This place is awful, called first given a quotes of $26 mani&pedi. Massage chair did not work, very unprofessional way of doing work. My hands were burning as they do their work. Very hard to understand these ladies as they all spoke Chinese I believe, it feels like they're talking about you. Gels supposed to last at least 2 weeks, my Nails starts to break in 2 days. Came here to get my acrylics off and a regular manicure. The lady literally split my REAL finger nail in half while removing my acrylic causing me to bleed under my nail. It was bothering me the whole day and made it hard to enjoy my day in the ocean. Secondly, the manicure was horrible. My boyfriend could have done a better job for free. Not impressed with the service received. We went in expecting the advertised $26 "pure pedicure". Once we were seated in the massage chairs, we were indirectly informed that in order to have our feet scrubbed, shaved and pampered, it costs $40 and for any type of massage along with the basic pedicure essentials, it costs another $10, totalling at $50 for the expected $26 pedicure we started with. There were language barriers and we struggled for a few minutes to make it clear what we wanted and did not want. We are confused as to what the $26 consisted of, just a toe nail trim? Along with the pricing confusion, the massage chairs did not work. They stopped every two minutes and it was a button pressing guessing game to try and get them to work for another two minutes. Aside from everything else, the general customer service was poor, one of the ladies stopped the pedicure she was doing to leave the building and take a phone call. Expensive, crappy job and they would not let up on asking me to receive more of their services just for extra money. The job was sloppy, it went all over my cuticles, it was streaky, bubbly and you could see through to the nail. Not worth the money at all Read Less

I happened to be walking by and saw this salon, which isn't particularly visible because it doesn't have a big sign. I hadn't had time to get a pedicure before leaving for Hawaii, so decided to give it a shot. It gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had, and only paid $27 plus tip. The people are thorough, careful, and professional. I really recommend this place and will come back the next time I return to Waikiki. Read Less

I got manicure with gel color and satisfied with their service. The color was shiny and pretty. I like the cleanness of this salon. I hate going to a dirty place to do nails because I afraid of getting contaminated. However, I found this salon and I can tell that this salon is the cleanest nails salon in town.
