In town and in desperate need of a fill and pedi, I headed into Princess Nails. First off, most of the nail shops on Keeaumoku are by appointments only. I learned this the hard way one day when I thought I could just walk in to get my nails done and I was unable to. But today was different as I had an appointment for a fill  and hoped they could also squeeze me in for a pedi. This nail shop is located above Raging Crab on Keeaumoku st. Parking is in the Sam Sung plaza or you can try for street parking. Unlike the larger salons you'll see in most places, this salon is small and they have only 3 technicians in the salon. The owners are very nice and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Having done my nails in other salons, I must say that they pay attention to detail and do quality work. It was very refreshing to not be rushed off the spa chair for another client. My fill and pedicure came out very well and I am very satisfied with the service and quality of their work. I don't live in the area but I'd definitely make a trip to get my nails done here again! Read Less

Staff was super friendly and nice. However I went for a gel manicure and my polish ended up with bubbles and uneven color. Peeled in less than a week. Very disappointed being as I liked the atmosphere of place.... Read Less

Came here for a pedicure. There's usually only 2 or three ladies working at a time so be sure you make an appointment! They're all very nice and everything. Pros: Parking is free with validation. They are usually quick and thorough. Sometimes they'll offer you water. They are very nice.Cons: Right across from Wal-Mart (traffic is constant) they do not use tub liners and they shave your feet AND THEN spray with alcohol (painful). For two pedicures it came out to $70 and lasted me about 3 weeks. They now use hot rocks to put under each foot when they massage your opposing leg. All in all not a terrible spot to go to if you're looking for a quick pedicure. Read Less

Best place to get a pedicure! I love all the ladies that work here! I will never go anywhere else after here. No place comes close to the detail and time they spend on your toes~ it's a little pricier than your average nail salon, but well worth it! Make sure you have about an hour or so to spare, again attention to detail and great massages! Read Less

I known the owner Tina, forever. She's a kind lady, always nice and loving toward my dog.There's no surprise seeing how she's also quite amazing at her work. This place provides an above the average service at a reasonable rate. Of course, I also highly recommend booking your appointment in advance, rather than just walking in. This salon is really clean and also the amount of colors to choose from, is quite impressive. I most highly recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed.. Read Less

Probably the best my toes have ever looked. Tina got them super clean and spent a long time on the leg massage. Very casual, nice and clean. Do be prepared to be here a long time and do call before you come to make an appointment time, even the day of, if needed. Also, there is an adorable dog that hangs around the shop so know you may have a canine companion next to you during your visit. Read Less

I called to make a same day appointment. Luckily they had an available spot. By far the best pedicure I have gotten. Lynn was so gently and gave me the best foot massage. She spent an hour on my pedicure which made it be worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back!Read Less

Like any other nail salon, or if you're getting any services, you'll have to make an appointment. I made one about an hour before coming in because they did have availability. I was told to pick a color and sit. My nails were cut and prepped by one woman, and then another man took over to do my acrylic set. It was a phenomenal job, shaping it to exactly how I wanted! No customer service! Walked in, everyone was sitting around doing nothing. I was then asked if I had an appointment. I said no & was hoping to get in, after waiting around for 5 minutes I was told to pick a color after I picked one, the lady who was 15 minutes late showed up and I was told I couldn't be helped anymore!
