I don’t normally do reviews unless they’re awesome and being a business owner myself I know how a bad review can be detrimental to a business but I will never go here again. I was in a hurry and my usual salon is on the other side of town. I decided to pop in here to get a quick gel color change. Upon first entering I noticed everything was very dirty... dusty and like it isn’t regularly cleaned and kept up. Being that it is a nail salon that should be one of their most impor...tant goals. I was sat in the last chair closest to the back room. There were two ladies on break eating and I could see and smell their food the entire time. I know people have to eat but it should not be put on display when you are supposed to be in a sanitary environment. One of the ladies was even helping customers in between bites and did not use soap to wash her hands. I had asked for a color change and not a manicure yet the lady started a manicure anyway. Oh well, I thought... let’s go ahead and do it. Big mistake. The lady stabbed my pinkie with the cuticle clippers and literally took a chunk out of my skin. She laughed and said “oh too rough for you”. I almost lost it. Thank god the tool she was using came out of a sealed sanitized pack. At least upon appearance. She apologized to me multiple times after that because she knew she messed up. I know she didn’t mean to do it and a part of me felt bad that it happened but... you did take a chunk out my pinkie. I will say the staff was very nice but unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this salon. Moving forward I will continue to be loyal to my normal salon. Lesson learned. The gentleman doing my nails was running between me and another customer. He kept complaining about having to be at work and how many customers were coming in. I got gel nails, and he put three coats of the color polish on, so they were really thick and ended up bubbling. Nails lasted a week when typically my gel nails last 2 weeks. Will never go there again. Was rushed. I called before going to see how long a wait there would be. I was told 15 min. Was there 2 hours, only my daughters nails were done, they tore her fingers up. She bled in several places. Her nails were way to thick, and they couldn't do a basic zebra design, after they said they could. My daughter was heart broken. I want a refund. They told her to come back next week, they would fix her nails then, since her fingers were sooo sore, no i want a refund, don't go here. Terrible service. Read Less

This is by far the best nail salon!!!! The entire staff is so loving and wonderful and they all do such a fantastic job! They go out of their way to make each guest feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! Every time I bring my father there they are so helpful and do such a fantastic job. He waits until he comes to visit us to get his toe nails done. Very disappointed with my experience. I was referred to the nail salon by a friend because they have little princess chairs for toddlers and my family and I are getting ready to go on a cruise so we thought it would be a great time to take my 3 year old daughter for her first pedicure. I called and made the appointment and asked if they were able to do Disney designs on nails because we are going on a Disney cruise. They confirmed they do those designs so I went ahead and sch...eduled the appointment for my mother in law, sister in law, daughter and I. We get there and my daughter refuses to sit in the princess chairs (go figure) so they said she could sit on my lap. Wasn't the greatest experience but it worked. With that being said I asked them to do a Disney design that I showed the nail tech a picture of and she said she would do it just like the picture. It looked nothing like the picture when all was said and done. I was extremely disappointed but at that point we had been there for a while and my daughter was getting antsy so I didn't mention it. The toes were suppose to be red with white polka dots and one big toe was suppose to be Minnie and the other was Mickey. The toes are red with black polka dots, the Mickey toe is suppose to be his pants buttons and the tech drew a smiley face instead and the other toe is a very small Mickey head and another small Mickey head on the fourth toe. Totally not like what I requested. Anyway my mom in laws design on her toes aren't straight or even at all and my sister in law had to have them re do her manicure because it was not what she asked for them to do and wasn't even the color she requested. THEN to top it all off, we get home and less than 3 hours later my daughters polish is chipping off. Now, 2 days before our trip and she almost has no polish left on her toes and we haven't even begun our vacation. So unbelievably disappointed with the service. They spent very little time doing my toes and working on my feet, even though I paid for a more expensive package and did nothing for my daughter minus paint her toes. I was recommended to USA Nails by my friend who's nails I always complemented. I was really excited to get the coffin shape even though it was a little more. After I got my nails I drove back to my dorm in Atlanta and THE NEXT DAY my thumb nail broke. After this within the next 5 days 2 of my other nails broke. Since I was still in Atlanta for our first week of school (Jan 9th 2017) & the second Georgia snopocalypse I was not able to come back to get my nails fixed for another week. I still called to tell them what happened and gave my name so they would expect me by the end of the week. I went around this whole week with my nails broken and to make it worst the white nail polish color I choose somehow got stained brown in the week that I have had the nails and when I asked the owner if I could get the repainted for having to drive back to Woodstock to get my nails fixed she said no & I'm currently in my car with a thirty minute wait to get them fixed. To sum it up: THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE A TRIP BACK TO GET YOUR NAILS FIXED AFTER THEY BREAK OFF THEN CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE. Read Less

I have been coming here since high school and I have always had an amazing experience and amazing nails. Ivey always does my nails & even when my nails are grown out from like a month and a half she always makes them look stunning afterwards. Zero to 1. They rush you,break you're nails, fuss because it was over 1 week since done. Told her getting married this weekend and I strong nails,would not soak gel off wanted to only use drill sand paper. Now my nails don't match in length and they where perfect only wanted soaked off but no don't give customers what they want. Read Less

I have given this place so many tries...I've thought Oh maybe they are busy... Oh they are short staffed!! Nope...Just waited for over an hour and a half for a gel manicure before I walked out in frustration( even though they quoted a 20 minute wait), and have watched multiple people go back before me. I can't tell you how many times this has happened... Waited a ridiculous amount of time, left with fingers bleeding and left with actually hearing the staff talk crap about me in English. First time I was cut and didn't want to come back but with 50% Off and broke I did.  This time was better but that brush on top of my sensitive feet, where things hardly ever touch, was too rough. That is something they need to get rid of.  The lady was amazing at giving a massage this time -  never skipped a beat.  Your always greeted with a smile and hello but rushed to pick a color and feel like if I don't pick quickly I will end up with just a color on the spur moment.
