This is a review for stylist Randee Cole! Randee is hands down the best hairstylist I have ever had. I entrusted her with my major post-wedding chop (she took off about a foot!) as well as with the first color I've had in a decade, and they were the best hair decisions I've ever made! I have never received more compliments on my hair than I have when it's in Randee's hands! Not only that, but her work LASTS. I can go months without seeing her, and my hair (the cut and the color) will still look almost as good as it does the day I leave her chair. She has such a refined, intuitive sense of what will look good, and she can bring to life the ideas (and photos) you bring her.Not only is her hair work incredible and obviously honed through years of experience with a ton of different kind of hair and clients, but she is an absolutely amazing human to spend time with. I have extensively recommended her to friends, and to anyone who asks (...people in line with me at coffee shops, at grocery stores, my clients, my clients' parents, etc. etc.), over the years. It was about time I wrote her a Yelp review! Don't wait - get in Randee's chair ASAP. Your hair will thank you! :)

Amazing customer service and quality work from the ladies that work at Tonic. Always a fun, inviting environment. Have gotten my hair cut and colored by Jacqueline and loved how it turned out. Also got microdermabrasion done by Bree. She has been an amazing source in turning my skin around. She has been available after my initial appointment to recommend products and has tailored a regimen to my skin type that has helped immensely.

We were in the middle of a cross country move and stopped in Boise for dinner and to stretch our legs. We walked past the salon and saw their Hemp lotion (my husbands favorite) so we tried the door to purchase some. It was after business hours, so we started to walk away. The owner quickly came out and greeted us and told us to come in! She was so warm and friendly, we felt like we were talking to a long lost friend! She helped us with all the products we needed, and even gave us a military discount! Good businesses start with good people- I have no doubt my experience going to this salon would be great!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! My daughter and I followed stylist, Mandy here from another salon and by far prefer the vibe of this salon to the other. The decor is very modern and the atmosphere is upbeat. There is always music playing, so no listening to the local gossip of others seated next to you. It's all about you in your stylist's chair. They use the latest products and are always learning new techniques to stay current. I have never gotten a bad haircut. I always say I feel like a rockstar when I leave from my appointment. So if you're looking for a new stylist, this is your place! Any one of the ladies here are worth the venture downtown. Check em out!!

JESSICA CURTIS!! She is AMAZING! Got my facial today &I realized my face does not get the moisturizes that it needs, and she was able to make my skin feel so smooth and well hydrated. She did an amazing job with me today! She was very professional and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I loved the products she used on my face, and even gave me massages, along with a fun dark tint to my eye lashes. Highly recommend her, she will meet all your expectations!!

Jennifer Brown is an exceptional stylist. She is extremely knowledgeable and always does an incredible job on my hair and my husband's hair. She has done my hair (and waxed my face) for over a decade and I have yet to be disatisfied. She is also so wonderful with both my older sons and my toddler son, managing a range of demands from busy boys. :) I've also had the opportunity to get to know and see the work of both Lindsey and Kelly and am so impressed by the work they do as well. I would not go anywhere else nor would I take my family anywhere else to have our hair done. These stylists are truly artists!

I have really struggled to find someone who is able to cut my curls here in Boise. After researching Tanzanite Salon and reading about Jennifer Canning I booked an appointment. Jennifer was so friendly and what she did with my hair was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about curls and gave me several great styling tips to go along with my new and fabulous hair cut. I feel confident and beautiful with my new hair-do and can't wait to have her cut my hair again! Anyone wanting a great cut should go to Jennifer! She works wonders!!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! My daughter and I followed stylist, Mandy here from another salon and by far prefer the vibe of this salon to the other. Jennifer Brown is an exceptional stylist. She is extremely knowledgeable and always does an incredible job on my hair and my husband's hair. She has done my hair (and waxed my face) for over a decade and I have yet to be disatisfied.
