Came Back in town from TN. Got my nails done and completely fixed as I have not been able to get my nails done correctly in TN by local nail Manicurist. Nene transformed my nails to look like what they should be and got me in at my appointment time and also got my sister in as well without appointment. I absolutely love this place! Permanent makeup artists!! I had the best experience with Tara. Not only is she stunningly beautiful, but she is a master at brows! I got the combo for mine, micro blading and shadowing. I couldn't be happier, they are so beautiful! I chose this place because I researched her work and every single picture I saw was absolutely what I was looking for, quality flawless brows! ***Update 8/28/17*** My gel polish barely lasted 2 weeks before it started to chip and peel off - not happy at all, should have saved my money and gotten regular polish! ... ***Edited/Updated*** 8/8/17 The owner had me come in today to fix what was done last night- he took the time to do it himself, which I appreciated very much! It definitely shows that he cares about his business and customer service/satisfaction. On top of that the sweet receptionist/massage therapist Gabby gave me an incredible foot scrub and massage. Can't wait to be able to go in for an actual massage with her, she's awesome! They definitely made up for the disappointing experience and first impression I was given yesterday; I was happy I gave them a 2nd chance to make it right, they exceeded the expectations today! Will definitely be going back now and highly recommend the girls that work on Tuesdays! ......... Original Review- 8/7/17: Super cute and clean - made an appointment for a pedicure, but ended up waiting almost an hour before anyone even started. The girls were chatty and friendly once they actually got started. Unfortunately I won't be going back - all my nails are crooked, some longer than others, some got filed at an angle (??) and others straight across - just kind of a careless job, plus I wasn't even asked how I wanted them cut. The massage was just alright, there was no pressure to it at all, and again I wasn't asked about that either. For the amount of money I paid and being there for 2 hours I would expect a 'perfect pedicure' and it didn't even come close to that. The stylist are great and hate to give such a low response. However, every employee is an agent and representative of the company that my work for. The girl checking us in made an ignorant comment to the stylist about a trashy guy here to see her and we overheard the conversation. It was completely out of line and no one deserve to be treated that way. Because of an ignorant comment that stylist lost out on a client that will never return. I hope the owner of the company screens their front receptionist better next time. Very unfortunate that the stylist is the one who is impacted by the ignorance of a receptionist at a spa. Read Less

I made an appointment in advance for a gel builder manicure. I walked into the salon today, and the girls just looked at me confused. Finally someone came over and confirmed that I was there for a full set, and it would be a few minutes. She then came over again and asked if I'd be okay with putting acrylics on because she doesn't know how to do gels. I told her I made this appointment for gels and she said she could but it would take forever and probably not look good. She then said anyone who can do gels is booked, even though I had just watched one girl take a walk in before me. She then told me she could call the manager and have him come in to do my nails. I've had several services from Beau Monde Spa and from different individuals, but the latest was a spray tan by Heather. Let me just say how forgiving and flawless her tan was!!! No overspray, no dark spots or orange streaks and so far after 6 days and a weekend at our cabin playing in the lake it STILL looks phenomenal! Between the state of the art equipment and custom blended color she uses and her technique you can't beat it! I will definitely be back for future tans! Read Less

This was my first spray tan ever. Heather made the experience very comfortable. She was very professional and explained in detail what to expect and how to maintain my tan to last the longest.
