My family and I went to Luxur to get deluxe pedicures. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially to my grandmother who doesn't get pedicures often. There was no feeling of rushing even though it was pretty busy. There was a problem with my nail polish and my nail tech helped match the color as closely as he could, and it was spot on. I visited this Nail Spa twice. My first experience there was amazing. My second visit was not so good. The day after I received my services which consisted of SNS and a pedicure, I noticed the color that I selected was absolutely amazing but my nails had separated from the top of my nails. I was not able to return to the nail spa right away because I work crazy hours. So when I did return a few days later, the guy who did my nails listened to why I returned, but offered no resolution to fix my nails. He basically said what I ate made my nails grow out faster. Baloney! I used to do nails years ago and clearly my nails were not done properly. I wouldn't say don't go to this nail spa, because everyone is very kind there. However I would say DO NOT let the guy there do your nails. Big mistake! So because I was not respected as a valued customer I will NOT be returning. I was not asking for freebies, I just wanted what I paid for. He did not even to to offer a discount or to do them over to satisfy me. So just a head's up! Read Less

I have been there twice now and absolutely love it, people are very nice, and it’s a pleasure to be able to speak to someone from another country in English, you’ll learn more about people that way, the wine was a fantastic touch, I loved it so much I’m setting up a man’s day at the salon with the help of Peter, for some reason men are reluctant to have their nails done, Peter is so accommodating that he’s going to open up early for me and a bunch of my men friends to come in and get our Pedicures, so any man is it really gets understand it’s a fantastic place that does fantastic work with fantastic people and I hope you’ll give them a shot Read Less

After 2 hours. My toes are still being dried. Took forever for the poor guy, seems to be new, to get my toes trimmed. Management ordered him to move on to the next customer while he was trying to polish my toes. So she took over and barley spoke 2 words to me and just left me in the chair after the polish! I had to ask to be move to the light/fan station and ask THEM if I can pay so I can leave. BUT my toes are still wet and they ran out of disposable flip flops and no quick dry spray (at first, what I was told). Then I turned around and see the quick dry spray under the counter and ask if I could use it, and they hesitated and sprayed me for 5 seconds.Read Less

MY first time was yesterday!!!!! Jenny soaked my cracked horrible set off(from another place) and took care of me......I had to wait 4 weeks for my nails to heal from cracking!! She took her time and ensured I was comfortable for this painful experience......just a few hours later and I had a new fresh strong set of nails and I will be back in two weeks for that Cat Eye Gel Polish!!!! I have been coming here with my girlfriends and bringing my daughter for a few years now and have never really had any issues. We've always been happy with the customer service and their work. We don't come in super regularly either, so I wasn't expecting any VIP treatment. That. Ding said, recently we came in to have my daughters back to school full set done. (She's 15) The shop was busy, but they did their thing and everything seemed fine they even swapped colors when she didn't like the -one. Unfortunately, the next day several of the nails popped off all at different times of her day and not with circumstances that would usually cause that. Weird! So I brought her back in and asked them to give me a "do over" (again nothing like this had ever happened before) they were so great and it was about 30 minutes before they closed, so I wasn't sure they'd be willing to help. They got us right in and started completely from scratch! I don't think it would have been that easy at other shops. I've been in this situation before and usually it's everyone's fault but theirs. NOT THE CASE HERE! They apologized for the inconvenience and did a great job!!! They have earned my future business for sure! Read Less

I absolutely love this place, it's the only nail salon in the area where I have consistently great experiences! I never wait for long at all, they have a huge selection of gel polishes to choose from, and they always make sure you're comfortable! Additionally my gel manicures are always perfect, they actually paint all the way to the cuticle (many other salons don't - I'm guessing so you'll have to come back sooner when they begin to grow out) and always last for at least 3 weeks if not longer. Went in when it was me and only 2 other lady’s in the shop. The technician worked super fast and sloppy. I had to ask/remind her to do steps to make my nails look nice. I haven’t been in a few months but I don’t recognize most of the people working anymore. I think it’s time for a change of nail salons! Read Less
