If I could give no star I would. This was my first time coming here because I met my girl friend here to do our nails. So I got acrylic fills and basic pedicure done. As my tech were doing my nails he kept filing my nails so hard that it started to burn. I kept telling my tech that it was hurting, he responds "don't think about it, it will go away", so okay I thought of something else. I kept trying to keep my mind occupied because my fingers at this point was burning and I was experiencing horrible discomfort. After he applied the acrylic powder he filed my nails down AGAIN and it was burning even more. Right after he applied the polish, I didn't like it because you can clearly see where the fake nail ends. What made it worse was that he applied glitter when I DID NOT ASK FOR GLITTER. But he kept telling me to put my hands in the machine? I thought to myself why am I putting my hands in the machine... First of all, I never asked for gel polish when I picked out my color. I never had gel polish on before I came in so clearly I didn't want gel which preferably I like regular polish - the gel made my nails brittle. The pedicure was okay, it wasn't the best... which I experienced better. Cut to the chase, I tipped my guy $10 and went to the cashier only for the lady who assisted me telling me I have to pay $78 bucks?! Like, wait... fills is only $20.. and she goes oh but you got a fade which is $8 more. And I told her I only got a basic pedicure which is $28... Then she goes, but you got the GEL POLISH?! Like, shit I didn't ask for him to do gel polish? $22 extra bucks for gel polish that I didn't ask for? To make me feel any better, the lady tried to throw shade at me trying to make me feel dumb and give me attitude.  So, long story short... would I recommend this place? Sure if you enjoy your fingers on fire and them robbing you. But if you want better service... you're better off going some place else! Read Less

I'm giving a generous 3 stars because I saw other nice nails leaving and the place is clean and updated. My tech suggested the diamond powder polish. Big mistake for me. I was there for over an hour for polish. The art I choose was red and white. The tech messily let the red powder stain my white powder it looked terrible. She shaved them down one hand she buffed the stain off. The other she buffed ad added powder. They still didn't look nice and white. My nails began to get very thick and deformed looking on the left hand because she double powdered. The nail art was supposed to be love in cursive...after 2 attempts that looked bad. I said let's skip that and try the next design or something she is good at. She continues to draw crooked lines no hearts....I told her the truth it didn't look good at all. I was hopeful someone would help her out. She offered to remove it. I just didn't have the patience anymore. I'm disappointed with all the time wasted there.  I definitely won't be back. Read Less

Went in for a fill today and got my nails done by David, and he did such an amazing job! He filled and shaped them exactly to what I wanted. He recommended the most perfect natural color that I have been looking for.  This is the second time he did a fill for me. I definitely found my go to nail salon!  Highly recommend this place! Went to take my daughter to get our nails done. Gel full set states $40. Went to pay cash, the cashier charged me $130. I got ombré 1 nail color & glitter polish my daughter ombré one nail color both coffin shape but charged each of us $65 each🧐🤔 She rang up random charges as soon as I handed her 3 $50 bills. If I had known or was told about the extra cost for the basic coffin nails shape or ombré. I would have been considerate on my spending. My only concern is knowingly she rang up $$ which took away $$ from her nail tech tip. I’d give her nail tech 5 stars (David and Alen) they did a beautiful job, place of business 2. I would highly recommend Sandy at T&T nails! I don't always get my nails done except for special occasions and the other technicians are not always able to do specifically what I want. Sandy makes it so simple and affordable! All I do is show her the picture and design I want and she makes it just how I want it and even better!!!! She even stayed a little late just to finish my nails without complaining or making a big deal! If you want attention to detail and a nice design I would go to Sandy!!! And she doesn't overcharge!!!! This salon smells very strongly of chemicals. That means the ventilation is not good. I've been to many salons without a strong chemical smell permeating throughout. For that reason alone, I won't be back. I feel for the employees that are subjected to this regularly. The service was fine but very short, given the fact the price of the pedicure is $28. The service was comparable to Smiley Nails, which is $8 cheaper. So the value is not there. I would recommend trying another nail salon, but this one is fine in a pinch. Read Less

