LOVE Susan and Nick!  And Kathy too!  I have been going here for 5 years.  Always get great service, they are able to get under my toenails with gentle diligence and every bit of anything cuticle-like is carefully clipped away.  Just the other day I was in and after I had my polish on, I changed my mind because the color wasn't as I thought it would be.  Kathy was happy to change it with no energy at all but pleasant service.  Grateful for everyone there.  The best news is I almost never have to wait and parking is usually open too. I love coming here!  I usually come with a girlfriend or my sister or just myself and the ladies and guy are always so nice!  There are a few of my favorite workers, but I always forget their names. Lol! When I explain to them the design and style I want they always do a great job.  They take their time and make sure I am happy with what the design/color.I usually don't make an appointment for mani/pedi but for eyebrow waxing I recommend making an appointment with Susan. It's a convenient location since I live in the area. The parking may be an inconvenience because if you park in the back of a car and that person is done with their appointment and you are still getting a mani/pedi, you must stop and move your car.  Otherwise park at Safeway, lol!  On the plus side, Waiola's is located behind the salon, so you can get a nice sweet treat afterwards. It's a hit or miss at this place. I like it cause it's convenient and down the road from my house and there's free parking in the back. There's about two or three open stalls, but if you're already there and the car in front of you has to leave then you have to stop your pedicure to move your car. I usually don't make an appointment when I come here. I come here on a weekday usually when most of the population is working. Once you get in the store you sign in on their laptop, but they ask what you'd like done anyway. If it's a pedi, they tell you what seat to go to, and bring over a basket full of nails with all sorts of colors on them. From there you pick one and they'll get it for you. Sometimes it's good here. Sometimes it's junk. It just depends who you get I guess. The last pedi I got was super quick. I think he rushed it to service other people. Maybe he rather do nails instead. But he pinched my toe super hard that it hurt! He kind was rough around the edges with trimming too. If anything it stressed me out. There's a stamp card there. It's good to have I you come here often. I bounce around places depending how I'm feeling. They give a small discount if you pay cash but it's not a lot so I'd rather just earn my mileage points instead. Read Less

I have been coming to Infinity Nails since they opened! Susan and her staff are very friendly and do a great job! The salon is clean and welcoming. Location is perfect, there is parking behind their shop.Susan offers many services and has combo deals. She also has a stamp card for clients to save more money! My absolute favorite nail salon. Susan and her staff are always very professional and make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I always get the pedi and gel mani combo and it comes out to about $50 - so affordable! I love their stamp card especially because I am a regular. I was in the area and was looking for a nail salon, and after sorting through some yelp reviews I decided to make an appointment at Infinity Nails.  The lady was really friendly and got me and boyfriend booked to come in an hour.  So far so good.  When we got there we were taken to the pedicure chairs and got pedicures.  Everything going good.  Then we got to the manicures.  I'm not sure if it was because we were heading towards the end of the session or if her hands were getting tired and she just wanted to be rid of me but my technician (who I did not get her name but she had red hair I believe) would yank my arm closer without any warning or apology.  I thought ok it's annoying but I'll let it go.  As soon as she finished my manicure she told me to wash my hands then immediately went on her phone and started looking through it as I was still sitting there.  Not very nice or professional service there... We paid, tipped (which I greatly regret) then headed to the car.  As I was walking to the car I thought it would be nice to take some pictures of our little spa adventure so I started to take pictures of my hand when I noticed my nails.  I had literally just left the salon and was already messed up badly.  Not sure if it was how she had left it or if it was ruined from something, however I'm not sure how an accidental scrape or scratch of something would've damaged so many French nail fingers... Although the receptionist was nice and the place itself was very clean and well kept, I will not be returning thanks to the bad customer service and poor quality of work. Read Less

My mom and I have been coming here for at least 2 years, however not consistently (do my own nails between). I also get my brows waxed here and the technician is really good. She listens to me and will adjust whatever I ask her to. The facility is really clean, has AC, their own bathroom which is kept clean, television and overall really comfortable. They do get really busy sometimes so it's advisable to call ahead and make sure they can fit you in to avoid waiting a long time. From what I've seen, there are only 2 people who speak/understand English which wouldn't be a problem until you're trying to explain details about your service. If they're busy then it becomes a bit of an issue because one of the other techs has to leave their client and come over (this happened when I took my mom there on Mother's day). The business also has this stamp card reward program that seems like you would have to go there year round before you get a percentage off your next service (not up to 50% and definitely not a free service if you fill it up), which to me is not even worth it. Also, they say if you pay with cash you get "2% discount" vs. paying with a card. We all know if you pay with card, they're just charging you the fee that THEY are being charged for you using a card. They have like 3-4 parking spots out back (depends on how big the cars are and how close they are parked to one another). If it's a Sunday though there are meters along Kapahulu, or you can park in the Safeway lot across the street and walk over. Overall I'm always pleased with my services when I go there. Read Less

I love Infinity nails, been going to them for almost 3 years. I live all the way in Kailua, but they do a perfect job every time. They are very gentle, kind, and all of the other nail salons I've been to on the island either have hurt me, cut me, or didn't do a good job. I'd had bad experiences getting gel nails removed and redone at previous nail salons. A coworker suggested Infinity Nails and I was very pleased with the result. They took a lot of care to make sure everything was sterile and clean. Lin was very gentle and I loved her attention to detail. I went there for my birthday got the nails done and a gel overlay .was 60 some dollars plus tip. The gel peeled in 4 days. So I go back get a fill let them try to correct the mess and my nails were all uneven. A girl tried to correct. Looked like someone had no clue how to do nails. The girl made a comment of how mainland people like the shape.I have lived in Hawaii for over 20 years. My suggestion is stay away from this place.
