This place is awesome. I went here today for the first time. I haven't got my nails done in almost 2 years and I figured it would be a nice change. The staff was super nice to me and my friend, and they had a HUGE variety of colors to choose from. We ended up doing the dip powder nails. Excellent job! Recently the salon was taken over by new owners. The new ones are wonderful. The person who did my nails took their time and did not skip any steps or take any short cuts. I get sns nails and have been to several salons. It's difficult to find someone who can do perfect and they were able to! This was this worst serves I have ever gotten. There are bumps on my nails. They kept trying to sell us more stuff, understandably but when I said no they got pissy. There are little bits if glitter on my nails because the brush she used was dirty. I said something and she said it was the powder she used. I'm not going back. I will qualify this review by saying I am very picky about my nails this is why I am giving the 3 stars not 2. I get very frustrated when a nail tech tells me how I should have my nails done. I like my pink and white nails very thin and straight up on the sides no fat tips. When I was there the first time it took her quite a while to do a full set because even though I told her that I like my nails really thin she put the acrylic on very thick so she had to file them down and down and down. She suggested that I make an appointment next time because apparently thin nails take longer. So what really aggrivated me is the second time I went. No I did not make an appointment. She again took forever and told me again I needed to make an appointment if i came in again. Thick or thin it should take the same amount of time. After all of that my nails were still very thick. I went in recently to get my nails done because of the convenient location. I immediately regretted my decision. My nails have never looked this bad. I'm not sure if the girl who did my nails was still in training or not but she did a terrible job. She even made my nail beds bleed. When I tried to notify the management about my experience they didn't care at all and didn't offer me a refund or anything! Horrible customer service! Read Less

Generally like this salon - However, I had removed my acrylics due to the ladies shaving down my nail way too thin to where they hurt. I found pseudomonas (bacterial infection) on 2 of my nails under the acrylics. Yikes. Read Less

Time for a guy's review. I got a mani/pedi here yesterday and must say I'm impressed! I run a lot so my feet can get rough on the heels so I have to get a pedi on a regular basis. The mani was also top notch! I like to have well maintained hands/nails due to my profession. Highly recommended!! Read Less
