I have been going to Oasis salon since they opened. I absolutely love the service there. I don't write many reviews but when I do, I'm very passionate. Ive had every service except waxing  (never did that ever) I am so impressed with my lash Tech Tia, I'm from NY and NJ area  and Ive not yet found anyone who can out beat Tia! she takes her time with me, I actually consider her a friend, she's also a perfectionist( Love that )when it come to my face thats exactly what I want. which brings me to Miley, she has done my brows, and when I tell you I was scared boy was I, none the less I took the leap, and I'm so happy I did, she has made my face look 10 years younger adding eyebrows to me at a reasonable  price! I love these girls and wouldn't  trust my lashes or brows to anyone else. They are beautiful people inside and out, with a family business that has been thriving since they open the doors.I've also had both nails and feet done there by other techs I have always been pleased walking out of there salon! I am a Yelp addict and I usually go to royal nails and trust me I love them they give me no problems, just wanted to try something new. But take it from me, This place is horrible! I wish I could've given this place 0 stars. The nail techs have a horrible attitude btw. They DO NOT tell you the prices. It says on the menu $30 for full acrylic and $28 for feet. First of all, the lady doing my feet was horrible. She was hurting me while cutting and filing my nails. With my hands, I got a long ballerina set and I wasn't expecting to pay more than $65. My total comes out to $86.40! Supposingly they charge extra for length and shape. So I tell her that nobody informed me of the extra cost, and she tells me she can cut them down. She made them so ugly and gave me the BIGGEST attitude. I was on the phone with my boyfriend and I told him "this place doesn't tell you what costs extra, this sucks" and upon leaving, the woman tells me "I'm sorry, but please don't come back to our establishment again." Don't worry lady I won't. My boyfriend (who paid for me) then goes in to the nail salon and tells them he wants them to remove it and give me my money back. They give him attitude and tells him they INFORMED me of the prices (lies), and that they'll be loosing money if they do that. And what?! If the customer isn't happy with their nails they're always right! Well I already did them and didn't wanna get them removed since I didn't have time to wait since my 8 month old son was already getting fussy, I just left. Trust me though, I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. I've come here twice, both times I loved the service and quality of my nails. I walked in with the intention of cutting my nails down and applying a full set. Maile convinced me to do otherwise.. keep my nails long and apply an acrylic overlay to strengthen my natural nails. I'm glad I did. They look perfect! Read Less

Going in, Paula greeted me and just so happen she was the one doing my manicure! I expressed how I am a nail biter and I am here because I want to start growing out my  nails! Favorite nail salon on the island, and definitely top 5 I've ever been to! Clean, professional, attentive and kind. Let me start by saying, I love Oasis Nails!I do my nails about once a month at my regular salon in Waipahu (since it's closer to home). Usually when I go to the salon I get the most luxurious pedicure and just a simple gel manicure (nothing to fancy). I came here with my girlfriend and we loved it. The staff was super friendly and the wait wasn't long at all. She got an acrylic nail and was super happy with the results. It's no wonder why Yelp rated this place with such great reviews. I very rarely ever get my nails done due to work/school, but when I do, I am super picky & meticulous. I initially planned to make an appt. at Lavish at Kamakana Alii because it was closer to me, however, they took too long to reply (apparently you can make an appt. thru text) nor were they answering calls... THANKFULLY, however, I found another spot on Yelp, Oasis Nails, who answered my call on the first try & was able to take me in within 30 minutes.I had my gel/acrylics? removed & got a manicure and a pedicure by two different nail techs. I wish I got their names... The nail removal process was very impressive, it did not hurt at all (and girrrl let me tell you, my nails were glued tight). It was also a different technique from other nail salons that I've gone to before, which have been painful. I did not get anything fancy shmancy although I wanted to; just regular mani/pedi, but I was very satisfied with the service they provided. The nail tech (young female) who did my pedicure was friendly & gave me a really good foot massage that I desperately needed whilst the nail tech who did my manicure (older male) also exceeded my expectations. Only been here twice and was pleased with the work, however,I look for quality and great customer service. Even though my nails looked great, I won’t be returning to this shop. I called in one day to see if Paula was available for the rest of the afternoon and I was told they weren’t taking appointments just walk-ins. I came in less than 30 minutes later and after signing in and sitting down, I was told that I could not be serviced because they were closing early.. Just tried this place out because It was a last minute decision to get a pedicure. I've been here twice and it's good place.  