This was my second time visiting Steven’s Nails and the first time was fantastic. The second time I only needed gel polish, no manicure as I had my nails done a few days prior and didn’t like the color so I removed myself. A gel manicure costs $25 at Steven’s and they charged me $20 JUST FOR THE POLISH! If you ask me, they just created a price out of the blue and I wont be returning due to the rip off. It costed me $15 elsewhere. It’s not the money that makes me sour, it’s the value of the service itself.

I was referred to Stevens Nails by a coworker of mine who raved about how great of a job they do. I went this afternoon and asked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, as well as the signature pedicure. The massage felt great on my legs and I was so relaxed. One of my thumb nails bubbled up and the guy, no questions asked, fixed it. But the girl who did my toes started painting regular polish (which is no big deal, it happens). I paid way too much for the entire experience, who h was not mind blowing at all. And when I came home, I noticed my toes had all bubbled up and the polish was smeared everywhere. The gel polish even feels weird on my fingernails like they're not fully dry. I've never had anything like this happen before and I see a nail salon every 2 to 3 weeks. I'm so upset that I spent so much money on a horrible mani pedi. And a day before I leave on vacation. 😡😠

I absolutely loved this place. My nails were done by Kenny and I loved how he took him time to perfect and do my prom nails!! As the picky person I am, I have never had anyone do my nails that fully satisfied me but I have definitely found my go-to nail person!! I'm definitely coming back!

Been a customer for years and have always been pleased with the service and final results. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for their services. The only drawback is that sometimes the get very busy, and they will estimate a wait time that is considerably shorter than the actual wait time. I usually just come back on another day. Happens rarely though.

I have been a customer for many years and brought my husband for the first time for a little date night. For my gel manicure I was not given any hand lotion or a massage at all. I had to ask for lotion for my dry fingers from the acetone. We arrived over an hour before closing and called ahead. We got to listen to the owner of the business vacuum for a half hour before closing and even when we asked about the vacuum, he continued. If you want a half ass nail job you should go there. Otherwise, look else where.

I had an unfortunate experience with a young nail technician; who was not only immature, she was very rude and quite obnoxious. She stuck my nail, although it didn't hurt a whole lot, when she asked, "Oops did I hurt you?" I answered honestly to which she replied, "Oh, that's because you had a hangnail." Really? I was reeling with anger, but decided to tip her anyway. I realized that I only had a few dollars to tip at checkout so I told her I would be back. When I said goodbye, she said, "See you in a little bit." What an undeserving, self entitled person. I decided then not to return. A couple of days later and my nails are peeling. So, it wasn't even a quality manicure on top of all that rudeness. Would never come to this place again.

I have about 10 nail salons to choose from in the area but I keep coming back here. Not only are they very friendly, they sterilize the equipment which is insanely important. They do an excellent job...

Without a doubt, this is the BEST nail salon in Woodstock! I am a loyal customer and visit them twice a month. They do get busy, so if you're in a hurry, make an appointment first.

Friday morning, this is the first salon I could find open. I normally get gel polish and after talking to the man at the counter I decided to get acrylic. It was hard for me to find the exact color I wanted. I showed them a picture and they were able to provide me w four similar options. I was very pleased w everything. The man who did my nails was quick and courteous. I will def. be trying them again.

I have been twice just because it is SO close to my house. The first time I had a male manicurist who I assumed to be the owner. He did a great job on my nails and I was super happy, until the gel nail polish that I paid extra for flaked off the next day. Sometimes that happens, I guess. The next time, I had a woman who was so hurried and unfocused that she left most of my nails cut from the file. The design was boring and uneven and I paid at least $20 more for this botched job. I went to my other nail salon and had them removed only a few days later. I guess it depends on who you get but I wont be going back.

Conveinent location and affordable. Everyone here is very friendly. I've never had to wait, just walk in, and I'm in a chair as soon as I can pick out a nail color. I love getting a pedicure in the massage chairs! Aside from mani/pedi's they also offering waxing. Tip: Cash tips are preferred, so if you are using plastic to pay you have to let them know how much tip to add to the receipt.

This was my second time visiting Steven’s Nails and the first time was fantastic. The second time I only needed gel polish, no manicure as I had my nails done a few days prior and didn’t like the color so I removed myself. I went this afternoon and asked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, as well as the signature pedicure. The massage felt great on my legs and I was so relaxed.
