so i was blessed with a $50.00 gift card so i figured go and try it out and fix what i already did 2 weeks ago at another nail shop. heard a lot of good reviews so i went in on sunday 03/04/2018 signed in on the walk in board at 3:00pm i knew it was going to be a while before my turn because it was full i had no problem with that. so because only have 3 seat for customer who was  waiting and it was already taken i sat outside and waited for my turn. mind you i walked back and fourth so that they knew i was still there while waiting 2 other customers came in and they had no appointments but yet they where seen before me, so i walked in and the girl that helped me said oh you left i said no i was seating out there all this time and also standing by the wall where you could see me, she said oh we are going down the list i said yes i am the 3rd customer and 2 came after me and they are being seen. so i was very very upset with the customer service so i told them i was leaving and as i was about to walk out then they said they could help me  i was waiting for 1 hour 1/2 and now that i am upset and ready to leave you then want to service me.i feel you know you don't have much chairs to sit on and that you have a lot of customers that will be waiting outside why don't you check outside to make sure no customers are waiting out doors. Andy replaced my acrylic nails yesterday. It is the FIRST time my old acrylics were removed without pain. Then he did an EXCELLENT job on the new acrylics. He is a perfectionist. I really liked the energy of all the people that worked there. Lots of laughter and seemed like the whole team really got along. Got a gel mani done THREE WEEKS AGO while I was visiting Hawaii with some friends and they haven't chipped or peeled!! I live in San Francisco and have been to many pricier nail salons and my manicure never lasts this long! They really pay attention to detail here-- huge color selection, super hygienic, and the staff doesn't give off "I hate my job" vibes (can't say that about every salon).My manicurist took the time to shape my nails and even took the initiative to do a triple coat so the color wouldn't be so sheer. From what I heard while I was there, all of the ladies getting their nails done were regulars so they must be doing something right! My first impression of the place was good it looked clean and we were put on a list as walk-ins and didn't take extremely long. The things I did Note were this :- Not many nail polish/gel colors to choose from-Sanitary wise they did have a cover for the Pedi's and Mani's everything was good too -I was a bit uncomfortable in the chair either they did' adjust or it was just like that and when I want a pedi you're suppose to at least be relaxed.I was changed technicians and was kind of a fast job for a Sunday just got regular mani/Pedi no gel and my visit wasn't great I think the only thing was seeing the golden globes but we were just reading the subtitles. Great Customer service, positive atmosphere. However, I went in to get my nails done for my birthday, the pedicure was great!.. but when I got my nails done Khanh didn’t clarify the length I wanted and cut them before I had the chance to answer. I received a gift card that I nearly forgot about, so I decided to use it before I actually did lol I've never been to Tiffany's, and approach nail salons like hair dressers - with caution. But Tiffany's was amazing. We parked in one of the 3-hour parking stalls just to be safe. Prices were average for nail salons. Shout out to Peter and Ann who did my husband and I's mani/pedi. We both got the Deluxe pedi with Lavender. I got a gel mani and my husband got a regular mani. They were very fun and accommodating. Peter has a very thick accent, but he was cracking jokes the entire time. Very sweet man. He also revived my feet that desperately needed some loving. The atmosphere was casual and they honestly had the most male nail techs I had ever seen in a nail salon, which was actually really nice to see lol Overall, my husband and I had a great time. My wife are on vacation and staying at the Four Seasons but did not want to pay the exorbitant prices for a manicure and pedicure and we wanted to do one together.  The staff was very friendly and skilled. Been going there for awhile but last week I went and got a guy that I never dealt with before, chubby guy.  Anyway, not only did he rush my mani/pedi but I paid $96 which I normally only pay $65.00, when I asked the cashier she said he didn't give her the breakdown which she said they normally do.  I told her the only extra I did was a gel nail polish and fade, he made some kind of excuses in foreign language..well, just FYI, be careful for him.My toes has no shine bc he only put 1 coat of clear. I love this location they are always ready for you at your scheduled appointment time and can for the majority of the time take you early. Prices are decent and the technicians are super sweet. Love that they add essential oils into the manis and pedis. Overall great salon, the only down side can be the parking situation but as long as you don't park by the dialysis you should be in the clear. I will definitely be coming back. Read Less

