I wish my first review could be positive but I need to warn everyone to not go here! I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. Too expensive. Poor quality. Poor customer service.I have been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and this was by far the worst nail salon I've ever been too. Why?First off, you do not get what you pay for. The price does not equate to the quality.Secondly, I had my worst nail experience EVER. Here's my story. I only needed to fill my acrylic set and replace one nail that had fallen off. And instead of filling it with acrylic, they filled my nails will gel nails because of a "miscommunication". They then put a gel extension on my nail in which the acrylic had fallen off (which I specifically was against because I knew just by watching them that it would not last). Low and behold what happened? My gel extension came off within 3 days! UNREAL! And my gel fill is coming off after a week (not to mention its breaking my nails...). Oh, and I forgot to mention that they're manis don't include a massage, if you expect a lovely massage (like I usually do), do not expect that here. Lastly, the customer service from this place is of the utmost disappointment. They don't speak much english (or pretend not to) and don't try to understand what you're saying. This is definitely the place if you want high quality Gel Nail Art Designs. Owner Koko created her own brand of Kokoist nail gel with many shiny long lasting colors as well as glitter and rhinestones. Her staff free hand paint hundreds of pretty designs. I've been going there for many years and my nail designs always receive lots of compliments and they last for a month. I've tried other places in town but none have Kokoist gel which is very strong and shiny. She has a special exclusive gel studded with opals that is gorgeous. They offer kama'aina discount.
