Never again!! They charge an outrageous amount of money to fill nails. $25 for a fill and an extra $10 to cut my nails down and take off the polish. Who does that?On top of that. They wanted to charge and extra $20 for gel fill. That would make it $55. I can get my nails done almost anywhere else for average if $20 for the complete package. Had to return 5 minutes later to complain that my nails felt like sandpaper. The receptionist put on a top coat which did not take away the rough feeling. Never again!!Horrible!!!Francine Read Less

I was just passing through the mall and decided to pop in and get my nails done.Although CPK is very noisy next door, the atmosphere in the spa was very quiet and relaxing.The receptionist (on the evening of 5/9/17) was very sweet and welcoming.My manicurist was Cathy. She gave me a very thorough and professional gel nail treatment.The most wonderful part of all was the hand/arm massage. It was a very much needed stress release. It was my first time in this salon. I decided to treat myself for a birthday pedi after work today. I scheduled my appointment about few days ago via text, which is really convenient. Fast reply and confirmation. I came few minutes earlier than my appointment time and my tech was ready already. She told me her name was Risa (i'm not sure if I got it right), on my receipt it says I was serviced by Nga. She was so nice and gentle. She was detail oriented, making sure that everything will look great. I had the Tutti Fruity Pedi. Nga did a totally awesome job, she did so well in removing my cuticles and on scrubbing my toes and the sole of my feet. The massage that she did on my legs and feet was fantastic too. I would come back here and request for her.Overall it was a great experience today. Nice, clean and quiet salon that will make you feel relaxed. Left today with a smooth and refreshed feet and legs. Visited Lavish Nails Wax and Lash at Kahala today and got a full set of Solar nails replaced by Tommy.  I have tried many nail salons in the past and have never encountered someone so detailed oriented like Tommy.  I really appreciated all the effort he put into ensuring my nails were exactly as I requested. Tommy was awesome and made sure my nails looked fabulous. Lavish is a beautiful salon and everyone there is super friendly and very professional.  They offer many different great services and have a big selection of nail polish to choose from. The last time I treated myself to a pedi was 4 years ago. Yes, I was long overdue for one, and my friend was nice enough to treat me to a pedi at Lavish for my birthday.  This was my first time getting a pedicure here, and I enjoyed it a lot. Cammie, the person who did my pedicure, is an expert, and did a great job grooming my much-neglected feet. My cuticles were removed and she scrubbed off a lot of dead skin from the soles of my feet.  The paraffin wax treatment is a must (available with the "deluxe pedicure") because it opens the pores and removes the dead skin cells on your feet, leaving your feet feeling silky smooth and refreshed!They are really good about cleanliness  here. They use plastic liners in the foot tubs so you know the water your feet is soaking in is clean (except for the dirt from YOUR feet). The tools they use come from a sealed package so you know they're clean and sterile.  And, they give you a little kit to take home so that you can maintain your nails until your next visit.  Lavish is located in Kahala Mall next to CPK. With time to kill at Kahala Mall, I happened upon Lavish and decided it was indeed time to treat myself to a slightly overdue manicure and pedicure.As luck would have it, they were able to take me right away.  Kathy, a cheerful and friendly woman, did a great job on my nails.  Tidy and efficient, to be precise. I opted for a natural manicure, as I've had some mediocre results with gel manicures. She was not pushy at all, as is the case with some of the other nail salons I've been to that really like to upsell. Kathy had other clients lined up  so a young lady named Jenny was tasked with prettying up my feet. My feet were in need of some love, aka, sloughing, after being abused while traversing Northern Italy in humid and rainy weather.  Jenny managed to smooth things out, as it were, which made my feet ever so happy.Whilst receiving this pampering, I hunted for Pokémon, and Jenny turned out to be a trainer a few levels above me. She offered extra tips and valuable information, and even allowed me to use her phone charger so the Pokémon search would not be subjected to interruption by way of a drained battery.(Side note for PokémonGO enthusiasts: I captured a total of 15 Pokémon while there!)The salon is very clean, modern in decor, and comfortable. The pedicure massage chairs  provided great tension relief. I opted for the coffee scrub pedicure, which offers exfoliation and rejuvenation, leaving my legs silky smooth and refreshed.It was $20 for the manicure and $48 for the pedicure, and included a mini maintenance set of files and pumice-like smoother. Even if it was more than what I usually pay for the same services, it was worthwhile and I'd likely go back. I'm all about quality and integrity of service, as well as cleanliness, when selecting a nail salon and this one fit the bill! Read Less
