Worst pedicure I ever received! First, The woman doing the pedicure made me bleed while cutting my cuticles and didn't even say anything to acknowledge it... I had then picked out a butterfly design for the samples she had shown me and asked if she could do it. She said yes, but when it came time to do the design, she wasn't able to do it. After her redoing it about four or more times, I asked if she wanted me to pick an easier design. She agreed. She had finally completed a butterfly on one nail, but it was not nice and did not look trike the sample. She then went to my other big toe to do the other design, which also came out different from the sample and was hard to look at. After she was done she asked if that was okay and we're going to leave my toes with two different designs.... she then removed the butterfly and tried to make the easier design which she could not. She ended up doing a flower on both toes. I sat there for almost an hour while she tried to paint my toes! She then told me she would only charge me $3 for the design as oppose to $5. So I'm paying for a design I didn't even want?! And on top of that, when I got a closer look at my toes, they were painting sloppy! Nail polish on my skin! I enjoy coming here before going to the Hair Salon. Cindy and her staff are professional and friendly. I've read some of the other reviews, not every nail salon is the same. That's why you have so many options. But I find this place to to quiet and very convenient. They go the extra mile to ensure the clients are taken care of. I don't mind that they speak Vietnamese. I would never suggest going to this place! Been there before and I just left there without polish on my fills! That's how disgusting this place was and Cindy the owner wanted me to pay! I had my beautiful nails with a rounded tip. I asked for the same shape but a little shorter. Cindy made a pointed shaped tip! And it was all different looking shape as well! The worst place ever! Tomorrow I'll have to redo this unfinished nails where I've been going to before ever going here again! Worst decision made tonight since it was near where I live!  Do not ever go to this place such a rip off! Plus she Cindy called my previous nails Buss up. My friends and I decided to get our nail done and this is our 1st time. We came in and asked if we need to make an appointment then they said no need just come in. Then my friend took time to choose what she likes because we didn't plan it so she has no idea. Then the nail ladies started to talk shit in vietnamese. They didn't know that i knew Vietnamese. Then when i started to choose color after getting manicure, there are customers walked in and they started to rush up which is really unprofessional. I've been here twice with a girlfirend and won't be going back.  Both times the lady cut my toe and made it bleed.  Both times she took forever, but the last time, she kept stopping and checking her phone and took 20 minutes longer than the guy doing my friends pedicure.  The place is run down - 80's style.  Unimpressive nail color choices. I came in hoping to get a gel pedicure. An employee presented me with a basket of sticky, old-looking bottles of gel she pulled out from under the counter. Maybe their regular mani-pedis are fine, but I was so grossed out by the sticky, dirty basket that I had no interest in sticking around to check out the hygiene of their mani-pedi tools. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLEI will never return here again. came to get a manicure and pedicure. the lady said the wait was about 10 minutes when in actuality it was about 30. when was finally helped my pedicure water was cold and the lady did not even bother to change it. during my pedicure she did a horrible job and didn't even bother to push back my cuticles before painting my nails causing them to look horrible, in all honesty i could have done a better job. My manicure was just as bad. Instead of using paint or an airbrush they used pre colored nails and simply put a coat of a acrylic over, even if they charge 5$ more for "colored tips". Within an hour of my manicure my nail cracked while i was driving. I returned for a repair and the girl was so sassy and unprofessional. I paid an extra five dollars for a sea salt massage that was provided to me for approx. 3 minutes. She spent a breif amount of time (1 min on both feet) scrubbing my heels.
