This place has some repeat customers who really like it. For me, I felt the nail polish selection could be more organized and also a consistent brand. The prices for pedicure are within market standard but a basic manicure is overpriced. Also the nail technicians don't really massage all that well and that is one of my favorite parts. Read Less

I come here because I've been seeing the same nail technician, Maria, for years and she now works here. It's a clean, sanitary place and the staff is so friendly but it's TOO hot! They shouldn't have customers fanning themselves down with magazines because of how hot it is. Please put the air on!😩 Read Less

Had my elderly parents with me and I got flustered checking out. I usually over tip but this time I left $5 for $35 in services. Most of the time I pay $20 for a $13 manicure. The owner was quick to let me know that wasn't enough. Dropped my parents off and went back to make sure he got the $2 to make my tip 20%. Searched google and anywhere between 15 and 20% is correct. This is not your typical nail salon. I absolutely love it here! Management is kind, highly efficient, and experienced. I was able to visit during their 30% sale for the month of February and I went back a second time a week later because of how greatly impressed I was the first time! These guys know how to take care of their guests and their employees. No rush. No obligations. No secret conversations in their language. This place is unlike the rest. This is a great spot for a gel manicure! They just recently renovated the establishment and it is very clean. Emily was awesome and was very personable. But the best part was their tools for a manicure came in a sterilized packet. I have yet to see that at any other nail salon I have been to. Read Less

I just love this shop. I've finally found a nail salon that I feel comfortable in after years of searching. Rose is very friendly, very sweet, and does her best to take good care of you, even when she's busy. I'd recommend getting an appointment, though leave some wiggle room, as this salon can get pretty busy.I particularly love that one of the first things you see upon walking in is the cross hanging on the back wall. It's a refreshing change from most nail salons, one that I appreciate.If you're looking for something fun to try with your nails, they've got plenty of cool designs that they can do, and are always up to date on the latest trends and methods. Plus: there was no waiting time (but I was the first person walking in this morning) The girl was working really fast.  I was there for 39minutes for a refill with gel. What I didn't like is that they're price list says a refill with acryl is $20. I added gel so I expected it to be $5 to $10 more, which is what I'm used to paying at other salons.  But it came out to a total of $35. $15 is a bit pricey for a gel coat. And now that I'm looking at my nails, she did a really sloppy job, as you can see in my pictures.  No wonder I was in and out so quickly. Read Less

I love this salon, I love rose . I've gotten 4 different full sets and 1 fill in before. When I get  the full set with short to medium length nails and gel polish they have stayed on for a month and if I get long nails they stay on for 2 days . I've gotten a $25 pedicure from here as well which was really good. Clean salon, nice service and they also have a groupon deal that has come in handy. Read Less

This was my second visit to this nail salon (Sunday 6/14/15 - little late reviewing but I took pics to remember my frustration!) to be sure I wrote a review.  I have my own trusted nail salon and technician in Marietta where I live, but the weekends I am at my boyfriend's in Woodstock and need a mani/pedi, I surely am not driving 30 mins there and back (though I really should!).  The positives:  open on Sunday, Rose was super sweet and accommodating.  Cons:  WAY overpriced  - $45 for regular pedicure (normally $25), gel polish and removal of polish on my toes.  $25 for my gel manicure (which is the norm - no take off on my nails).  Soo while when my total was $65 I will say, I was caught off guard.  However, I paid for my services and went on my way, not thrilled at the $$ I just spent, but I had a fresh new color on my fingers and toes.  I did not like that "to save time" (her words, not mine), Rose did my exfoliation and leg massage while my toes had cotton on them with nail polish remover waiting to take off my previous polish.  My leg/feet skin were not soft from soaking so the massage and exfoliation was not super comfortable nor relaxing at all!  That was a bummer.  Boo. All of this, I could have gotten over and would have given them 3 stars at this point.  HOWEVER, 3 - yes, THREE, days later the polish on my left thumbnail and BOTH big toes was coming off??!!  This is supposed to be GEL polish - I get it all the time - it NEVER comes off unless it has been over 2 weeks since my last visit.  To say I was pissed was an understatement.  I sat for over an hour on my Sunday, paid way too much all to have it go to crap in 3 days??!!  Not cool.  I was going to go back this past weekend, but honestly, I did not believe I would be satisfied even if I sat for another hour  and they "fixed" their mistakes (or possibly the cheap polish they used??) so even with my OCD self and need to have pretty painted toes/fingers, I chose to stick with my ugly peeling mess of polish and write this review.  Needless to say, I will not be back.  Onto finding another possible "home away from home" nail salon near 30188.  Wish me luck!!  PS if I can figure out how to upload the pics to this review, I will share the ugliness that were my hands/feet 3 days post mani/pedi.  :( Read Less