They do an awesome job. Customer service is ok. I had an appointment and was put in a chair  within 10 minutes.I did a basic pedi and a basic mani with gel polish. Parking gets really packed at times. It cost me $70 bucks!! They also charge $1 if you use card. My daughter did a basic mani and a full set, and eyebrow wax. Cost $93! Great place for pedis on the windward side. I was looking for a place for my friend and I to go on a Saturday, and I came upon T&T on Yelp. I requested an appointment for two people via Yelp and within an hour I received a confirmation - so easy! On the day of our appointments, we were taken on time and had a great experience.  $28 for a basic pedi. Best birthday idea ever! Pedicure was a heavenly rough even though mysunburn was still tender. I reviewed Yelp before going amd I found pictures of want I wanted and they were able to duplicate the design for me. They had an incredible amount of gelish polish availableso customers could get the perfect shade. I knew I wanted red for my manicure and I was grateful I did not have to settle, I had variety! My husband enjoyed his first time at a salon, his pedicure was not painful nor was it awkward for him to be there. The salon was clean and well organized. All the manicurists were wearing uniforms which to me is professional. The manicurists actually engaged me in a conversation so there would be an awkward silence. I needed an appointment for the following day and the shop was closed I got a quick response from Alex.  I asked about nail designs ans she then began to tell me that David was really good and he was good with designs. I was a bit  nervous because  its my first time coming to this new nail salon. David did such a wonderful job he was very polite and friendly he was helpful. I rarely treat myself to a mani...but these past few weeks have been hellish in my "mom-world."  I decided I needed some me time and told my boo, who agreed it was a good idea for me to be selfish and pamper myself.Stopped by on a whim due to proximity to a doctor's appointment for one of our offspring, and surprisingly there was no wait!  There were about a dozen technicians waiting for clients, and the girl that first approached was super sweet.  She ending up doing a great job on my nails!I got the gel manicure, because A. being a mom, ain't nobody got time for fake nails, and B. I've been growing these bad boys out for a while so I wanted a decent durable polish that would show them off.  The technician (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so thorough - she used two coats of the base, two of the polish, and the sealer.  Some salons skimp on the basecoat, but to me, this is what makes the polish pop!So happy I came in here today, and my fingers are presentable again!  I'll definitely be back here. I received the best pedicure ever from Jenny.  She was so thorough, kind, and loving. I really needed to relax and be nurtured. Unfortunately,  I only speak English and Jenny speaks English,  so it was easy to let her know what I preferred.  I let them know that I was allergic to peppermint,  eucalyptus, etc., so Jenny used warm coconut oil,  which was divine. She gave me an incredible foot and leg massage. Besides the meticulous cutting,  trimming,  buffing,  the massage is my favorite part.  I also had a  hot stone and paraffin treatment.  Both great for my arthritis. With tax, it was $53 - well worth it for the time she spent on me. Bring cash for the tip, since they do not offer the ability to put it on your credit card. $118 for gel manicure w/fade, gel pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax.  This place has lower prices which I guess accounts for the subpar services.Manicure: pros-quiet girl, quick, nails on point; cons-quick, felt more like I just paid for nail polish application, no massage, no price mentioned (I'd like to mention we informed staff that I didn't get a hand massage with my pedicure. Staff informed the girl who later apologized stating she was new and then applied lotion to both my hands. This took about 1-2minutes for both hands this happened while my pedicure was occurring)Deluxe Pedicure $40 (additional price for gel but I'm unsure how much that is) pros-adjusted water temp when I requested, quiet guy, lotion was applied to my legs and feet; cons-I asked him just to file as I had a pedicure 2 weeks prior...he filed my toe nails too much and was filing the flesh of my toes, applying lotion and rubbing the legs and feet does not amount to a massage then I had a break in my pedicure where I was instructed to just relax while nothing happened(actually I watched as my friend was still being massaged) perhaps this was Ryan's break or he was allowing my friends aesthetician to catch up?Wax: "Aloha"did my friends eyebrows and upper lip as well as my own. Decided to make an appointment on this app, yelp. I saw they reply within an hour so I gave it a shot and got a response before they were even opened! I have been here a few times but I don't really remember my past experiences. So first off, here are some tips. 1) Call ahead to make an appointment as this nail salon does get busy and the wait can be long if you just walk in. 2) Bring cash unless you don't mind the $1 extra charge to use your cards. I went with a friend for pedicures. We had an appointment, and they got us both in immediately. The polish selection is fine, nothing special. A lot of the choices were very glittery (or all glitter) which I'm not a fan of, but that doesn't dock any stars because I found a color that looks fantastic.My problem is that the woman who was doing my toes kept pinching me. Multiple times, both feet, three different toes. She asked if I was sensitive, and I said "no, you're pinching me and it hurts". She didn't stop, kept pinching my skin around the toes and then said that she would have to stop if I couldn't control myself. While pinching me. Repeatedly. She also plucked my big toe hair, which.... what? I've had dozens of pedicures and nobody has ever done that.Once we got past the toe grooming phase her massage was fantastic. My friend and I both got the deluxe pedicure, which included a longer massage, paraffin wax, and sugar scrub. That was all lovely, and the color I chose is pretty.I won't be going back to this place, because I don't like pedicures with extra pain. That said, my friend had a much better experience so maybe it was just my stylist.Also, as others have noted, bring cash. Only giving 2 stars . I expected more from what people where telling me . -1 star for rushing on my nails (which are Un even) and they are gel acrylic nail's which the lady said will "last long" some of it started to come off on the 2nd day I got them . I didn't even use harsh soaps or bang them on anything . -1 more star for cutting it to short , I showed her a picture of what I wanted to get it looked NOTHING like the picture . If I wanted it that I would have never came here in the first place , I could have grown it myself . -1 star for the horrible foot massage and pedi . She scrubbed my feet SO hard it was bleeding , little cuts in my toes and they still ache with pain today . They probably wanted to get the heck out of dodge because when she did my pedi she rushed it also . . . She didn't even use nail polish remover for the part's of nail polist which was on my skin , didn't even asked if I wanted a deign on my toes .
