I go in every other month for a wax and everytime I'm in they ask aloud what I need done? I'm always embarrassed to say because I feel customers who are in their dont need to know or hear what I need done. Fairy nails, please take the time to approach customer in person for their needs instead of asking aloud. You guys do an amazing job overall and I will still continue to see you all. Tam is a great friend/sister of mine. I was so happy for her when she took over the salon and rebuilt it. I noticed there’s a lot of negative reviews about the salon but since Tam took over the place, things had changed and it got SO MUCH BETTER. Tam understands how important it is to make her customers happy and satisfied with the services from Tam and her crew. I will highly recommend Tam and her salon thanks to her hospitality! Ps: Since the salon is under the new management, they have 10% off for any services and also ‘cash rewards card’ (a punch card when you pay with cash, when you get to the 10th, you’ll have $15 off for the next service) You guys should come and check it out! They use old rags with nail shavings over and over all day without even rinsing them out. Don't worry about setting an appointment because they wont reserve your time spot for you, they will just give it to whoever walks in the door first. I asked for a gel build with gel with gel polish and they said "oh yes, we understand" and then I got acrylic with gel polish. They just don't want to take the time to do the extra work. Went for a set of nails.  Unfortunately I will not be back.  I got my set done about 1 on Friday afternoon, by Friday evening 2 had already broken and come off, and now on Tuesday, 3 more have broken and come off.  I've been getting artificial nails done for over 20 years, and have never had more than 1 break, so to have 5 break in less than a week is poor quality.  Usually when you remove your own nails they are difficult to remove and you have to soak in acetone, these nails you can literally rub off by using another finger.   Not only that, but that male tech, wong, the owner, is the one who did them.  If this is the quality the owner is giving you- what do you expect from everyone else?  I also got charged additional money because wong chose to use gel overlay to do the whole set because it was 'easier for him."  He didn't ask if that was ok or not, he just did it and then when questioned told me it was his preference to use gel overlay, but then he charged me additional because he used it, when really all I wanted a typical set of acrylic nails.  They also charge you .89$ to use your debit card. Not really the end of the world, but when you've already charged me  45$ for a set of nails, I feel like you as a business owner should eat that cost as a business expense.  Im sure most other businesses also are assessed a fee for running debit cards, but this is the only place I've been to that passes that expense on to me. If my pedi or nails are not done by Mylihn (who is currently not there) the service is just so-so.  I've been here frequently for the past year and I've never once been asked if I'd like a beverage, didn't even know it was offered!  The salon IS nice and clean and staff seems professional, however I have found a brand new nail salon that just opened.  Why am I switching?  They do NOT charge .89 for using a debit card nor do they ding you $1 for the toe spacers to take home.  That's pretty tacky.....AND extremely friendly with multiple offers of a beverage while being pampered!  Sorry Sky Nails, you lost me. Absolutely the BEST place around for quality manicures and pedicures. I'm sure for waxing as well; but I haven't done this service yet. They treat you like family...because you ARE family there. Such kind and generous people who genuinely care about you. I've been going there for 2 years and I would never go anywhere else.... Really felt the need to get my nails done one weekday evening and was able to be seen right away by walk-in at Sky Nails! My technician, Linda, was wonderful. Friendly, efficient, and skilled, she did a wonderful job on my French tip gel manicure. The price couldn't be beat either, $30! Very pleased with the results, and I'm definitely willing to come back and check out their other services! Read Less

Friendly staff and clean location.  Gel pedicure was $40 and that included gel polish removal.  Offered me something to drink during my service.  Savannah does a great job on my pedicures and I've been back to her several times.  Bring cash or check as there is a surcharge if you use a debit or credit card. As a cosmetology professional with attention to detail, I tend to be disappointed in the quick service at most nail salons, but not here. I was impressed with the friendly personalities, and quality work. I will be getting my acrylic nails and pedicures here from now on. :) Read Less
