Ive had the pleasure of receiving the best nail services from Mirsada, Emsada and Mirela (salon owners) and the rest of their staff. I’ve also been a client to Randi who does lash extensions, waxing, and all those services. Their work beats the price of the services. I have gone there for 4 years and will NEVER choose any other salon for any services. They are very warm and welcoming and treat you as a friend/client, not a number. I only write reviews if it's awful or fantastic, this place is fantastic! First off, I was greeted with like 5 smiles, always a plus. I showed Sada a photo of what I wanted done to my nails and she made them even better! She took her time and made great conversarion. I read a lot of bad reviews on just about every salon around here and they don't have 1 negative one. The price was fair, less than I was expecting to be honest. Needed a pedicure badly. This place was great! Clean, good vibe, all the providers were super sweet and great to talk to. Appt. For two full sets was made 48hrs. In advance. When we arrived they had no record of appts. And no availability. I drove 30 miles to take grandkids to get their nails done. Very disappointed. Envy Nails was very happy to do their nails and graciously accepted my money and tip! Read Less

Went to get a pedicure with my granddaughter..worst experience ever the pedicure itself was done in less then 15 minutes ..the gal that did it took off my previous polish and tossed the cotton with the old polish on it in my purse landing on my wallet..when I said something to her about it she acted like she didn't hear me ..by the time she was done and I was able to remove it from my purse the polish remover had already stuck to my wallet leaving a spot from the polish and remover..(not happy)as for the polish job it was seriously the worst I've ever had it was so uneven and streaked..so unprofessional I will never go there again and will be sure my friends and family or for that matter anyone I know never goes there! If I could give no stars I would. Extremely rude. I called on a Wednesday at noon and asked if they had time in the next 10 minutes for a full set (because I was across the street). I knew there was a good chance they'd say no, but I asked anyway. She said no. Okay cool. I then asked, "Are you guys completely booked for the day?" To which she snapped back with "Well that's not what you asked, you asked in the next 10 minutes"... WOW. I replied, "Yes that is what I asked, and ...now I'm asking if you have other openings today." There was silence long enough to make me question whether or not the call was still live...then she finally said, "We have a 3:30" I sadly said, "Oh no, that's too late for me" AND was going to continue with "can I make an appointment for another day?" Before I could to that I was immediately cut off with "BYE" and hung up on. I have never been to this place and have my own nail tech who is AMAZING, but I was in a bind and thought I'd try them out because of their rating. NOPE. I have been going to Sassy nails since they opened...about 7 years ago, am I right, Tracy? I had moved shortly before from Cali and had tried 3 other nail shops before a friend told me about her family opening this salon. So, unhappy so far with my acrylic nails and pedis, I decided to try Sassy, but didn't have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised! I never looked back and, in all of these years, I have not had a bad experience! My nails always look fantastic and I get many compliments.
