Hannah's nails has always done a nice job taking care of my nails, and making sure I get an appointment not too far out. A pedicure or manicure isn't overpriced, and their is always a wide selection of colors to choose from. Poor quality. Rushed through my nail service. I don't think I have ever had someone complete my nails so fast. Skipped steps. Did not ask me to wash my hands. Did not allow my nails to stay inside the light long enough (shellac nail polish). They were smudged before I left and there is consistently nail polish outside my nail on my fingers because he was too hurried and did not clean the edges. Will not return for this price! Read Less

I must say that this is the most consistent nail salon I have been to in Boise. Every time I come here, I am pleased with the end result as well as the experience!Their prices are fair and comparable with other salons in the area: $25 for a pedicure (except on Tuesdays...only $20!). I've had a different person do my nails each time, and each time I am happy with the result! They are friendly, professional, and provide excellent service. Added bonus: they do not skimp on their massages. During my pedicure, they gave me a foot massage that was about 10 minutes long. I was in heaven. Good pedicure. My technician paid attention to little errors in his work (totally normal) and did a great job to remove them. Got a great foot/leg massage, and he checked in with me frequently. Been going crazy with nail salons lately. Ever since I moved from meridian to down town Boise I have had no luck finding a place as good as my old one. I thought I did, but two of my nails broke a couple days after I got them done and they wanted to charge me to fix! Then I found Hannah's and it was awesome! Typical pricing, but I could tell they were immaculate perfectionists. They never forgot anything I asked them to do. They spent a lot of time on my nail shape, and did NOT rush! I always feel like they're rushing to get someone else in my chair but he took his time painting them and filing them. Two girls walked in at one point and asked if they had time for them. They assessed the current situation, looked at their books, apologized, but told them no. This blew my mind because I've never heard anyone be turned down for a walk in for the sake of their prior appointments! It made me feel priority. He felt me jerk once and immediately asked if I was okay and apologized. Then when my nails were done (adorable light blue gel) he assured me if my nail breaks, to please call ahead and they will fix it ASAP for free! YASSS this is what I'm talking about! Hannah's is the only nail salon I will ever be going to again as long as I am in Idaho! I have been going here for 6 years and their customer service and welcoming smiles never tend to fail! I love thIs place!!!  Hannah has done my nails for years.  I always get professional service.  She helps me pick out my colors and try's to help me when I have a "special" occasions coming up. I sometimes have to change my appointment and she always makes time for me with to work with my schedule changes. I Love the music she plays. Not impressed at all. Came in for a fill and a pedi. The pedi was fine. Super basic. My fill...  ugh. The owner Hannah was not friendly. I am very talkative and friendly and she was just plain rude. My cuticles look like garbage even tho I asked her to trim them. I would have paid extra to have a job well done. I recommend trying someplace else. Read Less

Beware: If you get a gel manicure/pedicure, they will use the buffing machine to remove the polish and take your entire top layer of nail with it.  When I requested that they remove the polish the "old-fashioned way" (i.e. with foil and cotton) they said that they do not do that there.  I will not return here based on the impolite way they handled this request. I recently moved to Boise from California and was on the hunt for a good nail salon. I stopped into see Hannah for a gel manicure and regular pedi and have been coming back ever since. Look no further than Hannah's. Service is always terrific, they are fast and efficient all while doing a great job. I've never had an issue with any of my manicures or pedi's.
