AWFUL. Ive visited this salon a few times and but never be back. I consistently have been seated in the chair they noted for me, but received no service. I sat for almost 30 minutes before someone could be bothered to place a towel on the footrest so I could but my feet up. I asked someone politely if they could "get me started," which was essentially ignored. If I was a rude customer this would make more sense, but I didn't do or say anything to have been treated poorly. Very bad experience. Get your nails done elsewhere. Read Less

My friend loves this place and we went together to get our nails done. Hers and her mothers nails looked very good while mine were below average. I got gel on my finger, my friend got SNS and her mother got acrylics. The two people that did theirs were great! The lady who did mine made my nail beds bleed and the actual polish was done poorly. I would not recommend anyone but Long here (the man who did my friends nails, they always look so good). Read Less

After going to many different salons around Kennesaw/Woodstock I finally found one that's trustworthy, does a great & consistent job and has reasonable prices. They are very helpful, and always take their time perfecting my nails. Other salons have lied to me saying that their gel is SNS, and charge me the amount SNS would be. This salon is honest and explains everything to you. I make it a point to come here every few weeks to get them done, highly recommend! Read Less

This is the second time I have been into this salon and told to sit at a chair. No wait time was mentioned. Both times I say for 20 minutes while they continued to dear people for services. Today I was the second person to get up and walk out without anyone trying to start my services. Only when I walked out was I told that someone would "do for you now". I don't mind waiting as long as I'm told a wait time and acknowledged. I will not return. Read Less

First and last time. Ended with painful skin cracks on the corners of my nails. Lady was too rough and took 2 hrs to get a gel full manicure set. Not happy at all with my nails and the whole e experience. I talked to the manager and showed her the cuts on my 4 fingers and she apologized but didn't do anything, felt as if she didn't care. I would've walk away but did not because I am traveling tomorrow and didn't have time to go amywhere else. I will never comeback here! Read Less

I tried this salon out yesterday needing a pedi. I waited about 5 minutes and then was shown to a pedi chair which was nice. When I sat down the water was fine and they were busy so me and my friend sat for a few minutes waiting. After about 15 minutes our water was cold and had almost drained completely out of the bowl. The lady came back over and turned our water back on and it was so so hot. I took my feet out and my friends bowl almost overflowed and she finally turned them off. After sitting 30 more minutes and an empty bowl they re filled it and got started. After all that waiting I felt super rushed and my tech was rough. I will not return. Read Less

I came in with an appointment for set of nails and pedicure.  I waited and waited.  Then I asked the head girl and was promised I would be next, "five minute".  Then 20 minutes later, still no service.I had somewhere to be that night and I told them that.  My nail appointment girl kept taking others ahead of me after my pedicure started instead of starting on my nails.They let me soak and then left me sitting in the pedicure chair in between each step of pedicure, kept leaving and coming back to me.  Ugh.  Then I mentioned something to the girl that seemed to run the salon.  She again promised me that my nails would be finished by the time my pedicure was finished.  I mentioned that the pedicure was dragging on and on.  I was in that pedicure chair a total of two hours that day.My nails WERE finished by the time pedicure was finished, but they purposely dragged out my pedicure service by leaving and coming back.I complained after the service was over.  They were nasty about it.I paid and left.  I did not want to cause a scene.  I was humiliated and embarrassed enough already.  I was trying to have a nice relaxing day, but got screwed.I will NOT EVER go here again.  These girls were laughing about this whole thing and I was trying to be as quiet as possible as to not make a scene there.  I paid $65.00 for the way I was treated.  I was in tears when I left.  And then  was almost late to my function that evening due to the extra time spent there, plus the mood I had to go through before my fun night, just so these girls could make an extra buck because they were afraid the walkins would leave.  So I got used.I called the next day and complained and the girl that answered the phone acted like she did not know what I was talking about.  I told her I wanted a refund and she laughed and said "I doubt it, come here and we will talk about it"  There was no way I was going to go there and talk about it and cause a scene.My pedicure was not that great that day, nails looked average, feet still rough.They are indispensable cocky attitude in there. I visited this salon for the first time today.... I got the luxury pedicure, a manicure an am eyebrow wax. The service impeccable, I didn't have to wait and the price was very reasonable... I was very happy with my visit and I will definitely visit this salon again! Read Less

I recently moved to the Woodstock area from out of state.  I have tried a few of the nail places for pedicures in Woodstock that were recommended on Yelp.  I found them all to be of very good quality.  I do like Lamour the best.  They use tub liners and sealed tools for cleanliness.  My pedicure still looks great 3 weeks later.  They are very friendly and I love that they have mini pedi chairs for little ones.
