Not worth your money, RUSHED costumer service, Poor management Problem solver. Overpriced and RUDE RECEPTIONISTS just like HOW RUDE THE MANAGERS ARE. You can tell they train them this way since they are so uptight when it comes to solving a situation that their techinicians aren't capable of doing. Called to make an appointment for a full set of eyelash extensions on Saturday evening for Sunday. They made it really easy setting it up they told me about their child policies in advance.When I went in I told them that I was confused with the menu, wasn't sure what kind of lashes I wanted. I showed the receptionists a picture and they told me they can do that for me. I sat down with Kim. Very sweet lady. She had me lay down on the chair and gave me a blanket just in case I got cold. Showed her the picture and she said can do that. She asked me if I wanted exactly like that or a little more natural. I told her I thought natural would be nice. Went on with my day, no lashes fell out the 1st night (normally I have a few that fall out)After talking it over I decided to go fuller just because I'm going on a trip. Called in the morning. They asked me what time I wanted I told them 4:00 or later they booked me for a 4:00. Again they made it SO easy! This time I was seen by JC. Very nice as well! Love my eyelashes! I feel so bad that I had to change my eyelashes from Kim even thought I genuinely thought they were very nice, natural, and elegant! Overall VERY surprised with my experience because I used to go to L'mour but it was over crowded. The only 2 downsides I had about this place was parking and the chairs. I came to the mall solely to come here so I parked on the Waianae side of Macy's then walked thru Macy's to get here. The second time parked on the opposite side closer to H & M (felt like a longer walk). Really not a big deal. The second thing was the chairs aren't that comfortable. (I've definitely had a lot worse but also had better).  My back started to get sore so i had to kinda shimmy around to get comfortable. These 2 are definitely not big issues just me being picky! Let me start of by saying I used to be very satisfied coming to this place to do my nails and pedicure. Not anymore and shame on Lavish Management! As the reviews keep mentioning it's very clean, relaxing and very stylish for a salon. About 2 weeks ago I've decided to get my lashes done before I took off to my trip to Las Vegas. This has been the 2nd time in my life I've done my lashes. My procedure went as planned and was relaxing & I didn't think anything was wrong. The lady prepped my eyes as normal procedure and put tape under the eyes. The lash extensions took about 2 hours to complete. After my service was completed I've noticed a bit of dry/swollen irritation in my left eye but didn't think anything of it. Thought this was normal since the eyes are sensitive to this type of lash procedure. After all it is your eyes.  I delightfully paid $147, tipped the lady $30 and went home for the day. Within an hour of getting home I noticed a migraine behind my left eye and it still felt very dry & irritated. As the night went on the migraine never went away and I still felt pain in my eye, it was hard to get a good night's rest. By the way, this pain went on for 2 days. I had taken a few Tylenol's to help with the pain. The very next day the pain was not going away and I was concerned at this point. I went to see an optometrist right away. I never need to see the optometrist unless it's a yearly eye exam. Anyway, she had ran tests and advised that my eye was irritated because I had a scratch on the eyeball area and was probably caused by the medical paper/tape they used under my eye during my lash procedure, told me it will go away within a few days. She also gave me a prescription for some steroid eye drops. This all costed me $80 which included my co-pay & prescription. After my optometry visit I decided to go to Lavish to talk with the Manager. I thought a refund should be given to me. General Manager (Tiffany) was not there but she called me back later in the day. I explained to her what happened and told her the service was never a problem and that the medical paper they used under my eyes scratched my eyeball. I thought a refund was fair to give back to me because of the doctor bills I had to pay due to this event and I decided to remove my lashes because I figured it would heal my left eye much better and help with the irritation to heal faster. I didn't want to leave to Vegas in pain or with a swollen red eye. With no thought or sympathy she tells me that she is almost very certain that their salon and lash procedures couldn't had scratched my eye. After our conversation of debate back and forth she advises me that she will need to talk with the owner and will call me back. Tiffany does call me back and asks for access to my medical information form the optometrist. After all the back and forth and wasting more of my time. I get what she needs and send her my email of my medical visit. Tiffany's email is not valid, I repeated it to her twice when I was on the phone with her.  I called and left 3-4 messages now and she has not called me back. I had to figured out their email and sent the records. Day after I had to leave for my trip to Vegas, no lashes on my eyes. At this point I didn't care as long as I didn't experience the pain and swollen eyes. While in Vegas I waited on Tiffany to call me back with a resolution to this matter. No call. It has been over 2 weeks now and still no call back from Tiffany or any refund. I'm taking them to small claims court & have filed an appeal against Lavish Nail and Lash Salon. I never have any time to write these reviews & this procedure fail has wasted so much of my time. All I wanted was my refund back because I felt it was only fair. I was never mad at Lavish and planned to still come back to do my nails and pedicure. It was only $147. Small money and I never ever complained to Lavish or any salon before about any service they have given to me. It was just unfortunate something as small as an eye paper had to cut my eye and cause me to seek medical attention. Read Less

