I love this place so much!!! Everyone here is extremely nice , you get what you pay for, the pricing is reasonable and if you ever get a pedicure you will be in heaven!!! I don't do pedicures and manicures, but my wife really wanted me to go. So I did, and actually enjoyed it the employees were really nice, we had a good conversation, and the chairs were really comfortable. Don't get me wrong I'm not going to be a regular customer or anything, but I was surprised about how many men there where here. Overall I enjoyed my time and I don't think I'd hesitate or talk down about men getting pedicures as much anymore. Shoot I may return if my wife asks me to go with her again. Over priced for crappy work. I broke the tips off two nails in less than a week doing basic stuff. Like opening a drawer or folding a pack n play. They said a fix would be free and then the lady charged me. I won’t be doing back. I’ve never had nails break in half like this. Read Less

Steven did an excellent job on my almond nails! He took his time and was very meticulous about the shape. I wouldn't have minded if they were a little thicker but overall he did a great job! The price was perfect and he made sure to file off any extra acrylic that was under the nail instead of leaving it like a lot of places do! I will definitely be going back! Update: the last two times I have gone to this establishment a woman named Annie has done my nails. I will definitely be asking for a different nail tech from now on. She does a great job on your nails but she is way too rough for me. She cut me 3 times on one hand yesterday and when she saw me bleeding didn't say sorry and instead loaded a Cotten ball with alcohol and proceeded to wipe down my nails. It felt like my fingers were on fire! After having had her once already and knowing she was rough I did ask her to be gentle but she completely disregarded that request. This was my first visit to Diamond Nails, this place did a great job but there is room for improvement on the cleanliness. The POSITIVES are that I was seated right away and the staff was friendly. My nail technician was very patient and gentle while doing my pedicure, he did a great job and took his time. I got the deluxe pedicure which was great and my feet looked and felt wonderful. The experience with the staff and service I received was very good but I had a small issue with the cleanliness. The NEGATIVE My usual nail shop pulls the nail utensils right from the wrapper or from a plastic case that goes in their sanitation machine so we know they have been cleaned. This place had all of the nail utensils in a cup and they looked worn which made me feel like they were old and possibly not cleaned. This is not anywhere near my neighborhood but I have continued coming here since I first discovered them a few months ago. At other places its hit or miss depending on your technician, not here! They consistently do a great job every time I get a mani and pedi. I like how they take their time cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails. I also appreciate that they actually honor appointments and have seen them turn people away because they have scheduled appointments! This is a great nail salon. It is very clean and trendy, the wide open salon is very breezy and relaxing too! The technician takes her time and makes sure every detail is perfect! She uses clean tools, chats with you, and seems genuinely interested in making sure you like your manicure. I have been bouncing around from salon to salon, never happy with the sanitation standards or level of service... But now that I have found this place, I don't think I'll go anywhere else! This has been my go to place for nails! I pay attention to small details, especially when a fingernail is not fully covered with polish, but I have been coming to this salon for quite a few months now without any disappointment! Just left my new favorite nail place in the city. A young girl did an amazing job with my nails. Removed the old gel and applied new gel overlay. I wasn't sure about the polish color so she applied different ones onto all my nails and helped me pick. Super sweet & gentle & quick! Love her! Will def be back!! Read Less

I went and I got my nails done here for the khaki ball. The woman that did my nails upsold me big time! I had decided on a color and some glitter and she decided we should do all this stuff and I said ok and she never told me it was going to be extra... I ended up paying 87.00! I paid for it....then to top it off in a week a nail fell off...so needless to say I will go somewhere else...the service was good and the lady was very nice just didn't like that she upsold me. I visited this very cute and modern nail salon on their grand opening and was extremely impressed by the friendliness of their staff and most of all the cleanliness of the shop. Their pedicure stations aren't the typical. It's a spa chair, but they don't use the spa for your feet. Rather, they use a regular pedi bucket, which in my opinion is waaaaay more sanitary!