The thing I love most about getting my pedicure here is that they give great leg massages. Too many other pedicure places I've tried really don't do a great job on the massage. Very interesting place, it seems as if most of the employees are related. One time I was there and and about 5 teenager/preteen kids came into the salon and just started helping out. Running the register, sweeping up, and just helping out. It was interesting to watch. Exceptional service. Right when you walk in, you immediately feel like family. Inside it smells like aromatherapy candles & not strong chemical nail salon. The massage chairs for pedicures are to die for and they take extreme care with every customer.Friday - Sundays are walk-ins only. Fist time at Oasis. The place is nice & clean. My ONLY complaint is the lady straight lied to me. I asked for gel nails. She starts doing what I was pretty sure was acrylic so I ask and she says it’s “gel powder”. I get home & research it. It was without a doubt acrylic. Not a fan.I got a full set, with a French tip.I had the male and since I was reading my textbook while the manicure was going on, we didn't talk much (which I prefer).My friend and I booked this appointment together, but they started by seating us separately. She was getting a regular gel manicure, and I got the full gel set-maybe that made a difference. She was really pleased with her service. Since I don't get my nails done much, I didn't know to really examine them before I left. However once i left and really looked at them I was disappointed. There was glue left on my nails. Some parts of the white tip bled onto the nail bed. You can see my natural nail through it. I was going to go back but I have a flight to catch. For $59 +tip, I was definitely not happy. My friend said after she got hers done the women massaged her hand, and put lotion on her hands. I did not get this at all, for the price I paid I expected a lot more.I will not be returning. This salon is a hidden gem! Their customer service is outstanding and you really feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you enter the door. I went in on a Sunday afternoon with my mother and daughter for some much needed quality time. We were greeted immediately and we were a walk-in and were taken right away. We were asked if we would like anything to drink or anything eat, they had cookies and chocolate cake! The salon itself it's gorgeous!! You feel extremely relaxed and the ambience is fabulous! No TV or movies playing just a TV screen with relaxing views of mountains and wonderful soothing music. No clocks on the wall, this place is definitely an oasis from the busy world outside. Trendy setting and very kid friendly. ALL of the nail techs are great. I always get over the top designs and they never disappoint me. The work is consistently top quality. My favorite is Tina. She does very creative designs on my nails. Tina Also does my full leg wax and its painless! I'm committed and they will be my go to nail salon that's so close to home.Being here - you don't have to worry about parking or wait to be seen because they have so many talented people who all work together to keep things going. In between appointments, so to make the most of my time, I decided to do a gel full set + deluxe pedi ($129 including tax and tip) at Oasis. My first time. Sooo 😊!! I am a firm believer that it's very practical to have several hair and nail stylists in your arsenal, so you don't get stuck. New fav place! Kelly did my full set and Tanya was my pedicurist. I visited on a Tuesday, so no wait. They take appointments on weekdays, weekends are walk-in basis only. Well-appointed salon, clean, nice vibe. This was my first visit, an attempt to get a pedicure the day before Mother's Day. There was a slight wait, however definitely well worth it. This is a famil run business, and you can tell that everyone genuinely cares about the services given to their customers. I opted for the deluxe pedicure, and was not disappointed. So I wound up on the west side, and with some time to kill, found myself at Oasis Nails. I've been to some other salons on this side, but this one felt like an Oasis! Very stylish decor, working chairs, and a great vibe, They had some cool music playing that really said "relax" and "chill", and that's exactly what I did. The nail techs were male and female, and they all spoke English. I like being able to communicate with my nail person, makes it so much nicer. It's a family business, and they do eyelashes too. I originally planned to do a regular mani/pedi, but opted for the gel mani, and regular pedi, and I'm quite happy with it. I was a walk in, but it must've been good timing, because it started getting busy when I started on my mani. I would recommend them if you want to try a different experience when getting pampered. Went to get a full set (reg polish) & a regular basic pedicure. Had the wait a while for the pedicure but I was seated and was offered a drink so it was pretty relaxing. The pedicure was fine.The full set was done by another lady. I usually just get regular polish and not gel. I was charged $30 for the full set, $5 for length, $5 for shape. So $40 all together. I usually get my nails done at Dashing Diva in town but desperately needed to get them done (I usually pay $27 + length + shape already added). Overall the service was okay not really outstanding. They are more better with repeating customers.Overall, this place is pretty pricey and if you got gel or any add on's you could be paying around $60-$80 for just a full set. Read Less

I'm in the military so I have to keep my nails fairly short and neutral and the girl who did my nails, blonde, was so understanding about that! If it's one thing I hate, I hate when I go to get my nails done and I tell them "short" and they push me to get longer nails when I clearly don't want them. Also, I live on the west side and I didn't feel like driving all the way into town to get my nails done at another salon I go to. I chose Oasis on a whim and I can't say i regret it! The atmosphere is so nice inside! I was actually very impressed. They've only been open for about 9 months and they seem to be doing well! I usually get my fill, pedi, and waxing done the same day and every place I walk into I wonder in my mind "Are they going to do a good job or bad job today?"...But I do not have thoughts like that when I enter OASIS NAILS! The quality of their work is great! FINALLY found someplace that I don't dread walking into. I would give it 5 stars but the waxing chair is almost in the middle of the room. No privacy. You would think they would put a rice screen or room divider at least half way around it. If they didn't do my eyebrows so great I don't think I would do my waxing there.