The environment feels luxurious. Sam is the best. I love her attention to detail and she is great at holding conversation. The girls at the front desk are super friendly. Making an appointment was easy. They keep on file who you’ve seen which I love and they even send out a reminder text of your appointment. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by friendly staff, offered water, and instructed to pick out a color.  There are so many beautiful nail polish colors to choose from, but I was able to settle on a bright cheery pink.  I was seated in a nice oversize massage chair and immediately felt relaxed when I dipped my feet into the tub.  The germaphobe in me especially loved that the tub was encased by a plastic type bag for cleanliness.My technician began with nail shaping, buffing, and cuticle care.  I was getting the Chocolate Swiss pedi so I also had chocolate sugar scrub exfoliation.  The chocolate smell was absolutely dreamy!  She ended with a nice relaxing foot massage before applying the polish - which was perfectly applied!  My feet felt totally rejuvenated and I was ready for some shopping!Not only does Lavish offer natural nail care, they offer gel polish, a kids menu for ages 12 and under, and also organic nail care with use of organic plants, herbs, and flora.  Lavish can truly be a one stop shop for all you spa needs.  You can also get wax services, lash perms and lash extensions, body art, facials, make up, as well as cosmetic tattoo!  They are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. I give one star because my technician was very nice & friendly though I didn't get her name. Hi Def Brows were not as I expected. I saw a photo of someone else's brows on Yelp & I was excited for my service. I've had my brows tinted multiple times before at other establishments but only one of those times did my brows turn out fabulous. I don't like it when the skin above my brows are tinted because it doesn't look natural and it makes my brows look disproportionately HUGE! Well guess what? The skin above my brows was tinted & it just looked awful! I rushed home to get my makeup remover & a scouring pad to undo my brow tint. What a bummer! I wish I could find someone who doesn't tint the skin above my brows- any suggestions? Read Less

Great service! I went it just as a walk-in and they were able to get me in within an hour! The front desk was super sweet and gave me great information on the difference between waxing and sugaring.My wax tech was running a little late but both the front desk and the waxing tech both apologized and thanked me for waiting.Go see Sue!!! She did an amazing job on my Brazilian! I told her how I haven't had one done it awhile and she was very calm and talked me through the whole process and before I knew it it was done! Found my new nail joint! Absolutely love the ambience. It's such a luxurious theme and the pricing is usually about the same as all the other places I've been too. What I love is the fact that they took their time with each service. This place is appointment only. Not so sure about the several policies they have regarding if your late/cancel but you could definitely call and ask. I made an appointment for 12:15 for a pedicure and full set. Reception was so kind and easy to understand. Answered all the questions in a nice manner & also asked if it will be my first visit. Got there almost 12, although they don't have a waiting area, the receptionist lead me to the massage chairs which was nice instead of having me stand around or wait in the hot sun outside. I love how the place looked! It was clean, smelled great, and everything was really neat. I had my pedicure done with Frankie! She was awesome. Had a great conversation and she definitely took her time. I always look for that in services like these because you get to actually soak in and enjoy being pampered. I got French tips in regular polish and they came out amazing. Regular pedicure is $30 + $7 for the french tips. My full set was done by Kelly! Ugh I love her so much! She's great! She'll really concentrate and take her time with you. I wanted a long square shape but thin so it wouldn't look like hey flared out. She got everything to a T. We had a great conversation! I loved that she gave her full attention and gave amazing customer service. Starting full sets are $35+ depending on any add ons. I had a regular shape and polish so it was that on its own. I love them! No bubbles, consistent with shape, and the nail itself is nicely done. I think this place is amazing! Everyone will give you the best customer service to their ability and will give that great one on one service with you. I admire that in a place that gives these services. They are not at all distracted or talking to anyone or other customers while they are with you. They will give you their full attention and really take their time. I did not feel rushed at