you want, they try to just hurry up and get your manicure/pedicure over with so they can get more money with more customers. They don't care how well they are doing your nails. I finally went in today, because I had gel polish put on from a different salon a couple of weeks ago, and only needed it taken off (so I thought how hard is that), so they took it off. They didn't smooth the nail out after removing the gel so when they re-painted my nails, the nail is completely bumpy and un-even. Its awful. He did such a horrible job painting that the color looks uneven in places, and thick and heavy in other places. They stuck 3 of us at the "drying table" when really it only fits 2 people, and 5 minutes later they tried to tell me that my nails were dry, when they weren't even close, because they wanted my spot for another person. I will NEVER go here again. They are sooo unfriendly, rude, and awful at their job I wont give them even $5 of my money. I rather pay more money for a job that is done right. Read Less

Who ever wrote the other reviews obviously works there. I got the WORST customer service I have EVER received! I walked in and a blonde girl who works there just stared at me didn't say anything to me nobody said anything to me for 20 min till I said I have an appointment, and the blonde girl rolled her eyes at me and the asian woman told me to pick a color, when I left my nails looked HORRIBLE.
