I’ve been here before and was a little shocked at the end total but it was alright, so I went again due to convenience. I took in a photo of the design that I wanted and it was very sloppy. It looked like I did the nails myself. I also asked about their pricing and what they told me was NOT what they charged me. Very upset with their service. I usually like to support businesses in my community but JUST because you’re the only one in town should be NO excuse for sloppy work!! I prefer great service, and I am willing to PAY for it over convenience. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend that you do too! Don’t take the chance.

Kevin did my nails &&’ service was fantastic . I did a new set of acrylic nails . i would definitely suggest going there again !

Absolutely love Cutie Nails! I tried most of the shops in Kailua and was always so disappointed for different reasons. I finally found Cutie Nails and I’m sooooo glad I did! I love Ai and her work! ...
Absolutely love Cutie Nails! I tried most of the shops in Kailua and was always so disappointed for different reasons. I finally found Cutie Nails and I’m sooooo glad I did! I love Ai and her work! All the nail artists are great at what they do. It’s never overcrowded and the shop is really big. Plus their prices are really reasonable compared to other places. Love this nail salon! And Ai is fabulous at wax as well!

They SUCK ! Did my nails there once & the results were horrible ! I wouldn't suggest going there unless you like messy manicures .

They were okay for a quick pedicure. I didn't realize that they closed at 6pm because their signed said 7pm. As I was leaving the last girl who of course was the one that did my pedicure said to ...
They were okay for a quick pedicure. I didn't realize that they closed at 6pm because their signed said 7pm. As I was leaving the last girl who of course was the one that did my pedicure said to me as I was walking out: "You need to wait for me! Don't leave me here by my self" I looked at her confused as to why I needed to wait when I already paid. She said that she didn't want to be left there all alone closing up shop. I was like umm ok why didn't your other co-worker wait with you. I was nice and waited with her so she could lock up shop.

The customer service here is great. Walk in's never have to wait long. I've been going here for years, & I will drive from Kailua just to have my pedi/Mani done only by them.

I wish had zero stars my first time in there yesterday and the nail tech wanted me to pay for a full set when all I needed was a refill. Then because I said no I just need a refill she got mad and started doing my nails rough. I told her if you mad I need to have someone else do my nails so the owner came and was worse basically they just did not want to service me all because I did not want to do a full set. Thee worst place ever. I went to the best nail shop on Oahu Nail Design in Wahiawa in and out with no problems.

We LOVE Cutie Nails here in beautiful Waimanalo. All of the staff are super friendly and the services are exceptional. Kevin and Ai are the owners and make you feel so comfortable, with Massage chairs...

I’ve been here before and was a little shocked at the end total but it was alright, so I went again due to convenience. I took in a photo of the design that I wanted and it was very sloppy. It looked like I did the nails myself. I also asked about their pricing and what they told me was NOT what they charged me. Very upset with their service. I wish had zero stars my first time in there yesterday and the nail tech wanted me to pay for a full set when all I needed was a refill. Then because I said no I just need a refill she got mad and started doing my nails rough.