Tiffanys is always busy. It is highly encouraged that you make an appointment because they are always full when you walk in. My favorite technician is definitely Tiffany. I have been to Tiffany's nails a few times now since I moved, and I absolutely love it! The service is impeccable, and the establishment is very pristine. I typically opt for the spa pedi, and am gaga over the fact they offer aromatherapy treatments/hot stone massage. Once in a while I get to treat my feet to a "dessert". On average my pedi lasts for 3 weeks so I don't have to go back for a while in between, which is very convenient for me. I have a foot and hand fetish, among many others--giggity (Don't judge me) so i always like to make sure my feet stay pretty. I enjoy my time here and am sad when I have to leave. Best place for a pedicure! I drive from Kailua to do my pedis all the time!  I love the fact that they use essential oils and you have a menu to choose from. Ann is the bomb!! Local, friendly and awesome! Actually all of them are good! I can't go anywhere else. They literally take an hour for your pedicure and there are no hidden costs. Just moved to the island and I searched high and low for a good nail shop and one that does SNS, well no one does that system here. I Googled just about every nail shop and read the reviews, they weren't looking good at all and I started feeling nervous. I thought, huh everybody's bad experience doesn't have to be mine. I just went to Tiffany's Nails with no appt and so glad I did. My first time and it was the best experience. Everyone was so friendly and joking around. I loved the atmosphere. Definitely feel ripped off by this place. We came in to get a mani & pedi for my cousin's wedding. We wanted to have a silver fade for both our toes and nails to match the theme of the wedding. While getting our toes done the lady asked me if I wanted to use gel for my mani, which I agreed to so they would last long enough for the wedding. When she was finished I went up to the register and my total was $80! How did we go from $37 for the mani & pedi combo to $80?! I was expecting the gel to cost a little more, but I wasn't expecting to pay more than $50. I assumed that they had accidentally over charged me, but when I asked the lady she broke it down for me and said that the fade was $20 extra and the gel was $20. That would've been great to know beforehand otherwise I would've gone simpler.Looking at my toes now, I would hardly call it a fade. Only my big toes have the gradient I wanted, the rest look like they're just silver. As for my fingers, I find it odd that she didn't put glitter on the tips. My little Isabel is only five years old and already beauty obsessed! She loves everything girly... make-up, nail polish, shoes, and of course, changes her clothes seven times a day! As a special treat I decided to take her to get her very first big girl mani-pedi! Usually I paint her nails in our bathroom so this was a huge deal for my very mature five year old. I decide to go to Tiffany's Nails because my girlfriend goes here and I have a gift card. I call ahead and they tell me there's was no wait at that time. The stars have aligned for this auspicious occasion! We walk in and like a kid in a candy store she picks out five different colors to paint her hands and a simple fire engine red for her feet. We sit in two side by side pedicure chairs and she excitedly awaits her treatment. While I get a spa pedicure a Vietnamese man sits at her feet and begins buffing out her nails. I'm not sexist, but I've always been wary of men doing my nails because I had a bad experience over a decade ago with a man who was much too rough and actually cut my cuticle. I of course want to make sure he's being gentle with my daughter and find that he is indeed very nice and ensures that she's comfortable. She is beyond happy while she gets a literal MAN-icure and pedi. It's like she was the Queen of Sheba in a past life and she's been waiting five long years for me to get with the program. This explains so much about our often tension laced Mother-Daughter relationship and I am now convinced that this will save everyone from years of therapy.Tiffany's Nails is not a super fancy place but it's a convenient, fair priced nail salon if you don't have a lot of time to wait and are in Kapolei. My spa pedicure was $25 while a child's mani-pedi came out to just $13 which is awesome in my book! She still can't stop talking about her nails and is so excited to show all her little friends at pre-school.The best part of the day though comes when she leans over in her chair and whispers: "Mommy, you're magic!" And in my heart I know she is right and that her special love makes my inner magic infinitely more real. In my mind I see her growing up overnight and you just want to relive this completely perfect day over and over again in my heart.
