Best place in Boise!!! I have been going there since the day they opened. I have NEVER had a problem! Every one is very friendly and will remember your name when you walk in the door. My nails always last without chips, lifts,water fungus or any other problem. If you do they will take care of it. No problem. As anyone who has regular visits knows, they do need to be taken care of on your part. Nails are not tools! Got gel nails it says it's 35 I did two colors so they considered that a design. Did not tell me they were going to upcharge me 15 more. I did a pedicure as well. They were ok. I'm willing to pay for top dollar nails but these were not. I get to the counter and she tells me 100 for Mani and pedi. Granted I get you have to make money but these are not that fantastic so I'm a little disappointed. You should ask the customer first don't just throw it at them to benefit yourself. Maybe, because English wasn't being spoke. Her nails look like the technician did them with their teeth.... I hope you feel good taking advantage of a 17 yo coming to you for her first set of professional nails. You charged $30, after having a new set put on at a more reputable place. She spent $45 to fix your technical errors. Grand Total of your terrible work $85,and some very sore fingers. You need to have at least one English speaking person to interpret for all your English customers... Your need to listen when someone isn't happy. Ive been going to classy nails for a number of years.. I have always gotten excellent service! The place is clean, and the employees are genuine. There is always laughter and a sense that you are welcome. These girls work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day! It always amazes me how smoothly they handle a big rush of customers without missing a beat.( a lot of their business is walk in) I would suggest making an appointment if you need to go at a specific time. Not a snooty place, prices are fair and reasonable. If you are looking for a posh, upscale nail salon...this place is NOT for you!
