I was in over the weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I had been once before for a gel fill in and it was great, so I came back expecting the same service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The woman who was managing that day greeted me and wasn't particularly welcoming. I asked how much to remove the gel set and get a basic manicure with gel polish. She said $38. I waited 30 minutes for my turn, which was fine - I was a walk-in, no big deal. But when it was my turn, my technician was clearly in a hurry with zero interest in listening to what I was requesting. She was running all over trying to get the supplies. While my gel set was soaking off, she gave me an arm massage, but never once put any lotion on my hands. She asked if I wanted to keep the length of my nails and I said yes, but then she proceeded to file them down anyway, and very badly at that. They were uneven so I asked her to fix it and she only made it worse. At this point, I nearly offered to take the file and do it myself, but I was ready to just get it over with. In the middle of all of this, the manager came out and loudly berated all of the ladies in front of all the customers about putting towels in the warmer. Definitely didn't make for a relaxing environment. Then came time for the polish, which like everything else was rushed and poorly done. When it was time to pay, she tried to charge $5 more than what I was quoted, until I asked her to check with the manager. Basically, I paid nearly $50 (after a $5 tip) for a manicure I could've done better myself at home (and I did have to fix it at home). I won't be back, which is unfortunate because after my first visit I was ready to go there regularly.

The worst service. First I made an appointment to ensure I don’t receive subpar, rushed service. But that’s exactly what I got. The lady sat me down reminding me she already has “a 1:30” appointment so we better get going. I asked my nails to be squared & my thumb nails to be rounded. They ALL ENDED UP SLANDED & CROOKED. The gel on my right ring finger wasn’t even completely taken off. My friend, who met me there, took a look at the shape of my nails & said “OMG! They’re horrible! Did she even file them?” I ended up & finishing my nails at home.

Had an awful experience. Dexter did not ask the bride how she would like her nails done and once she said something he got mad at her for not liking the way he was doing her nails. Also our credit card was charged extra. Watch this place!!!!

Do not believe negative feedback, Dexter would not have high profile clientele if he didn't provide 5* consistent service. My friends were all super pleased with the level of care we received and will be returning as faithful clients

I didn't have time to get my nails done in Arizona so I did some checking on Yelp and came across this place. I called and made an appointment and u got there 15 min later and it wasn't a problem. Kelly was very nice and friendly she made me feel right at home. Like I was a regular customer. Happy toes and very happy nails.

I've always had a difficult time keeping my nails from breaking and the paint from chipping. Then I met Dexter Do through the Nailery's sponsorship of the Miss Hawaii USA pageants. I had Dexter apply a gel polish for a special event in March and his expert application lasted a month. I received so many compliments and have been back every month since then. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and a friendly environment dedicated to making clients look and feel amazing!

I was in over the weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I had been once before for a gel fill in and it was great, so I came back expecting the same service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The woman who was managing that day greeted me and wasn't particularly welcoming. I asked how much to remove the gel set and get a basic manicure with gel polish.
