My nails look like a mess. Looks unfinished and unprofessional. Been coming here for a while, but this time around I really was not satisfied. Don't get acrylic nails here. They don't do a really good job at it and charge $45 for them. For pedis Ann did an amazing job. She always does! Read Less

I used to coming here a lot bc I had no problems and it was nearest to home/work. I got these done Friday evening for my trip and it broke easily in less than 24hrs. These nails can't handle tough duty (tying hair, grabbing things, pulling up pants). I only came here bc they accept walk-ins till 6. The guy who did my nails was very unprofessional, he burned both of my index fingers, and also kept pushing up my cuticles with his nails which was really sore. When I was paying, he was watching me if I would tip him or not. These nails were 52$ not worth my time or money! Read Less

My very first time ever doing my nails at a salon, and I requested a pedicure and manicure. I should’ve ask the name that did my mani but she was very gentle and nice, but I wasn’t sure how I feel about my manicure, I just realized when I got home the acrylic nails are uneven, and I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to look even. Especially it was my first time doing my nails in a salon i would expect it to have my nails Professionally done, and I did tipped a lot, and I also hoping for more designs. And I’m sad how theirs bubbles and the sides are not smooth enough. At the begging I felt welcome but felt rushed when I was done. I’m so upset I spent $100 for the service. Read Less

This is my first time here & I absolutely LOVE them! They are very nice & I feel they take the time to pamper you and provide the best services you expect. I came in at 6:30pm. Parking is super easy.  Every technician is different, so know which ones you prefer more than the other.  their pricing is more than other nail salons I've been too but if you like acrylic nails, they do it super thin (which I like) so it doesn't look bulky and super fake. A few times we've had to wait but if you know what times to go, it's pretty open with little or no wait time at all. All the workers are nice.  They don't force you to do any design or options you don't ask for.  I like that.  Simple and you know what you're paying for at the end of each session. Read Less

My experience was okay.  I got a pedicure and I got in quickly which was nice, however the person I had didn't cover all the nails evenly with polish and felt like he was jabbing my cuticles with something.  I prefer not to come here again. Read Less

Super impressed with Kim! Read some bad reviews on yelp, thought I'd give it a try anyways. Have been very happy! After trying 6 other nail salons with disappointment I was ecstatic to actually find a person who did really good work for a reasonable price. Couldn't make it to waikele yesterday so i had another salon do them (moanalua shopping center), had to return today and get a refund. Will be going back to Kim at Professionails to fix the other place's mistakes. Won't make that mistake again and will only be having Kim do my nails. Read Less

I've been here twice and had a pedi both times. Prices are decent, but I was really disappointed in the massage this last time. Especially with hot stones. The woman who did mine lightly rubbed them over my skin rather than massaging the hot stones into my calves and rubbing them along the sides of my shins. It was actually disappointing. It didn't seem like she was trained on using hot stones. My cousin said the same thing about hers. On the bright side, my toes look great. However, I personally go more for the massage and relaxation than for how my feet look and they missed the mark for me. Read Less

I have come here multiple times and have not had a bad experience yet! I've seen multiple reviews complain about their technician speaking in a different language. This is normal for nail salons. I called 15 minutes before close for a pedicure and they told me to come in. I was seen immediately and offered a manicure even though they were closing soon. I declined because I didn't want to keep them too late as they were already accommodating me. Kim gave me a deluxe pedicure and did an amazing job! She didn't skimp on any part of the service like other salons I've gone to. Very happy and will always come back and recommend! Read Less

I really wanted to fall in love with this place since it was highly recommended by someone I know. I walked in about 10:30 and there was only one other customer one there doing a fill. There were four other ladies sitting around chattering in their language. I was immediately seated by Phoung (she didn't have a name tag on but their cosmetology license is posted where they sit). Pedicure:My friend highly recommended the pedicure saying that they give the best foot / leg massages. I was sadly disappointed. When I hear massage I immediately think it's gonna hurt a little because that's how I like it. I like to feel like my feet are being worked and spoiled. This was not the case. It felt like she was just rubbing my leg with lotion. You gotta work it girl!Acrylic / Nail Extension:Her application was flawless after she filed it down. She was able to fill the acrylic close enough to my cuticle that it looked seamless. Yes!!! However, she asked if I wanted a design and I was completely for it. She had a bunch of designs at her station that I assumed belonged to her to show what she can do. I picked this beautiful duo color flower and immediately got excited for it. After she finished the flower I was sadly disappointed. It didn't look like the flower I had pointed to her (she even took the design off for her to follow it). It looked like a blob of purple and white with rhinestones Overall, would I come again? Probably not. Very nice employees though! Minus 2 stars because the massage wasn't all great and because of my blob flower. Total spent: $96 Read Less
