My first time here, and if I have the chance I will be back! I am traveling, and stopped at three other salons for a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. No one had any availability, mostly because the technicians had all gone home.
BT Nails, took me straight away... gave awesome assistance in helping me decide in colors and designs for my new daring look.
Pedicure was phenomenal!
I highly recommend!!

This is hands down my favorite nail spa in the Treasure Valley. It is somewhat hidden which means its not as busy during the week days. You can get in right away. They always do an outstanding job and they have unbeatable prices. They charged me $15 just for a basic manicure and they are never pushy about trying to charge you extra or tricking you into paying more for a service without asking your permission. They are also extremely personable and talk about family or whatever interests you have, which makes it a relaxing/therapeutic enviroment. Once before a wedding I had a gel french manicure done and I was extremely impressed. Same thing with art work or pictures I've asked them to mimic when I'm feeling a little extra.

NOT happy. Made an appointment and came in. Was not busy. They sat me down and had me look at colors. I couldn't decide so the guy said he would give me some more time. After I decided, I sat there for probably about ten minutes and then I watched as the guy packed his stuff up and left. Another lady said she would be with me in ten minutes but she was just starting on another lady's nails. At this point, I was frustrated because I had to get to work and I made the appointment so I would have enough time. By the time they actually started working on my nails was an hour after I had made my appointment and the lady was obviously annoyed when I didn't tip. I will NOT be recommending this place or going back.

my boyfriends mom spoiled me with a pedicure spa package here and the owners are a Vietnamese couple who are beyond polite and communicative. and they are good at their jobs. my pedicure was so relaxing and stress free in a nice spa like environment with great prices! Thank you for making my pregnancy that much more relaxing with a pedicure that penetrated my bones with healing. thank you

WHAT A RIPOFF!! Went in on 9/6 for a full set. By 9/12 over half were lifting up & one completely sheared off & took my entire nail to the nailbed with it. Came in on 9/13 & she said come in tomorrow at 1 & I will correct
I came in today & they said they would do a fill. Got ready to leave & they DEMANDED PAYMENT!!! I paid for the color change & will be filing a complaint with the BBB & the licensing regarding their unsanitary practice. No towel on the table between clients & table was not clean. The husband, who did most of the work, had dirt under his nails & stained, cracked skin around his index & thumb fingers. I WILL NOT BE BACK & WILL BE SINGING MY COMPLAINT TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!

My mom and I came here for gel pedicures before our vacation. We had an appointment and we called letting them know we were on the way but running 3min behind. We walked in 4 minutes past our appt time and had to wait 20 minutes for them to get started on our pedicures. They went back and forth working on us and other clients because they took customers before us even though we had an appt. We paid the $40+$10 (for gel) for the works pedicures which include 15min of massage and I had to ask for that for my mom (it's her fav part) and they didn't even massage her feet, just her calves. They didn't massage mine at all. We were there for over 2 hours. At one point I sat there for at least 20 minutes with nothing being done to my feet. The next day the gel polish came off of my pinky toe. I'm just really bummed because it was something I saved up for and wanted to enjoy a pedi for our vacation and it was just super disappointing. Still looking for a good place.

I love this place! I called and was able to book an appointment in the same day for mani-pedis for my friend, little sis and I. The staff were super sweet and let us take our time choosing what colors we wanted. One of the gals that works there has been doing nails for 13 years and she is so young! They all did a fabulous job and we all felt so pampered here. Will definitely be back.

Much needed!! I love this place! I called and was able to book an appointment in the same day for mani-pedis for my friend, little sis and I. The staff were super sweet and let us take our time choosing what colors we wanted. One of the gals that works there has been doing nails for 13 years and she is wonderful! All three technicians did a fabulous job and we all felt so pampered and relaxed. Will definitely be back. Keep up the fabulous work. :)

A great selection of up to date colors & designs. They will draw any design you bring in. I took in my design from Pinterest & Brian did it for me Perfect! I would definitely recommend Bt nials to everyone.

I have enjoyed going in here for manicure and pedicures. I have certainly lucked out getting there just before others because while it does take longer because it seems like two of them are trying to handle it all, I've been able to enjoy the massage chair and my feet soaking while waiting.I believe Tina has done my nails the few times I have been in and they have lasted longer than any other local spot.

My husband and I wanted to do a day date so we chose to get mani pedis. We walked in with no appointment and seated right away. Wasn't busy. Told the guy what I wanted and he did just what I wanted and more. Loved the pedi, scrub felt amazing. They were nice and took great care of us.

This is hands down my favorite nail spa in the Treasure Valley. It is somewhat hidden which means its not as busy during the week days. You can get in right away. They always do an outstanding job and they have unbeatable prices. My mom and I came here for gel pedicures before our vacation. We had an appointment and we called letting them know we were on the way but running 3min behind. We walked in 4 minutes past our appt time and had to wait 20 minutes for them to get started on our pedicures. I have enjoyed going in here for manicure and pedicures.