all. i'm really disappointed that i have to write this review.2 stars just because the nail tech was very nice and respectful. we made small talk and she seems like a great person. made my morning appointment for a gel mani and basic pedi enjoyable and relaxing. she took her time, didn't rush through the appt. started right on time and took a little under 2hrs. the environment is clean and inviting. i took the below photos as soon as i got to my car right after the appt. for the amount of money that i paid, this is really poor service. i should have went back and asked for a refund or a do over. i am just uncomfortable with confrontations about poor service especially since the nail tech was so nice. i guess she meant well but it's so disappointing paying for a service and receiving poor results. i'm not sure if i will return and give it another shot. if i do, i'll be sure to update this review. Thank you to Kim for making the Hayden Purple happen today after work! Went to Lavish at Ka Makana Ali and was impressed by the ambience and attentiveness of the staff. The salon was clean, decorated in a crisp white, and gray accents. I had had my nails done at another salon three weeks ago so two had come off and I needed fills badly. I haven't found a place I liked or felt comfortable at given my bad habit of nail biting. I've been to Lavish nails twice so far since April. My usual nail place has been busy, especially my nail tech and I refuse to go to anyone else there. They're located in Ka Makana Ali'i, near Macy's. Lavish had lots of openings for the days I wanted to go in. They have lots of colors for you to choose from whether it's regular polish or gel! I believe the girl that I saw the first time I went in was Michelle. She was very nice and detail oriented, making sure I was satisfied during my time there. Very friendly, and made conversation with me as we talked about our children and wedding bands/rings lol! The second time I went in, I saw Kim for my wax. She was very friendly and did my wax in a timely matter. Always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain, lol. She also did my manicure while another girl (I can't seem to remember her name, I believe it was Melissa or something like that) who did my pedicure at the same time. Man, I surely felt like royalty to have both services done at the same time hahahah! But I was in and out with all three services within an hour & a half! Nails and toes were done perfectly as well as my wax! The interior designs in here is amazing. So chic and modern, I love it! The other thing I love about this salon is the fact that it doesn't have that overpowering nail salon smell at all! Their massage chairs that you sit on during your pedicure is awesome as well. I love my usual salon, but this comes in a really close second and will always be my go-to if my regular tech doesn't have any openings. First timer here so I had a lot of expectations and all were met! Let me start by saying this is the cleanest nail salon I've been to. Its so open and relaxing. I had come to get my graduation nails done and got everything I had asked for! Full Acrylic set($35), w/ Gel polish($20-little pricey if you ask me, but gel polish lasts longer than regular polish so worth your money), with coffin shape ($10), along with a basic pedicure($30). In total my bill was $99 which is a little expensive in my opinion, but I prefer to pay more for the QUALITY of service over cheap ugly nails, and which was in fact AMAZING.Kelly was my nail tech and she did perfect. She paid  very close attention to detail which is something I always look for.Plus side to the salon- they used NON MMA acrylic which I am so happy about. If you don't know what MMA acrylic is look it up and you'll understand, but for me this was great since I always have been allergic to MMA acrylic. Honestly having my nails done makes me feel complete & thank you Lavish for making me whole again!  I've been getting my nails done for more than a decade and for the past three years I haven't been able to keep up with them just because of my work schedule as most salons close by 7 pm (last appointment being even earlier).  Now aside from smelling fresh (seriously I don't get a headache in there, very minimal polish smell), being clean, modern, savvy-styled, and technologically hip (they accept text reservations!), they are open according to mall hours, until 9 pm, and it's literally 5 minutes from mi casa.  I made an appointment at 5:45 pm and had the privilege of having my nails done by James (who I had no idea was the boss) around 6:10 pm.  He was very professional and always made sure everything was okay and to my liking.  They have a good selection of gel colors, I've been to salons with more but it's not that important to have a million to choose from anyway.  Hopefully I'll be able to snag an appointment with him next time because I really appreciated my experience; he was very quick, there was little to no imperfections, and there wasn't a moment where I felt any soreness. Love having to get my legs pampered. Lavish is located in the mall Kamakana Alii. Since it was the new year, my fiancée and I decided to get pampered. We were the only ones there, therefore we didnt wait in line. They took us in right away.Its a new mall, so I expected the place to be clean with brand new equipments. The place is very spacious with about 16 pedi chairs.The employees seems to be knowledgeable and experienced. Id definitely come here again and recommend anyone who needs  to get pampered.
